After I parked inside of the bay waiting to get oil change the MANAGER refused to changed my oil because I choose conventional oil instead of synthetic , great way to loose business and costumers, BE AWARE THEY WILL TRY TO PUSH WHAT THEY WANT

They will try to scam you for extra services. Went in for hopefully a quick oil change, did not request any other services or checks. They said I needed a $160 A/C refrigerant flush. When declined because my air conditioning is working just fine and checked by my regular mechanic, they said that not doing it could be just as catastrophic as not putting oil in your engine! Dishonest, avoid.

I had a good experience here, despite my reservations going to an oil change chain. As an automotive professional who runs large, high-end repair facilities, I rarely have anyone do my vehicle maintenance for me, I do it myself. Due to a lack of time and a major need for an oil change, I decided to stop through since it is right down the street. Bruce was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. As a true racing fan, I had no doubt he knew how to get the oil change accomplished. We had a pleasant conversation while I sat in my car and everything was taken care of. I had a $25 off coupon from their website and that was no issue to use. He didn't try to force anything extra on me, only performing the services I requested. I checked their work when I got home and everything is done correctly. Drain plug and filter are not loose, no leaks or problems. If I ever am in need of a quick oil change I will definitely come back.

Be aware of this Valvoline unit.Yesterday, I was there for an oil change.A young girl opened my Highlander air filter area through passenger side storage and twisted the hydraulic connecter pin badly.She couldn't fix that and left it like a quick jaw drop thing. When I asked, she said go to the mechanic shop for repair, someone did it earlier. And at the end, she put the broken parts inside the passenger side box as a gift .Since before it was opening smoothly. She was completely lying. I am not a mechanic or auto technician. I took 10 minutes to identify the functionality and fixed the 1/2 broken part. Now the storage is better. Also she doesn't have basic idea about the car and sub model since she was asking someone about the submodel like le /xle, which is always mentioned back of the car. So if you see this red Carly hair slim girl over there and helping you and talking fast like a bullet train for sure, she will give you a wonderful surprise. So, I suggest keep your eyes open . Ask questions if you see any odd activity during repair/oil change work. Otherwise, they will mess up and keep it for your next repair. I don't trust them at all since they proved they don't have a basic entry-level technician. I will escalate for sure to the Valvoline for quality and customer rights beyond Google reviews.

I always have a good experience getting an oil change at Valvoline. The staff is always friendly. This past experience I had Steve and he was very helpful. I love that I can stay in my car and see everything that is being done to my car, as a woman I feel like I can trust the staff here.

Went for an oil change & the guy put screw in wrong. It leaked & I brought it to my mechanic who showed me the screw was in put in wrong. Was told I need a new oil pan & went back to the place & was told I don t need a pan. Took my car to Toyota & they said it s leaking & I need a new pan.Totally disrespectful to me & laughed in my face! I will never go there again! BTW, Toyota did everything for $99 were it cost me $50 more there. The only thing they did was give me another oil change.Spoke with manager who also stated I didn t need a new oil pan but funny bc how would he know over the phone! Total rip off!!!!

i have a love hate relationship with this place. yes they re convenient and have a location in almost every city but their hours are not the best. i get off at 5 which is rush hour and it makes it a hit or miss on whether or not they can fit me in. they also don t open early enough. their hours should be 7am to 7pm. that would be fair and reasonable. because if the whole point is to steer people away from going to the dealer or other oil change places then wouldn t it make sense to offer more flexible hours than your competition? also the warranty is a joke. they won t cover a darn thing. might as well just stop lying to your customers and put up a billboard of a technician shrugging their shoulders holding a broken part. i honestly prefer dropping my car off at the dealer and waiting in a nice waiting room with refreshments or getting a free loaner during the larger services rather than being guided into a shop by a cross eyed guy named bob. i mean cmon, how hard is it to guide someone in 10 feet? why are you flailing your arms left and right like i m a jumbo jet? ok i ll stop complaining, for your simple in and out oil change, they re a five star. anything beyond that and the stars suddenly vanish before your very eyes. here s a good question to ask them when they offer you a coolant flush just ask what color coolant does my car take. i guarantee they ll say green every time. for every car you say? yessir greens all we got so green is what ya get! boy oh boy well what are ya waiting for? fill me up and run my card for 200 buckaroos! watch your car overheat faster than you can say torkoal.

Robert was amazing! He explained every step and made the whole process quick, easy and with his great personality...fun! I'll be back for sure. The fact that there was a pretty long line isn't the fault of the employees. They need more staff to accommodate the number of customers.

Always a quick, easy and thorough full synthetic oil change and check through. Guys are efficient and make sure to call out to each other as they run through steps of their process which makes me as a consumer feel good. They took me late in the day on a Sunday and took their time to do a thorough job.

It doesn t matter what time of day you come, or how many cars are in front of you. Be prepared to wait. And wait. I was next in line and sat for an hour. With 8 people working. Once I went into the bay, I continued to wait as the guys were mesmerized by a fancy car in the bay next to me. At least 5 cars came in after me and they all left because of how slow the service was.Service: Oil change

They left the oil filter gasket off and re-used the old gasket on the drain plug. Needless to say slow leak which stained driveway! Never again!! Update to my review. Still 1 star. Valvoline did respond and asked for copies of all work done. Shared that information including the entire situation. Their determination was too much time between the initial oil change and realizing it was my car with a slow leak and the dealership fixing so they couldn t investigate and instead offered 2 coupons worth $10 each. First the said coupons were not attached to the email and second, I am going to trust them again with working on my car? Sorry I ll happily pay my local VW dealership less to get the job done right. It s worth waiting!Service: Oil change

I needed my cars AC recharged so I went there and had it done in less then 30 minutes. Guys are friendly and knowledgeable and do a whole check on fluids and filters. Will go there again!!

Absolutely ridiculous!!!!I ve never ever waited this long for an oil change!!!I ve been in the car for the past half an hour and I m still waiting!!!!I ve done oil changes at different Val online locations and I was literally in and out.I cannot believe I m wasting my Sunday on this nonsense!!!!Get more employees!!!Ps:also when you hire make sure that their smoking habits don t interfere with their job!!!
