Excellent service . I was delighted to see the new Porsche service opened near my residence . It is a beautiful place and a convenient location for me !! Liz was super nice and took care of the need for my car . First time , couldn t figure out the slow leak but on a second look , mechanical staff located the problem and took care of it right away while I was waiting. I love the place and the service team . They even cleaned the patch of spray paint on my front side panel for which I am very thankful!!

My schedule service appointment could not have gone smoother. Making an appointment online was super easy and Jason greeted me with a smile when I arrived. From check-in to leaving with my loaner only took a few minutes and Jason was quick and extremely efficient. He updated me through the entire service and my car was done in a few hours. I give the service I received from Jason along with the dealership at 10 !

Recently had to have my Cayenne in for service. Jason, Jack and the rest of the team were excellent. Communication was top notch and everyone I interacted with was friendly and polite; these 3 things are usually hard to come by when dealing with service center representatives. Jason was patient, fair and did everything he said he was going to do on a timely basis.

First visit to the new East Hanover site was excellent. I had a low battery warning and they were able to get me in immediately. They were still in a soft opening with no loaner vehicles so I stayed while they replaced my Cayenne s battery. As you would expect everything was new and fresh and the shop looked amazing. Jason was terrific and extremely helpful. The smacks and drinks were great and there were a couple cars to look at while waiting.It is nice that Paul Miller now has this extra service capacity.

Jason at Paul miller Porsche service always takes care of my car and he knows exactly what I need cause he s a car guy himself, very happy with my experience and they way I get treated there all the time and always in communication which is important to me.

Excellent service. Particularly Thank Service manager Mr Jason Casimiro. Very nice and very helpful to get parts from overseas to fix my car. In general I would recommend this Porsche dealership store to anyone who needs the service.

The service manager Jason could not have been more efficient and professional. I was also impressed with Paul Miller s new Porsche Service Center in East Hanover. All shiny and new with all the amenities one could ask for. I can t leave out our mechanic/technician Justin who was at the top of his game. I couldn t be happier. My Cayenne was cleaned as well. Can t think of a negative guys. All good

First service at the newly opened Porsche service center in East Hanover, NJ. Jason and team (Elizabeth and Jacob) delivered exceptional service, they understood the concerns with my car and were able to resolve everything. Providing constant updates and a video walkthrough of the fixes prior to pickup were invaluable! Overall, a pleasant and efficient experience.

Earlier this month, Jason, the Service Manager at the new Porsche Service center on Rte 10, resolved an issue with our Porsche Cayenne in an outstanding manner!As soon as I brought in the vehicle, he gave me a new loaner. Jason kept me advised on the progress and returned our vehicle in perfect condition.Thank you Jason! We wish you and your team great success at the new location

Once again, a great service working with Jason at Paul Miller. He is very knowledgeable, professional, transparent and provides me with videos of the work which is details and easy to understand. Best service guy I ve ever worked with. Highly recommend

Got a flat tire about an hour away from home. Porsche roadside assistance had me back on my way in an hour. Went straight to the service center in East Hanover to replace my tire. They were also able to take care of me within an hour. Although, I wouldn t have minded if it took longer. The facilities are super nice. Watched my car get serviced from the comfort of the lounge while sipping on a latte and snacking away. They even washed my car before sending me on my way. Shoutout to Jason at the front desk. Super helpful and accommodating. Hopefully I dont have a reason to visit the service center again soon, but if I do - I know I ll be comfortable and in good hands.
