I leased a Mustang Mach-E this past Saturday from DCH Ford. My first contact was a phone call from Sierra Seig that lasted 15 minutes talking about the vehicle I was interested in test driving. I then spent 4 hours with John Vlachakis as he explained the Mustang features to me, took 2 test drives, and worked a deal that met my expectations. Finally, Patrick Moody handled my financing documents and made the process quick and easy. Definitely a great experience!!!

I just bought my first car here !!! Purchasing a car is a scary process and Ford truly made me feel so comfortable. John Vlachakis was my representative. He made feel very comfortable and allowed me to ask any question or concern I had. He was honest and very easy to work with. Every employee in that building I had an awesome experience with ! I m so happy with my new (used) 2019 Ford Escape car as well

This was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Tony was great to work with and got me an amazing deal on a premium Mach E. No high pressure sales tactics, he listened to my needs and provided a high level of customer service. Completing the paper work was very quick, I was able to do a lot before hand (insurance and loan info). I highly recommend checking them out for your next car. Ask for Tony!

What a smooth operation. No pressure. No nonsense. Tony Mills was my salesman. Worked late on a Saturday to get me exactly what I wanted and I was in and out in an hour. This is the way a car dealership should be run! Very straightforward, no games, no posturing, respectful of your time and finances. Ladies: don t worry about dragging a guy with you for this transaction; it s unnecessary here you will be treated with dignity and respect! Jordan was a pleasure to work with and definitely an asset to the organization. I came from over an hour away to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, and I ll do it again to work with Jordan when it s time to make the switch to an EV.

All my life I dreamed of ordering a vehicle, not just buying one from off the lot. Anthony Mills made my dreams come true and listened to me from the first day I walked into the DCH Ford Eatontown office. He walked me through the process step by step and even offered his insight and experience of which options to choose when I was building the Ford F-150 of my dreams. In a post-pandemic world, it took some time for my vehicle to arrive due to supply chain issues. Anthony was incredibly patient and transparent when I emailed, messaged, and called him during the wait. He answered all of my questions quickly and made me feel heard because he truly cares about me and all of his customers. I have had the pleasure with this particular dealership and I have nothing bad to say. They are all great people especially John V! He is very nice and walked us thru the process with no hidden dealer fees, they will work with you to make you happy and satisfied, you can tell they want the best for their people. I recommend for sure and recommend working with John V!

I had a great experience buying a pre-owned truck at this dealership. Showed up at 10am on a Saturday for an appointment scheduled on their website. Was greeted promptly by the receptionist in their bright, modern, and inviting showroom, then introduced to my salesperson Izzy who immediately showed me the truck I came to see. After a test drive and brief discussion, Izzy recognized I was an informed buyer who was also considering a similar truck from another dealership. Given the competitive situation Izzy and his sales manager, Dennis, worked hard to meet my number and got the deal done. The Finance process was fast & friendly with no upsell pressure. I was out the door with keys in my hand within 2 1/2 hours of walking in the door. Will definitely recommend this dealership!

I love to shop but not for a car! I'm too intimidated by the process and salesmen know I don't know enough about cars as they do. This time i did my homework and felt more prepared to ask those important questions. I worked with the sales rep Anthony Mills who has the patience and kind professionalism anyone would want after all buying or even leasing a car is a process. After letting Anthony Mills know which model and payment I was looking for he took the time to His Homework! He compared a couple of models in my price range explained the amenities and miles for each to lease so that I would have exactly what I needed in my price range. He answered all my questions and handled all my concerns with knowledge and care. Needless to say this experience went really well. I felt I was with a person that was more of a ppl person than a person just trying to make a sale. He genuinelytook his time with me and I didn't feel rushed. I felt he really wanted to make sure that when I left that day with my new Escape SUV I would be Happy and I am!! Thank you Anthony Mills at DCH Fords of Eatontown!! I definitely will be referring you out!! It really feels good to have a positive experience.

Blane Goshorn was my salesman. He is very polite and professional. He gave me the best option for financing. He is also honest and when you ask a question, he'll make the best recommendations. My experience with him and Patrick, were very pleasant. I'm very satisfied with my Ford F150!

I was looking at a vehicle here early in my search for a new car. But as time went on I found deals that were more in line for what I was looking for. I deal with manufacturer's dealers because of a perceived level of professionalism. And because of that perception, I was taken back by the rude response when I told Heather that I was no longer interested in the vehicle we spoke about. There was certainly no reason for snippy, snarky comments, especially considering they may have something else become available in the near future. Why chase off the business?When I'm dropping tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle I expect to be treated with dignity and respect. I didn't get that here.Whether you buy here or elsewhere, I hope you get a great cat at a great price. Good luck.

Bought a new F150 from these guys. I have to say, one of the easiest and best experiences I ve had in a while! The team was so responsive, friendly and helpful. Huge thanks to Bernard (sales), Pat (finance) and the entire team for making this such a great experience. Will come back in the future and recommend you all to anyone in the area looking for a Ford!!

Recently purchased a 2024 mustang from this dealership, Robert Delarosa was our salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions quickly and accurately. I was very impressed by his friendly demeanor and positive attitude.His professionalism made the entire car buying process a pleasure. I cannot recommend Robert highly enough! We visited & purchased a car from John B on 2/23/24. John B was a real guy , did not push or pressure and was the main reason we decided to commit. He made us feel like he had our best interests at heart - exactly what you want (but don t necessarily expect) from a car salesman. He unknowingly resolved the 1 major concern which I still had toward the end of our meeting. I don t think his managers realized, but the way it worked out was fortuitous. It was absolutely a make-or-break point which finalized the sale. I hope they recognize his value because we ll be looking for a second car for my college student in the near future, & I ll definitely ask for John B!

Sold me a used car with a bad transmission. I was in a pinch and needed a car ASAP. 2014 Nissan Altima 68k miles. The car had some vibration under acceleration but nothing I would attribute to the transmission. Had the car looked at by ASE certified mechanic and the diagnosis is my transmission is on its way out at approx 75k miles. Trans is now slipping in conjunction with a myriad of other smaller issues with the vehicle. Salesman John kept trying to convince me it was bad gas and was surprised the car was actually clean, we usually pull them out filthy and smelling like smoke that should have been my first red flag. Pat the finance manager upon signing the finance agreement also gave himself a pat on the back and exclaimed that Wow , I am good at what I do . This should have been my final indication I just got screwed. Watch out for the cars being sold here, these guys are purely for profit and have zero interest in doing right by the customer. STOP SELLING TIME BOMBS TO HARD WORKING PEOPLE!

Brian assisted me in returning an expiring Ford lease and starting a new one. He was extremely thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process. These things can often take all day but Brian had me out of there in under 2 and a half hours. I can t recommend him enough to anyone looking for help with their car needs!

I ve gotta say that young John is an absolute dream to work with. Although I did not purchase a car from them John went above and definitely beyond to check everything in his inventory and others inventory to get me the dream that I needed. Unfortunately had no luck. That does not mean that John didn t do his job. Anyone out there looking to purchase a car from DCH go see John. 10 stars for that young man. Thank you so much John. Their service area is beautiful, which is good because if you buy a car/truck here you ll be spending a lot of time in it.Purchased a Ford F-150 under the Gold Certified program, which boasts a 172 point inspection. This is great except it seems the inspection is not done; they failed to even call out a broken taillight let alone more concerning issues.During one of the repairs, they replaced 2 tires without doing an alignment, which service manager Kyle Warren claims is normal. Less than 2 months later those tires needed to be replaced again because of uneven wear that was a direct result of misalignment.Avoid this place at all cost. While a warranty may cover up their negligence or dishonesty, it will be a headache to deal with all the repairs.I m just happy no one was hurt (or killed) due to the ongoing jerking and traction issues that we were forced to deal with.But yeah, the service lounge has decent streaming services and snacks.

Can t comment about buying here but I can say they try to steal your vehicle when you offer to sell one to them. Typical used car salesman tactics bait and switch, as I expected but figured let me take an hour of my day and go down there. They offered me 7500 online which is a fair offer, when I get there that number became 5k with no explanation. truck was super clean with low mileage, no damage, new tires, zero issues. It s worth noting they also had all the pics 18+ as well as a clean Carfax I provided, knew what I was asking for it. They just hope you re desperate, broke or drove an hour or more so you bite. Sold it privately for 8500 4 days later, booked for 10,000plus retail. You ve been warned , should tell you all you need to know about the clowns down there wasted my time so I leave my honest review.

Possibly the best car purchasing experience I ever had! From my first contact with Sierra in internet sales, to my salesperson Tony, Patrick in finance, and Lisa in the registration department everyone has been 5 stars. I drove about an hour and a half to look at a certain vehicle and was treated as a customer and not just a number. Complete transparency with price and financing. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a new or used Ford, try this dealership first.
