I read the reviews of this body shop most were favorable so I chose to take my car there! It was an amazing experience for me they kept me updated on the status of my car with a text almost everyday. Love this! They were courteous and professional and my car was finished on time. My car looks awesome again! Here are before and after pictures. Thank you! I would recommend this shop!!!

I was pretty duped by a lot of positive reviews of this place but ultimately I'm pretty disappointed with their service. My vehicle was hit while parked and I took it here as it was an affiliated shop with my insurance company and it had a lot of positive reviews. I picked up the vehicle and visually the damage was fixed but now there were noises the minute got on the highway. I dropped the vehicle off 2 more times and each time the vehicle still had issues.Ultimately, the shop has no pride in their work. The work that was done was below bare minimum and they didn't bother to even check it before saying it's complete. They also managed to break things completely unrelated to the issue they were supposed to fix. One example being the latch inside the trunk for the spare tire.In conclusion, after multiple drop offs, the tire which took the initial hit is still leaking air, even though I made them aware of this twice. And I know that they saw the issue and chose not to fix it, because the second I turned the car on at their parking lot, the low pressure light was on. At that point, I simply didn't trust them to continue any work.Service: Body & Trim

I took my jeep in to get repaired after being side swiped. and the people at No1. Auto Body did an amazing job!!!. they even completed job 5 DAYS in advance. i would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Good: car looks good. Repair seems solid. It was timely even with a delayed part. Their use of technology in communication is greatFront desk dude...A1! INot so good: I don't feel like they take pride in their finished work. The clean up was sloppy. They don't clean and detail the car when done. all of my soft moldings around the accident area are dirty and scratched up. They used the car to store the parts which I'm sure contributed to this.I can't give a 5 star because the not so good.I would recommend them and bring my car back. Seems like they're a pretty popular shop which means a very busy.Service: Body & Trim

Had my car for 4 months but every time I called it was almost done 12,000 dollars later and it has more problems then I brought it in with.

I had a sweet bitter experience with the shop. I went to the shop via Progressive insurance. It was assured by Progressive that repairs will be faster and as the shop is approved by the Car Company the quality will be top-notch. However, to my surprise the repairs included use of after market fiber products that was not an exact fit. When highlighted I was asked to come next day only to spend 5 hrs in the shop while the team tried to fit in the bumper. After long 5 hours they admitted that the product is after market and they did order the OEM as the insurance company asked them to do so. I had to drop the car at the shop for 2 more weeks for the Shop and Progressive to redo the repairs with OEM parts. On further enquiry I was told that it is Progressive who asks the shop to first use after market parts and only switch to OEM if customer complaints. I am not sure why such practice is put into place but 2 days job of replacing a bumper was stretched to more than 2 weeks and 4X uber costs. I want to highlight that the final repairs were very good.Pros:- Quality repairs- Humble staff- In house coffee for customersCons- Use of after market parts- Long repair turn around

Had my 2018 Honda Accord repaired here at No.1 Auto Body and is the best place to come to when it comes to Body Repair. Sophia/ Wasim & Zack kept close communication through out the entire process. Stellar customer service. Took them almost 2 wks for them to have my car ready but it was worth it!!They did such an outstanding job that when I picked it up looked brand new. Couldn t be much more happier with their service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't say enough about the experience I had at No 1 Autobody. As soon as I arrived the customer service was top notch. The young lady at the desk even assisted with my car rental when my insurance company hadn't sent me a confirmation yet. Lovely surprise and one more thing off my plate. The repair work done was exceptional and my car was returned sparkling clean. Complete white glove service. My only regret is not getting the names of the people that helped me so I could shout them out here. Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When I came to pick up my car I was truly amazed on how the car came out. Also, the dates were to the exact time and day and nothing was delayed at all. The car look brand new and I was really happy on the outcome. I live 30 minutes away and if anything ever happens to my car or a family member s car, I am definitely telling them to come to No. 1 auto body.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Upon picking up my vehicle (2016 Acura MDX) after being told it was ready.(1) I noticed that 3 of the 4 moldings were missing. The guy took the vehicle back in the shop and put them back on after obviously forgetting.(2) Brought vehicle back out and noticed new door but same damaged handle.. Took it back in a second time to swap on new handle that was ordered but evidently not put on.(3) Now it is time to leave but yet another problem. Battery is dead! They then had to jump start it. The next day it wouldn t start in my driveway.They don t look over their work upon returning it to customer. They never disconnected the battery when replacing two doors as a result it totally drained the battery or/and shorted it out. Spoke with owner Sam who wanted me to believe that my battery was on its last leg when my car arrived at his facility. I ve never had any issues with my battery. He initially told me that I could come by and pick up some cables to start my vehicle to bring it to him to .yea you guessed it jump and charge it again as they did the day before. Meanwhile the car was dead the next day. More of the same. Sam was intent on convincing me that the battery was weak as opposed to the more likelier theory of mine that it was damaged/drained or shorted from not properly unplugging battery when working on it. Shortly after that he decided to take his offer back of the table of jumping my car again.(Extremely Petty). He Sam also said that he doesn t care if I report him to my insurance company that fed him the lead. At this point he takes the time to tell me that the moment I brought the car to him they had to jump it every day. Sam you must be kidding me, if that I m fact we re true. You had my car 19 days for a 3day job I might add and at no point did you pick up the phone and bring this to my attention. That would ve been the Professional thing to do. I would ve brought you a battery had one sent you etc .Nah it isn t true, you need justification for not replacing an item that you damaged. Extremely Arrogant, poor problem solver and Unprofessional. I was willing to overlook all of the sloppiness of missing items and car not being put together and presentable when They told we it was ready. Mr Sam thank god I m a fortunate individual and I can ultimately purchase my own battery. I chose your body shop because it was in my neighborhood and who better to give money to then my community. I could ve used my dealerships body shop but I chose you and this experience serves me just right. Should ve gone with my first instinct. I will Never use this place again Never. It s all about principle and doing the right thing. You re probably wondering how was the work with the nonsense aside. It was good but not great! Like a solid B grade. Definitely not worth my time or aggravation. Truly unfortunate!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wonderful place to get you're car fixed. The Customer service was great, very frendly people. My car was badly damaged and within 2 weeks. She was looking good as new. They left my car as clean as i left it and even gave her a wash. Thanks guys

This auto body shop is great, my wife's car was repaired and looks GREAT.Uassir is an artist and does a great job at the price and time as promised.This was my second time using this shop and I'm glad

Took my car here for auto repair after storm damage destroyed my car. Super nice people and quick turn around as well. They even detailed my car upon return. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for autobody repair!

1st impressions last. My roadside company suggested this place after my accident to have my towed here. It was a Monday and must have been a bad day for the owners. We'll have them....but poor customer service. No hello or eye contact offered. Very disrespectful to ladies. I hope this review, helps to improve there service to the public. It definitely changed my mind on having them serve me. Until, I came back with a "man" present, respect wasn't offered. Zero.... s. I couldn't write the review unless I choice at least a 1. N/A if it was offered. Next.

Amazing amazing work done! The car was left looking brand new and they even washed it. Service was professional and absolutely A+. I highly recommend this shop.

I use my wife's Google account for this review because I already used mine to review this store before. They did a great job on Altima spoiler and front lip. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE AUTO BODY I TRUST IN NJ. Even I live in Fort Lee, I would still love to drive 30mins to there for checking and service. They helped my wife find out the bad wheel bearing and replaced it without any issue. The result was awesome. Thank you.

This body shop by far is one of the best I ever went to get work down on my car. Zack and his team are very professional, caring and value you like one of there own. The facility is clean,very welcoming and comfortably do business in. This is the second time they did work on my car and am always speechless on the quality of work after they finish working on my car.5 stars is not enough to rate NO 1 AUTO BODY SHOP, as there service is guaranteed to be One of the best in the area that you can find. I highly recommend Zack and team !!!!!!

After my fianc� got into an accident we were lucky to find this shop open and ready to take us in. They re a family owned business that works overtime to get the job done. Very admirable to see how accommodating they are to their clients. We had some miscommunication but shout out to Zach for clearing it right out. Wow ok there is so much positive things to say about this place . First off they have the best customer service that I have experienced and are very professional. This is my third time that they fixed my Jeep Grand Cherokee and I honestly trust only them with my car, every time they make my car look even better than it originally did. They are fast and efficient and I advise everyone and I mean everyone to get there car fixed here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Super professional & worked with my schedule. I didn t have a rental and they worked w|me to order my parts, paint it & replace it without having to utilize a rental. Zack and his team are fantastic! Their work is excellent and the time to finish the work is top notch. I was in an accident an Zack really helped me out with my insurance company and we had a successful outcome. I would recommend this auto body shop without reservation. This was the second time my car needed work and both experiences were great!

Took my car here to fix the panel which got damaged in accident. These people broke my rear window, put a hole in my passenger side front mirror and chipped part of my rubber door seal. Then lied my car came in like that. Would not tint my window back that they broke. Make sure to take pictures of your vehicle before leaving it. Bad businessService: Body & Trim

The best Auto Body shop in the area! Very professional, friendly, helpful, and best of all, HONEST, staff. I go here for any and all car issues, Zach always helps me. In all my years of driving I've never encountered more organized, reliable, and nice people to take care of my car needs. Highly recommend, I would give 6 stars if that were an option!

The best auto shop I've seen. Great customer service and great workers that do there job well. The three brothers are always able to help if any question arrives and they are always able to give live updates when your car is in the shop. Wish I could give it more then 5 stars. Excellent overall.

No1 Autobody is a full service, professional, quick and efficient repair shop. In addition, they were able to order parts during COVID-19 times within the week a left my car with them. Furthermore, they kept me updated via text on the progress of my car repairs. The final product of my car looks brand new and they washed it as well!! I would recommend them to everyone!! My Jeep looked like nothing ever happened to it. No. 1 Auto Body did an amazing job! They even made sure that I had a clean Jeep when I picked it up. That was definitely the icing on the cake.

This shop is great! The service provided is personable. The repair to my family member's vehicle was done in a timely manner, without hassle. I would highly recommend this shop and continue to use their professional service, should the need arise again. Zack and Sammy at No.1 Auto Body will go over and beyond for their customers. I have previously used this body shop when it was formerly Joe's Auto Body. However, the new owners are continuing the superb car care service to their new customers and the community.

Very professional folks!!! I recently had a dent on my car fixed at No.1 Auto body and had a great experience. The manager/owner is very straightforward and guarantees the quality of work at 100%. He communicated clearly what the expectations are and delivered on his word. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get body work done.

From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt like they were going to do a good job! My vehicle was involved in a collision and so I took it to this shop. Zach was so professional, and knew the steps to take to make sure that all work that need to happen, would. He was very patient, explaining the process and the time frame. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was very pleased with the result. Excellent people, excellent shop!!
