I brought my truck here not too long ago. I had an anti-freeze leak. I was told I d be getting a full diagnostic on the truck which never happened because many more issue were eventually found in the truck and if they did a full diagnostic they d see where the leak was. I had brought my truck here two separate times. The first time they replaced my radiator which ran me about $6-700. That did not fix the issue. I brought it back and he told me it was actually some sort of clamp/hose which cost me another $150. The problem still wasn t fixed. I brought it to another mechanic and he immediately found a crack in the pipe and physically showed it to me. This place came off as a money grab that played guessing games with my truck. The older woman working the counter was incredibly nice, the one star I m giving is just for her, but couldn t give many answers about my truck when I asked. I wouldn t advise people going here if they re going to play guessing games with peoples vehicles.

My car was having transmission problems where another shop was talking about replacing. A family member recommended Sonny's, and I was so glad I did. They found the problem where a ground wire was corroded off. After replacing the ground wire, my transmission was running like a champ. I found myself a good, honest, trustworthy shop for all my auto repairs. Thank you.

Came here because of a flat tire. Mechanic quickly changed it out with a spare, and got me on the way.Didn't take nothing. Really went above and beyond.Excellent Service!

I brought my car to Sonny's after realizing I couldn't do the work myself. Since I'm the most skeptical person when it comes to contractors, mechanics, etc., I had my doubts.Sonny's completed the work quickly and at a fair price.Finally, I may have found a mechanic I can trust!

Everyone at Sonny's J&S service center are the best. They are all very professional ,friendly . The mechanic explained exactly what needed to be done and never pressured me to have work done on the car like other places.The lady at the office is such a sweet heart. I highly recommend them.Kris is the best!!

Happen to stop in to inquire if they plugged tires because my daughter's tire had a screw in it. Don couldn't have been nicer and fixed it on the spot. I was totally prepared to make an appointment and wait my turn because I appreciate how busy these guys are. The cost was reasonable too - considering one of the major "area" repair shops was going to charge me more and then on top of everything told me I would need 4 new tires which I really didn't think was true. Thank you for the honest, quick and pleasant service! We will definitely be back. So glad I finally stopped in after all the years of driving past!

I have tried many mechanics in NY/NJ area, I'll tell you one thing, this shop is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with, very professional, on time, honest and very affordable prices! I have never gave any mechanic shop 5 star ratings .. but if this one is absolutely 10 star! I'll recommend everyone I know to this place, you wont be disappointed, keep up the awesome work guys you're the best

I had an appointment for an oil change, but when I arrived, they said it will take an hour. They didn't have a waiting room available (I assume due to COVID) so we were either stuck outside in the hot weather or go somewhere else. We chose the latter. I wish they would have told me before that there was no waiting room and that it would take an hour. I would have asked my friend to come with me in a separate car.I was referred to this place by my car's previous owner who had been taking the car there for years. When I told the lady, she had no interest and seemed to be rushing us off. I wanted to ask some questions but felt unwelcome so we decided to leave.Maybe they were having a busy day, but I went in hoping they would take care of my car just as they did with the previous owner. But I decided to find somewhere else with better customer service.

Very ethical and reliable shop. They have done work for family members as well as myself and it has always been a great experience. Could not be happier. These guys go the extra mile!! Don is the best and honest mechanic you ll find around EB.I recently took my car to get a engine oil leak from cover inspected. Another shop quoted me $150 but after inspection Don said it was nothing and not a real oil leak, probably the other shop was up selling.Thank god I visited Don, peace of mind and money saved as well.

Have used them most of our 30 years living in EB. At one point they were maintaining our 5 cars. Very honest and get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend.

Best repair place ever. I don't want them to get a swelled head but they're always savings my family's collective butts. We have four cars on a tight budget and J & S is our default.

Very friendly people here. Extremely experienced mechanics here and the prices are very reasonable. It's a family business that's been with the same family since 1974. A great place to have you vehicle fixed.
