This is not a business of integrity, do not waste your money or time at this location!I had a horrible experience with this business. The mechanic is unprofessional, did not work on my vehicle in a timely manner, had absolutely no regards for my schedule. I was charged an additional $300.00 from the original price. He replaced my engine when i originally went there because of an antifreeze leak. While on the road, the car started smoking. I checked under the hood only to find that there was no antifreeze in the overflow and the radiator location. The next day it rained, my defoggers did not work, the car blew out hot air. Only to learn that he did not put Freon in the car. I had to take my car back to this location to have them put Freon in the car, if i took it someplace else, i would have been charged.I explained to the owner that my car does not have Freon and that is dangerous to drive in the rain with foggy windows and that i had to open all of my windows while it was raining to keep the fog out of the car. I expressed my concerns about this business having my car for 2 months yet did not do a thorough job by ensuring that my vehicle has all of the necessary fluids. At this time, the mechanic stated that my defogger didn't work and that i wanted to get free services from them and used expletive words towards me after i clearly stated that i drive the car every day in all weather types and never have problems with my defogger. Needless to say, there was no Freon in the vehicle at that time, the owner topped off the car with Freon.***Update, my car still leaks antifreeze. I am filing a court complaint***

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service and communication is poor. Very shady business if you ask me doing everything off the books. The problems I had with my vehicle and still had to pay $250. This is why majority of people don t want to support black owned businesses because it be your own people doing this to you.

Tarrah, I read your review too late. Trying to give locals the business, I was deceived and robbed of $267 because I chose not to evade the IRS.

They are pretty good. I would have given them a higher rating if we weren't going through a pandemic. Nobody in the staff wore a mask nor reinforced the mask mandate to clients who came in to have their cars serviced. to top it all off - the waiting area is really small, were everybody is less than 6 feet of distance from you.

The team is awsome and i won't see anyone else abt my car. They take awsome care of the problems i had wth my car very well and i dnt have any major proplems since they repaired my car, and if i do they fix it on the spot.you have to appreciate a good job done to have less problems.

I have gone to them to:- Replace front & rear brakes and rotors on my 2007 Honda Pilot & 2009 Toyota Camry .- Replace A/C compressor on Honda PilotEach time i had a great experience.Larry the owner, and Ruddy & Bert who work for him, are all very knowledgeable in their work and stand behind what they do.I recommend them for their quality of work, reasonable prices and very courteous service.

This place is a rip off. Actually stole $250 from me. Literally stolen. I would not advise anyone to support This establishment or their shady business practices. What s worse is it s black owned . I will be contacting the better business bureau.I wish there was a way to put zero stars.

A complete nightmare! I decided to take my car here after reading all the positive reviews. BIG MISTAKE! The owner told me to leave my car on a Thursday and that he would have it fixed by Friday. Friday went by, no word from them. I called several times, only to find out they were too busy to even look at it. Saturday afternoon came, I called again and was told that they couldn't fix it until Monday. Monday afternoon I called and was told it would be ready by 5:00pm that day. I show up at 5:00pm and they tell me its still not ready and to come back the next day! Now, I completely understand that auto repair shops can be extremely busy, however, why hold my car captive when I can take it somewhere else to get fixed? Mind you, this is ONE repair that shouldn't have taken very long at all. These mechanics are unapologetic and have no consideration for your schedule. They won't even make a simple courtesy phone call to keep you updated on what's going on. Competitive prices? My final bill was almost $100 more than the PRINTED estimate they gave me. I presented them with the original estimate, and still ended up paying the higher bill. You think they'd compensate me for the inconvenience? Nope... they didn't really care.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.NOT TRUSTWORTHY. A**hole Larry sold me a van with no brake pads, brake line was leaking, there was a fuel issue (running lean), a bad tranmission, and the list goes on and on. Told me he so much work to it, just seems like he patched it up to me. $3500 in repairs later and im PISSED. Also was NOT willing to negotiate. Only went down $100. Should've known something was up...

You tell Larry what noise you hear n where it s coming from, he say let me check it out then receive a call saying that I found the problem tell how much he fix it then not even a week later you still hear the same noise. You tell him then he act like you didn t tell him about the issue that you first brought it to him for to tell you again oh I found the problem but it s gonna cost you more money. He put a used engine in my car never put antifreeze in i. I found out through a coworker that was concerned about me n to make sure my car had the fluids in it n it didn t even have antifreeze in he just put in a used transmission. This man is not a professional when it comes to work ethics. He s very pleasant but he isn t someone who you should take your vehicle to if you need something major to do. That was my experience but it didn t happen once I had to keep getting things doneeven when he told me everything was ok n I told him don t rush n I ask do I need a tune-up he said no after checking my car drove to work car started stalling n smoking then he tells me I need a new engine because a hose was rotted n it leaked. I thought I can trust him as a woman it s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. I spent over $2300 on my car in it still not fixed.
