Great experience, Yosuett Nunez is our sales person and we highly recommend him. He is always on top of every single detail, even the little nuisances from the factory recall on our latest truck diesel. Excellent communication and the transaction was very smooth and fast. I recently leased a 2024 Jeep Compass from Nielsen. My salesman, Ernie, took the time with to go over everything about the car and lease with me and was very professional. He answered any questions I had. Many salesman I ve dealt with in the past see a woman come in and they try to get me to upgrade. Ernie did not do this. I will definitely return to Nielsen when my lease is up. Thank you!!

I have been going to Nielsen for service for almost ten years and we also purchased my husband s Cherokee there almost as many years ago. My Renegade s time was finally up and had the best experience leasing a new Wrangler with Tony Infantino. It was so easy and I couldn t be happier! Thank you Tony for a smooth and painless purchase experience and to Roland and his service team for being the reason we continue to use Nielsen despite being over an hour away from where we live now.

The service managers were very professional and nice. I got there and they immediately took my vehicle and started my oil change and tire rotations. Not to long after I sat in the waiting area and started reading, the service manager, who was assigned to my vehicle came back to me and told me that my vehicle was done and I was good to go. Outstanding Service!

Absolutely the best experiences that I have had at a car dealer service. Dealers usually try to find something to charge the customer for their profit. Not this place. They took care of the issue and even the one that I wasn't even aware of. Glad I purchased extended warranty before.Honesty and courteous service for the customer was very apparent at this place. Nielsen sets the standard of excellence for other dealers to follow.

This information is to help anyone planning to purchase a vehicle or parts from this particular place of business (Nielsen Dodge).It took me approximately 3 months to order parts for my 2023 TRX. The staff who work in the parts department to include the parts manager, have no type of customer service skills. First the parts manager (Frank) quoted me a price over the phone which he never honored. Then he ordered me the wrong parts for my vehicle. I had to waste more time reordering new parts. When the part finally arrived 9 weeks later it was damaged. After waiting another month for the new part to arrive they couldn't find the part when it was delivered to the dealership. At one point they refused to exchange the damaged part until the Director of parts and service got involved.As a military veteran the experience I had at this dealership was unacceptable and terrible and I wish for no one to experience it.Management needs to train their staff or replace them. Customers should not feel worthless.I hope this information helps.

The service here is exceptional. From the time I walked I was greeted and told exactly what I needed to do. I came in to get my head lights changed and was told if I need anything else please don t hesitate to reach out. I will definitely be coming here from now on to get my truck serviced. Thank you Even got an unexpected car wash which I was happy about.

I had a great experience with Tony. He was friendly, knowledgeable and truthful when it came to leasing a car. My past experiences at various dealerships have left me feeling icky- like I've been taken advantage of- but I had a totally different experience here. The process was quick and easy, and I left with exactly I went in for. Couldn't recommend Tony enough!

One of the best car-buying experiences. I've had my car serviced by Nielsen with consistently smooth experiences, and I've been looking forward to making a purchase here based on all the other positive reviews. And they were right! Ron Abbate got me into a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at my target price, and I couldn't be happier. Ron was patient with me as I went back and forth with a few different models and even affirmed my indecisiveness without being judgmental. On top of that, Ron is the most knowledgeable salesperson I've ever worked with. You can tell he cares a lot about his craft and puts in the extra effort to understand the product he's selling. Go to Nielsen and ask for Ron!

Leased my car 5/2023. Issue from the start. Let the salesman know i wanted 15k miles a year. We settled on a price after hours at the dealership, go to sign the lease and it s written up for 12k. At that point i was exhausted and signed it. Just definitely felt it was shady, changing the mileage. Also since then i have barely had my car from October to January as it s been in the shop for replacing a fuel pump that took 2-3 visits to figure out as well as 2 visits to fix blind spot indicator. I do not recommend this dealership, however the woman i worked with in the service dept was nice.

I have had my car serviced and new tires mounted. It was my second visit to Nielsen.I like the drive-up, and getting the car serviced is hassle-free.Friendly, competent staff, talking to a service rep is nice. It makes explaining what needs to be done or getting advice easy.I had a minor issue, which was immediately handled with no extra charges.I can highly recommend Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.

Thank you to the service team today for my express oil change today from the intake person, service advisor, Joseph, and the cashier. Joseph was attentive and informative and the cashier made an extraordinary effort to deal with the Dodge Mastercard rewards redemption person to apply my points to the bill. Let me start by saying I came from another dealer in Bergen county that I wasent very happy with on rt4 always gave me excuses to anything wrong. I was stranded near by Nielsen Jeep and Dodge walked in to the service department and was greeted in a perfect manner with a positive hospitality. The staff well knowledged, and experienced to deal with customers with many questions . Ever since then Roland & Mona has been my service advisor ever since day one and it s been two years since I ve been going there.I recommend Nelson, Jeep and Dodge for sales and service. All hands-down

Definitely one of the most easiest experiences I've had with a dealership! Thank you to Michael Andolina especially for helping me with my Jeep! I brought it in for service and the problem was diagnosed almost immediately- there was issues with the warranty but he took his time to figure out the issue-updating me daily- and everything was covered, jeep was fixed & I left extremely please. Dodge Nielsen will 100% be my go-to for my Jeep. Thanks!

I want to start off by saying my review is to only warn customers about how awful this service department is. The service representatives are very unprofessional and lack communication skills with customers. My car sat on their lot for 3 months, and in all of those 3 months my service representative and the service manager have failed me. I decided to take a leap of faith and have my car towed from Nielsen Jeep to Autoland Jeep in Springfield. In just one week, Autoland diagnosed my vehicle and communicated in depth what the issue was. Save your time and go to another jeep service center!!!

No one likes going back to the dealership for repairs. The hassle of what's covered and what's not. So when my engine light came on all those feelings came back. How long is this going to take? Will I be covered? Can I get a loaner? So I called Nielsen Dodge and spoke to the Service Manager by the name of STEVE FURBECK. As soon as I started talking with him he put me right as ease. He gave me the appt on the exact date I was available, and said drop it off. The next morning I had all my answers. No waiting around wondering or worrying. Steve called said I was cowered and that he would work to get me a loaner as it would take a week or so. Within less than 30 minutes Steve had the loaner for me ready to go. This was the best experience I've ever had dealing with a dealership. I owe it all to Steve Furbeck. He calm me down, stayed in touch, and kept his promises. What more could I ask for. Next vehicle purchased will be from Nielsen Dodge Dealership and a good man named Steve Furbeck.

Great service experience. Came in for my 100K mile check up, they recommended exactly what I needed. After reviewing my service history, they didn t add several items that were usually due at 100K because I had them done on prior visits.

I leased a Jeep from Neilsen very good experience, but having my first service done on a Saturday arrived at 8 am third inline took 3 hrs . This is crazy for a simple oil change and wash . I had a similar experience with my other Jeep nothing less than 2 hrs .
