Went to get repairs done and an inspection, instead my vehicle was damaged further due to faulty/defective work. It no longer drives. They kept the parts so now it has depreciated in value and I can t sell it. They charged me even though they did not complete the job and told me I would have to pay additional in order for them to fix what they did. They refused to give me a refund for defective/faulty parts and labor. I went to another mechanic for a second opinion and they agreed that the vehicle was damaged further. I had to get an entirely new vehicle because it stopped working and was dangerous to drive. Neither the repairs nor the inspection was done so what did I really pay for? Wasted my time and money. I can t imagine how many people they ve done this to. Very unhappy I do not recommend!!!!! As a young woman with little to no knowledge about mechanics and cars, I feel wronged! They stole my money!!!!

Ralph and Frank are good engineers. I enjoyed being there. They are professional and very friendly. I hope they continue to be honest and keep their good names. I was referred to by a friend and I met them exactly as I was told. I would be happy to be there as much as possible. KUDOS!

They are thorough and explain issues well. I've been going here a few months now for work needed on my car. Came once several years ago for something minor. Returned now because I needed to change local mechanic I was using. I've Been using the gas station since 2012. Satisfied with service.

This is the first auto shop I ve been to since I bought my car. I wasn t referred here by anyone, I visited this shop based off the excellent reviews and the reviews were very accurate about this place. Frank is welcoming, honest, and genuine! Didn t over charge me or take advantage because I m a female. I needed my car fixed ASAP and it was done within 48 hrs. Will definitely come to this shop again for future services. Thank you Frank!!!

I went to have my right front axle replaced because I couldn t get it off so I took the car with new axle that I purchased was charged 300 labor the next day same sound so I stopped at my mechanic to double check everything when he asked me where is the new axle installed I was in shock they took half of my new axle and put boot on old one with a zip tie to hold the new one in place what a bunch of scumbags getting my money back .

They are overpriced but I still went to them because they seemed to do a good job fixing my car. And I d rather pay more to know the job is done. But recently I brought my car there 4 TIMES and they still wasn t able to fix the problem. They charged me each time i took it there and still never fixed the issue. They refused to give me a refund even though I had to go to another mechanic to actually get it fixed. I will never go to them again. They are a scam!!!

These are my guys here! (Frank and Ralph)I got referred here by a friend and have not stop coming! They do all my car repairs! I'm so glad I was referred to go here! Great service and professional! They are really good and prices are reasonable!

Love this shop..have been taking my suburban there for a couple of years..Frank and Ralph make sure it's done right the first time.They always try to get your car out in a timely fashion ..a must Go

Guys were straight to the point and courteous the whole time. Figured out the issue and fixed it all in 2 hours. Didn't even try to upsell me extra stuff that needs fixing when I asked him. Honest dude & honest work.

Deplorable! I would NEVER go there again and would Never reccomend them to anyone!My car wouldn't start, I assumed it was the battery, I asked them to jump it for me and was told it would need an alternator. $360.00 dollars later I get my car back and it's running (loudly), but I notice the radio is no loner working..I call them and tell them...However I'm told the alternator has nothing to so with the battery....OK.The next day I drive to work and notice the AC no longer works, the gas gadge no longer works and yes the radio still isn't working. I call them back and I'm told to bring it in. I bring it in that Saturday..get a call after 3.5 hrs and I'm told a fuse keeps blowing and there's nothing that can be done without me having to pay for them to pull some such nonsense out. Obviously I refuse as IT WAS WORKING BEFORE YOU REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR! So I pick up my car and he tells me to bring it back Monday because the (2) men who put my alternator in weren't there and will be back Monday. I bring it in Monday afternoon and he tells me it's too late to work on it, bring it in the morning. I bring it in Tuesday morning, get a call a few hours later and I'm told the radio works again, the fuel gage works again, but the fuse continues to blow when plugging in the A/C and that the wire was heavily burned also there's "no way" the A/C worked before! (Pretty much calling me a liar). He also stated that the seaaon was coming to an end. Not sure what the heck that has to do with anything! He then stated I need a new commpressor and that he may be able to find a used one. Momments later he called and said he has a used one for $200.00! Are you kidding me?! I have to pay for something that obviously you all broke?! Anywho I told him not to do anymore work and that I'll be there shortly to pick up my car.The next day I realize my horn no longer works either.... I hate to give a bad review...I truly do, but this place is an ABSOLUTE nightmare.

Took my 2006 Infiniti m35x ( 89k miles) there for a new thermostat and radiator:)) frank is the man !!! Plus the price is unbeatable!!! I will be returning if any work is needed on my car!

Great mechanics onboard shouts out to my boy "Milton" top grade mechanic and Frank and his brother the owners good people highly skilled in what they do and their body shop does great work being knowing them for over 20 years still in business highly recommended

This auto repair shop will repair one thing and brake something else so you have to come back. He nearly destroyed my vehicle. BAD CHOICE FOR CAR REPAIR
