Glenn the salesman was very knowledgeable and was able to direct me on the perfect car choice for my son. Aaron is the best person to negotiate with. Great personality and very fair. He got us the best price and financing. Totally recommend them. My first car was back in 2013 and I still have my car now. My next car will be with them too!! Great service too ask for Michael or Chris in service.

Got my last three cars from this dealership and all 3 times I had nothing but a great experience thanks to Alan Maynard. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect vehicle for my needs at the right price. The whole crew at the dealership is just as awesome. Everyone's incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you're car shopping, this is the place to be, and Alan is the guy to see!

I have leased my last 3 Jeeps through Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and cannot recommend them enough. The professionalism and commitment to service is far beyond that of which I ever experienced at any other dealership. I just recently bought out my last lease with Senior Sales Consultant Bryt Gandarinho. She made the entire process quick & easy; and she was able to get me a great rate. If you are going buy/ lease a Jeep or other Chrysler group vehicle in the tri-state area, this is your best choice!

Joe Salerno from rt 18 jeep dodge made my car leasing experience one of the best I ve had in 20 years of leasing cars. He listens to his customer s needs and wants. He made the process quick and easy and got me the price I was willing to pay. I did not spend hours in the dealership and he delivered my car to my house. Second time buying a car from Mike. He made is super easy but very detailed, thorough experience. My husband and I wanted a family car that didn t scream minivan! And we picked out a brand new dodge Durango! Pleasant experience here at route 18 coming all the way from Staten Island!

I had worst experience in this dealership for my Jeep service.I wish I could give 0 stars. I dropped off my Grand Cherokee 4XE on a Thursday 9 am and I was told it will take days to fix(I had 4WD and 2 recall). No call and update even after days, kept repeatedly calling and I was told parts will come and then they can fix it. Finally I got it on Friday morning.I dropped my Wrangler 4XE as well and they did not even touch the car for 3 days. I pulled the car out without servicing it and taking it to a different dealership. Unprofessional and no communication and do not have technicians to handle 4XE vehicles.Avoid this dealership and definitely 4XE vehicles.

Went in to purchase a certified used vehicle there last night. My salesman went to find the car and found it stating "my manager has been driving it for a couple of weeks so it was right out back" Got in car and it REEKED of weed and was filthy. He said "oh yeah i smell it" . Great first impression. Then realized car now has 700 more miles than listed due to this manager driving it. I STILL was willing to overlook all this and look into the car. Again, the car is LISTED as certified. Get to the table and suddenly there is a "certification fee" added on to price of the car of over $3000. So they lure you in at one price and add almost $4000 on top. Listing a car as certified and then adding this fee on the end is shady at best. Entire experience was awful and I would not recommend them to anyone. The unproffesionalism and shadiness was astounding

If I could give the customer service at this place a zero I would. Was checked in and given a ticket and she took my keys. I had an appoint for an oil change. She said ok go wait inside. I did that. Place was busy so waited and was patient. TWO hours later I was like I should check how much longer. I go to the desk and saw some rude guy who s name I wish I got. He said oh your not in the system. But he did see I had an appointment. I said I have a number and a slip and you hand my keys but I m not in your system. He said well you didn t check in. I said huh how do I have all this if I didn t check in. He said see that sign over there. You were supposed to Come see us. At this point my day was wasted. I said give me my keys. So dismissive. No apologies or care. Just a basic F you. On the way out I saw theGirl that checked me in and she s like oh your cars over there with keys in it. I m like youDidn t notice a car right in front of you for over two hours and they didn t come take it for service??? HORRIBLE SUSTEM. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will never go back there and nor should you.

This weekend I had one of the best car buying experiences ever. Tommy helped get me to the number we needed in less than 20 minutes. Darlene helped prep the truck and finish the paperwork and was great. I can't recommended these two enough. Great deal and great pricing. And my wingman loves his new ride as much as I do.

I bought a truck from this dealership last year, and although the purchase experience itself wasn't terrible, I would say that I'm pretty disappointed with how it was handled in the end. When I first looked at it, the truck I bought had some minor damage, but mainly a damaged part on it. Through talking with the sales guy, I said look, I'll buy this truck, but I would like this part replaced. He agreed to do this for me. A few days later, I had gotten a check ready and was prepared to go through with the purchase. He then texted me that the part was on a two month backorder. I gave the benefit of the doubt and said ok no problem, when it comes in just let me know and we can arrange getting it to me. I went through with the purchase, and two months later there was no sign of this part. This turned into months of back and forth over the phone/text where this guy just kept blowing me off and kicking the can down the road, despite my patience and consistent politeness. 8 months have now gone by and the part is still broken on the truck. I've even called the dealer directly and they won't get back to me. Very disappointing. I wouldn't use this dealer again. It seems that they'll make any promise they can without actually following through just to make a sale. Not a good way to do business.

I have a blue jeep wrangler and gave it to service for flashing check engine light ( which is critical and the car is not drivable ) . The sales person was good and helpful to me but I don t understand why is it so difficult to get a loaner car. Always it s an issue for a loaner car and Its not for a simple oil changes and issues but this time my car needs to stay at the dealership for atleast 8 days with no guarantee of any diagnosis of the car as their service team is very busy and later on they will diagnose the issue and then there will be repair timeSo it s an easy 10 days job and I have no way of getting a loaner? Even after a few days? With so much money I pay for the car and other services.Highly disappointed by them

6 years ago I purchased my first vehicle with rt 18 Dodge and by far a great experience. Over the years I have purchased 2 more cars again always a pleasure to deal with sales department at this place, the manager Javier and salesmen Alan are a true pleasure, professionalism and excellent customer service. Service has always been a little different trying to get my car in but since I only have done oil changes over the years I really haven t experienced the true service department at rt18 Dodge. I dropped my car off on 11/08 for a simple oil change, damaged rims (48 hour turnaround a/p manager) and a light that wouldn t come off on the dash for front sensor. After multiple calls and personal visit I got my car back on 01/09 (61 days later). On all calls (when I got them to actually pick up) I received the same lame story that they couldn t calibrate the front Camara etc. When you arrive at the service dept. The only people with service are the valet and Denise at the front desk other than that it feels like a DMV office, you arrive and no one greets you, then you get a look and that means is your turn but that s not truly the purpose of this review. So I get my car back on 01/09 and drove straight home, on my way home I felt a little weird but didn t think anything of it, next morning I m driving to work and same weird shaking. I went straight to my neighborhood tire shop so they can look at my rims and turned out after $120 bill that my wheels were not properly balanced after 2 months of work at the dealership! I go to the dealership to avoid headaches with mechanics but wow this was a stressful experience which will cause me to sell my 2 cars and find a different brand because there s no way I ll ever trust rt 18 Dodge with my vehicle again.

Matt Delise went above and beyond to help me with everything. He bent over backwards to get my order in and on time which was extremely gratifying to me. At that point I knew I was in good hands because he showed me that he cared. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Matt kept his word to me and did everything he could to get me a great deal and I was able to take the car home.
