Dreadful experience. Bought new tires and had them installed at this Costco location. The car drives much worse than it did prior to me getting the new tires. I went back to Costco and they could not resolve the "shaking" issue. They said perhaps there were bent rims. I went to a specialist who informed me I did not have bent rims. I was told none of the 4 new tires are able to be Road Forced and there is something wrong with the tires. Going to try to get a refund and we ll see how this ages .

I will never buy tires from costco again. Turns out the warranty was absolutely useless when I needed it. Also they wasted my time and gas,making an appointment for me to come in, then wait 15 minutes on line to have them tell me my warranty was useless, after I already told the whole story to the fellow who made the appointment and told me to come in. I had 10000 miles on my tires & got a flat. I was told they will not honor the warranty if I had a plug put in the tire. Of course I had a plug put in the tire. I got a flat, you can only drive a short distance on a donut.

I came in to have the tires rotated on a new Tesla that had never been serviced before. I had a 3 pm appointment and they only finished by 5:45 pm. Worse than that, I came in with 4 hubcaps. When they returned, the car only had 3. I told them I had 4 hubcaps, and - as a car that's a 2023 model - I am sure I didn't lose one. They refused to look and told me I hadn't come in with 4 hubcaps.They were servicing another Tesla of the same model at the same time. I suspect they took a hubcap off of mine and put it on the other vehicle. Originally, they'd confused my car with that other customer's car, and told me they would be struggling to finish the job that day. So, if you were able to confuse two cars (and admit to that), wouldn't it be possible you mistakenly swapped the hubcaps too?I have had hundreds of positive experiences with Costco over decades and spent lots of money at the warehouse. This couldn't have been more different. This was an extremely negative experience. Worse than that, the team was unwilling to own up to any mistake or even look for the missing hubcap.I will be writing a letter to Costco corporate.

I had a flat tire and went to this costco tire at 6pm and first they said i have to come tomorrow and then they they said the dont fix/ replace tesla tires.I had to keep my car overnight because tesla roadside was available only next morning. When i came back next morning i see they are fixing tires for other tesla of same model.I ended up paying $150/$200 more due to this. Attaching the video of other tesla they are fixing.

Originally I had my tires ordered online and shipped here. They arrived fairly early. I called and double-checked if they were there and the guy verified that my new tires were there, he asked if I wanted to change my installation date to an earlier time I told him no but it was kind of him to ask.I'm uncertain why the low reviews but they were helpful and answered when I called, called me when my car was done within an hour tops. I arrived 15min before my scheduled time for installation to ensure my secured spot because I know how it can delay the jobs on other cars. They called me because I needed my lug nuts replaced and I told them to go ahead and change it for $10, not a bad price. Fast, reliable, and friendly service.There were a few times when I needed help putting air in my tires and the guys helped do so and even recommended me get new tires because the ones I currently had on there had ware and tear on them. Eventually, I ordered my tires online and scheduled installation right after I ordered my tires it was so easy.

I had service done at here in December 2023 and was very pleased. Easy to make an appointment, early availability despite holiday season and most importantly appointment (tire repair) took only 90 minutes, which was exactly what it was quoted to me on the phone.This is a day and night difference from what I experienced at same location years ago, so based on recent experience I am now rating this at 5 stars.The people I interacted with at the front desk seemed new, I believe they make the positive difference.

I am not sure why the reviews of this tire center are so low. My family has been taking all our cars here for a decade. Tires, rotations, batteries, and never had a problem. Bryan and all the staff are knowledgeable and always helpful. Yes, sometimes their wait is long, but they have limited garage bays. We always plan ahead/drop car off to avoid waiting. Out of any Costco, I always prefer this specific tire center. Thank you for your help over the years!

As a Midwest born and raised bird watcher I've become accustomed to the politeness and friendliness back home in Missoula, darn tootin the fine fellas and ladies here as Costco tire center made me do a double take thinking I'm back home in Montana. Boyo darn fine service at this location. I ran into some trouble down at their location in Clifton but East Hanover here fixed my tires right up now that's quality service.

These guys are always so pleasant. Prices are good but I get the tires there mainly because if there are legitimate problems (ie: not due to negligence such as lack of alignments) they are very cooperative to work with. This time I just went to replace a battery. Price was better then other stores I had checked. I wish they'd do oil changes and we'd be set!

The staff were super friendly and helpful when I got a flat tire and went to them since I was nearby. They squeezed me into a tight schedule. I had to wait a while, but I was happy to get fixed up and not be stranded. Reggie was especially great. Thanks so much!

This location is slllooooooowwwww.I had made an appointment weeks in advance. Upon arrival I was told they were backed up and it would be about 90 minutes. Ok, I'll wander around the store. After 2.25 hours I went back to ask how much longer. As I was asking, someone came out of the back with my keys.Why have an appointment system if it doesn't matter? Further, why quote inaccurate wait times? If I can know from the booking, or any sort of advance notice, it would have taken this long, I would have had someone pick me up so I wasn't stuck there.Not a great first experience.

This is the worst establishment in the state of NJ by far!! Please avoid at all costs. First of all none of these people want to work. Nobody picks up the phone when you call, if someone picks up they say to hold and hang up on you. So you can't get an ETA on a tire that was never ordered so I was without a car for seven days..... disgraceful to say the least. That guy with that name badge that says Rome needs to be fired, he has no business in customer service whatsoever. As far as the rest of them they all fall into that atmosphere created by whoever manages them. An atmosphere of noncaring for the job, noncaring for the customers they are all just collecting a paycheck. There is not one person there that is not rude, condescending or unprofessional. Costco needs to hire an entire new team. This place is the worst I've seen ever.

I would recommend any Costco tire center over this one. I talked to Anthony and he was incredibly rude, he ignored me for about 15 minutes while I was waiting to be helped, refused to let me use the unused outlet to charge my phone and told me to go get my tire fixed somewhere else. I was very polite and thanked him for his time but I thought Costco was better than this, I will not be returning here.

What you save in price, you will lose in service. The best tires are never in stock. The only warranty that they will honor is the road hazard. And if you try to come get a flat repaired, prepared to wait over 2 hours. I am also consistently amazed how no Costco will work with another to provide better customer service.

Walked into Costco tire center 2 weekends ago asked the person working the counter how much to mount and balance my truck tires they asked me did I buy them from Costco No I didn t. The person working behind the counter said Ok it s 16 dollarsCalled Costco 10/1/2020 to make an appointment manger says they changed policy they don t install outside tires even though I m a Costco member ridiculous not going to renew my membership now.

When I finished shopping at Costco, East Hanover, my car wouldn't start. Rachid from auto area (I hope that right spelling) looked under hood and discovered that battery cable disconnected. He wouldn't take a tip and is very respectful. Thank you Rachid.

Going on 3-1/2 hours here. Front counter is in no hurry to take your order. Estimate of 1 hr 45 minutes is a joke. Staffing is nonexistent. Then I ask for an update and the attendant disappears for 15 minutes.I ll never do this again.

Dave is the person who helped me, super nice and professional, he fix the tire in timely manner and with wide smile gave me my keys which not usual at most of the tire centers

Update your website.. says you open at 8am on Saturday.. also update the attitude of your staff.. looking forward to getting rid of my Costco credit card and membership this year..I guess Costco just got too big.

I could not find the wheel lock after repacing the tires. I finally found it 2 days later......It was in the gap underneath the windshield blade.

First time tried tyres from costco ... not a good customer service , front desk , people are rude ..the attitude is as if they are doing any favour to us ..worst location too much congestion .. be prepared to spend 4- 5 hoursNOT fit for single star rating ... will never visit again ..
