Omg!!! I tried other auto glass places and none of them had any appointments and one of them couldn t do the job. AutoglassNow was able to complete the job the same day and the customer service was immaculate. Sam was my technician and he was communicated with me every step of the way and very pleasant. Honestly everybody there was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend them to everybody. The owner was especially nice as well.Service: Auto windshield repair

Awesome customer service! George was extremely professional and kind. The office is clean and the price was very reasonable. They did an awesome job on my windshield replacement. I would definitely recommend their services.

Absolutely fantastic! Fast, professional and great price. I am so happy I did NOT go with the large window company with the commercials, as they were expensive and not accommodating. Jorge was a pleasure to work with.

Jorge helped me a few months ago with 2 new back door glass for my new bmw. I got quoted at bmw for 2500.Jorge ordered the glass for 200 each. When everyone else had a problem. Jorge saved me so much money and was so kind to me, I see why he is the manager

Wow. Jorge Ramos gave us an outstanding customer service, there was a problem with my door and he did the best to be able to install the glass.Thank you so much, it s nice to receive great customer service and definitely will be back for any future jobs and will recommend autoglassnow.

The service was excellent. However, I highly suggest verifying the location of the appointment before you head out, even if you may have done that beforehand. The appointment usually takes approximately 1 hr, but the wait time may vary depending on the number of people ahead of you. The technician was very friendly, patient, and courteous. He was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Thank you!

My experience at AutoGlass Now was very pleasant . George was very friendly,supportive, knowledgeable, and professional. He was polite and courteous and explained the warranty to me. He exceeded all my expectations. I wiould refer George to anyone that needs glass repair or replacement.

I had an amazing experience with the workers at Auto Glass, from the moment I called and spoke with the manager Jorge, he was very kind, the receptionist was very, kind and beautiful, Sam the tech who replaced my window was kind as well and he did a wonderful job. I recommend them strongly if I can give more than 5 stars I would give them 10 stars. I promise if you choose their service you will be satisfied. Jorge was professional and knowledgeable. Someone attempted to steal my car and broke my window and ransacked my car. Jorge scheduled me for the next day service. It took approximately 30-40 minutes for him to complete the repair. I appreciate Jorge and the great work he did. Thank you

The entire process from setting the appointment to having my window repaired was effortless. The receptionist (whose name I can t remember) was very kind and professional. Sam the technician fixed my broken window perfectly and in a very timely manner. Would recommend this location for any repairs

These guys were great! Every other company in the area had given me over a 2 week wait time but Auto Glass Now got out to me the next day. Their communication was great letting me know when they were on their way and the technician called me when he was on his way to confirm. Sam was very professional, polite and fast! I can t thank these guys enough! Great job Sam!

Auto Glass Now in East Orange had my window in stock when the first 3 other shops did not. The customer service was excellent and Jorge Ramos was kind, understanding, professional. He took time explaining and showing me the repair and troubleshooting options to fix my issue.
