Very nice transaction. Bought my 1st SUV style EV. The BMW ix is the best car I have ever owned. Drives like a dream. Good range. Much higher quality than my Tesla Model 3. Brian took care of all my questions. Spent 45 mins going over the car. The free 2 years charging sealed the deal. Car handles better than any SUV. Alex the salesman made the process easy and super quick. Alex gave me a free gift and I truly appreciated it. Will recommend circle BMW to anyone needed a high end luxury car.

Circle BMW has serviced all my BMWs even well out of warranty. My 528i, 650 and now M4. Rui, Eric and Ray and the techs have done a great job. Professional prompt service for a decade. Thanks to everyone.

Service was very good. I like the staff here. But like most dealerships, it takes 30% longer than they said that it would. That is made a little bit worse by the fact that my car sits in the portico for 15 minutes before they tell me it s done and ready to go home. Dealership needs to understand that minutes are very important to those of us who are twiddling our thumbs in the waiting room

5 star from sales to service!Bryan was extremely helpful and informative.I appreciated being notified via text While my car was being worked on as well as a phone call when it was completed.Completely in the loop start to finish.This is our third car from Circle and the service department is what keeps us coming back.Thanks fellas!!!!

I needed the service for my BMW to change the tire and replace the battery in the key. To my delight I was offered the service which comes to you! It was easier than ever. The technician notified me about him coming 15 minutes before arrival, then upon arrival. All I had to do is to give my car keys and then to get my car keys, meanwhile doing my own stuff! Then I received a link for a payment! I was so happy with my very timely, to the point, courteous and knowledgeable service! Thank you BMW!

From start to finish, the process was flawless and the experience was wonderful. Jim Hirsch was a great sales advisor to work with. He made the process very easy and was very friendly and followed through on everything he said. I would definitely come back to this dealership to purchase in the future.

This was my first visit here to service my Mini Cooper S Convertible. Super waiting area, thorough service, and a complementary car wash - woohoo! I hope that they also decide to sell Mini at this BMW dealership because having to go all the way to Morristown, where I bought my car, was no fun. Circle also offers loaner cars, which I didn t realize because I scheduled service online - if you need a loaner then call to make your appointment.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I have a MINI and the ocean County service center closed down, but was absorbed by Circle BMW. It was the first time I had ever taken my car to a BMW dealership. I scheduled an appointment with a loaner figuring the car would be in for a few days since I had an engine light. To my surprise and delight, not only did they have it done the same day, they also diagnosed another issue, ordered, and replaced the part.I had my first call with full diagnostics within two hours and by the time I was out of work, my car was ready for pickup. Never in my life have I had a car repaired and ready so quickly considering what I brought it in for. I was so impressed by Circle BMW service. Customer service is my forte and they exceed my expectations!! Thank you to Jesse and the entire service crew for taking great care of me.

After a painstaking attempt to get my car serviced at a different BMW (that shall not be named) ((even with an appointment)) I realized they were utterly useless.I ended up calling Circle BMW and it was a night and day difference. Customer service was incredible from the time they answered the phone til the time I picked up my car. Everyone knew what was going on, they fixed what needed to be fixed with no issues at all, they were transparent / communicated openly about prices and services, and they had a loaner car for me straight away (unlike the other bmw that shall not be named). I will definitely be doing more business with Circle BMW moving forward.I also want to add that no one asked me to leave a review, but when service is great I feel obligated to say something.

My actual experience with my service advisor was not good. I found him to be not professional, and very condescending in his speech towards me and my son. Fortunately, your assistant service manager, Tim, saved the day, and my trust in humankind! He was able to solve my software problem with my 2020 X5. Additionally, your valet, Pete was wonderful!

The Circle BMW/Mini technician came to my house and corrected an issue with my tire. Done within an hour. I was unaware of the mobile service option until the dealership contacted me and said they could send someone to me the next day. I did not need to leave my house. The technician was prompt and courteous and even fixed the issue in the rain. Highly recommend.

Circle BMW has excellent customer service! Ray is the best client advisor, Ian is terrific very accommodating and so is my BMW genius Adriana! The loaner was fantastic and I really like the dealership! Highly recommend I only wish I had gotten a better price on my new tire considering the car was only 3 months old.

The service agent who assisted me was professional, and very knowledgeable about my Mini. He kept me informed while I waited for the service to be performed, checking on me every 20 minutes and alerting me to the possibility of needing tires in the future through video clip he texted me.

This was my 2nd scheduled maintenance and I waited in their customer lounge. The lounge was comfortable and stocked with beverages and snacks. My car was taken right away and the service was completed within 45 minutes. Always a great experience

My 2020 BMW Z4 had a navigation issue. I had purchased the vehicle here at Circle BMW. Luckily it was still under the BMW 4 year warranty. They fixed it promptly in one day. No charge & loaned me a beautiful 2024 BMW 430i Xdrive Convertible. My adviser Amanda did a great job and I am very pleased with the service I received.

amazing experience, i wish i could give more stars. Very personal experience, salesman attempted to adjust my car to my personal needs as much as possible. They were also very patient in helping me to learn and adjust to the technologies of the car. Highly recommend!

An honest and reasonable dealership! They ended up not doing a service I had already approved since once they got in there, they realized it wasn t needed. I also checked with my regular garage on one of the parts and service needed and they couldn t beat Circle s price. Since I own my car and there is no more warranty, I usually stay far away from dealerships as possible since they have a hailstorm of being more expensive, but these guys are great.Service: Electrical repair

After mistakenly booking an appointment that did not include a loaner vehicle, my client advisor, Rob Powers, made sure I got to work on time by arranging for Peter to drive me. Rob even offered to have my car dropped off at my job later that day when it was finished being serviced. Thank you again to Rob and Peter for literally going the extra mile!! I can t thank you both enough. Circle BMW is the best!!

I am delighted with the service at Circle BMW. It was easy to make an appointment and they provided me with a loaner. The staff was excellent from the check in process through the service. Plus, they did a curtesy wash!I totally recommend Circle BMW.

Although I didn t purchase my car from them, they treat you as if you did! Always helpful, thorough and really a pleasure to deal with. I won t go anywhere else and when it s time to replace my X3 (which I hope isn t anytime soon because I love her), my next one will be from them.

The response I received when my issue occurred was beyond anything that you could expect!!!! From Tathiana to Rob to Brian it was incredible!!! Turned my car around in 12 hours and I received a loaner so quickly also, Great job!!!!Thank you

After having my car serviced, I realized that a part was not replaced on my car. After calling the dealer, they immediately ordered a new part and even had a mobile tech come install it so I didn't have to take time out of my life to bring it back to the dealer. Excellent customer service

My X7 had a rattling sound. I booked the appointment online and was slotted in the next day. From the moment I dropped off the suv the service was phenomenal. The staff explained what the issue was and said they needed to order the part and I would have the car back the next day. They gave us the complementary oil change, car wash and 9:30 am the next morning they called saying the car was ready. The car was immaculate inside and out. Our previous car was a Mercedes and the service at BMW is head and shoulders above Mercedes. We will be getting another BMW when our lease is up based on the service.
