This is the most honest and trustworthy Auto Repair that I ve ever been to. Mr Brian the manager took care of my car immediately! He will help You and save You money and also he will save You from bringing Your car to the dealership for any repairs. I ve been in multiple times and everything he promised me/said he would do, HE DID. He went above and beyond to help me... if You own a European car I recommend here. You will not get gouged on price and they will do great work on your car. Also , Brian is really good at communicating with You before, during and after Your car has been serviced. Everything he said he would do , he came through on to the T !!! You ll be glad You brought Your car here for sure also , there will not be and surprises when It s time to pay. He will be very transparent and do what s best for the car owner

I ve lived in Monmouth County since 1972 so I ve dealt with a number of local auto repair businesses. My husband and I only use AW Auto for all of our car repairs. Brian and the rest of the AW Service team are quick to get our cars into the shop. Brian and the office staff are courteous and professional. Our repairs are completed quickly. We have never needed to take the car back because a repair was done incorrectly. I highly recommend AW!

My family has been bringing our car here for years. They always do the job right the first time at a very reasonable cost. Most recently our timing belt for our Honda..... Great Job!!! Brian at the first desk is awesome... We highly recommend this auto-shop.

I have been using AW Service for over 12 years. Brian and his team of technicians are great. Never once did I have an issue with their work. They are honest and fairly priced. I would not think of going anywhere else.

I recently brought my Nissan Skyline GT-R to AW to get a new clutch put in and have some precautionary trans work done (gaskets, seals, fluid change, etc.) And I couldn't be happier with the service. Matt was extremely helpful with finding all of the parts and their numbers, Brian the service manager was on top of keeping me updated, and Jason the mechanic went above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend bringing your JDM car or any car there in general

Called in to order a part and the mechanic who helped me was literally once of the NICEST people I ve ever talked to. Usually when a woman calls to order a part I m spoken down to and second guessed. This was NOT the case here. Extremely professional and courteous. I d come go here any day to have my vehicle serviced.

Had to get new calipers, rotors and pads done on my truck, was in a pinch, got me in really quick, very professionally to a novice car person like myself and give you advice not sales pitch, which is comforting. Brian is the man, will be back for other issues on truck that other dealers and shops just jerked me around on, for results give them a call.

One word to describe my experience with this Garage is Amazing!! I recently took my 1991 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce, for what I believed and was told from the mechanic shops in the area, the Head Cylinder gaskets need to be replace...well that was not the case. When I took my car to AW, unfortunately it wasn't running, didn't know the cause, however Jason Putz the master mechanic determined that the Fuel Injector ECU was the reason why the car wasn't running, he also replaced fuel injection pump....which in these cars, it is impossible to find a new one, however AW had one...all this was a surprised to me since no other mechanic or shop in the area was able to find out the problem. Jason did!! which by the way this man is extremely professional and knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Now we needed to find out whether or not the Head Cylinder gaskets needed to be replace, the answer was no!! again Jason, was able to do a detail observation where oil was leaking and he noticed that a bolt on the right side of the engine was damaged, too old. Jason replaced the bolt, and re-installed a new bolt with copper gasket and thread sealant. All of my dealings with AW were under the professional supervision of the service manager, Brian Rosell, another qualified person who works at AW. I strongly recommend AW to whomever has a problem with his/her car...believe me you would not be disappointed

Excellent service! Had multiple problems with minivan after hitting a pothole and some preexisting issues. Car is back on the road and rides great! I just found my go to mechanic.

EATONTOWN'S BEST KEPT SECRET. .. I USED TO WORK AT A CAR DEALERSHIP DOWN THE ROAD AND I'D BRING MY CAR HERE BECAUSE I TRUST THEM MORE.. they always fix it right and it always cost a whole lot less than dealership.

Very honest, took my daughters car in for service and I thought the car needed an alignment, Brian said it didn't I have been going there for many years highly recommend them Kenny is great also
