Absolutely loved my experience with Cliff at Audi Eatontown! Cliff was so knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and professional. He answered every single one of my questions with such patience, and helped me find the perfect car for my needs. I also really loved enjoying a cappuccino while I waited for the finance manager to process my purchase *and* Cliff even brought me a couple of welcomed snacks to enjoy while I waited. It was a top notch client experience. I'm in love with my Q7 and am grateful to Cliff and the rest of the team at Audi for being so amazing to work with!

I had an excellent experience overall with Nicole Soto at Audi Eatontown. Not only did both her and Alexandria work diligently with me hassle free to purchase a certified vehicle within my budget, but Nicole made sure I was comfortable and confident moving forward with the sale. Her knowledge of the product I was interested in was stellar, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. Their staff is full of individuals with great personalities. Yassar in financing was just as helpful as the rest getting me whatever information I needed on the warranty and taking the time to explain anything else I cared to inquire about. I will be coming back for my next Audi adventure, and encourage anybody in the market looking for an Audi to stop in here first before anywhere else. This was my first experience with buying a used Audi at Audi Eatontown. I was hesitant to go to a dealership because of bad experiences in the past. After speaking to my salesman Cameron on the phone l met him at the dealership. He was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions. After the test drive I decided to buy the car and was escorted to the financial department where I was introduced to Elaina who was also very nice and professional. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend doing business there.

First off - who really like shopping for cars . Seriously I walked into the dealer like pretty much everyone does. I was greeted at the front counter where I was introduced to the next up salesperson. From this point moving forward my view changed. Ms. Soto, my sales lady, greeted me with a smile and from that point on - a seamless experience from walk in to drive out in my new suv. She went above and beyond to accommodate and provide. Even let me bother her on a Sunday. I HIGHLY recommend Ms. Soto and Eatontown Audi.

Cindy and everyone in the service department at Audi Eatontown are great and honest people. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to mount/balance winter tires I had purchased from someone. Turns out, one of the tires had a bubble and was not safe to install. Cindy kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, and really went above and beyond for me to find the correct tire and get it delivered as soon as possible. The tires were installed perfectly, and they cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle before I came to pick it up. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

Heard really good things about this dealership. Spoke about a vehicle over the phone, let them know we were coming in an hour. Drove 40 mins out for them to tell me someone already made a deposit on the vehicle. Waste of time. It would ve been courteous to let me know before I went out there. I ll never be bringing business to this dealership.

I had a great experience buying a car at this dealership thanks to Nikky Soto and the rest of the sales team at Audi Eatontown. From the first phone call, Nikky showed she was a friendly and transparent communicator which proved to really allow me to enjoy purchasing a new car. She picked me up in the car I was looking to purchase, and it was really fun to see it in my driveway before I even started the test drive. Once back at the dealer and settling on my choice, Nicky managed the sales process with white glove service all the way to the end. The finance personnel, sales manager, and other sales associates were also very friendly and I enjoyed the light conversation they entertained me with while doing all the paperwork. I m really happy I decided to buy at Audi Eatontown, and their team certainly ensured I would look to buy there again.

If u looking for honest, transparent sales people then this is the Audi dealership u need to go to purchase a Audi. I recently purchased a Q8 from my new best friend Clifford. Clifford went out and beyond his way to assist me. I picked the vehicle and called to purchase the vehicle since I was 3 hours away and Cliff helped me with everything. When I got there I was in and out. Thank u Clifford for everything. He even helped assist me in maintenance when he is a salesman. God bless u

We just purchased our first Audi at the Eatontown dealer. The sales person was Niquay Wise (nick). So far that was the best car buying experience to date. Nick was very knowledgeable of the car and what we needed. She spoke with us with ease and it felt very natural. We hope this is the start of a long relationship with Audi. Thank you Nick! Our brand specialist at Audi Eatontown was Vito Karavolas, and he and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience leasing our new A8L as smooth as can be! We don't live near the dealership so we initially spoke with Vito on the phone, he is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and sent actual photos of the car. What really sealed the deal for us was that Vito personally delivered the car to us! I mean, you can't get better service than that! Our car is amazing, and we absolutely recommend Vito and the entire crew at Audi Eatontown!

I have owned may cars but this is my first Audi. Bryan in the service department is the best. So HELPFUL! He is the kind of employee that would keep me going back! to Audi! For a 2019, my car left the service department looking and riding like showroom new.

I had another great experience with Audi Eatontown. Cameron Werner was incredibly helpful and thorough as I evaluated my options. He spent a great deal of time running various scenarios over the last couple months which culminated in me deciding to proceed with another Q5 lease. He went above and beyond and followed up a few days after my lease to make sure everything was going well. Thanks Cameron and thanks Audi Eatontown!

We have bought 2 cars in the last three months from here. Danielle Troccoli in service and especially our salesman Luis Veras went above and beyond in assisting us to get both these cars. Next year have to get one car and we will definitely be back.

We have been dealing with Audi Eatontown for 10 years. We have been very happy with service and sales. The staff goes out their way for the customer . Our sales Rep Cameron Werner has been very informative. He can answer any question we have a spit out vehicle .

Amazing experience at Audi Eatontown My car was priced extremely fairly compared to other dealers, Niquay answered all my questions, helped me deal with my previous financial institution and was such a pleasure to work with.
