Oil change, I would highly recommend the east Brunswick New Jersey location. They always been good to me there. The Edison new Jersey location is lacking. Got an oil change there as well never got a sticker to tell me when to go next and when I called to ask all I was told was I had 2,000 miles to go, meanwhile when I took it to the east Brunswick location they told me I barely had any oil in my car. The Edison location needs to be schooled better.

Just want to be clear, this is probably my 4th review in my 47 years on this earth. Called for a synthetic oil change and was told tire rotation is included. So I asked if they can let me see the breaks because my mechanic claimed 4 months ago I was at 50%. I was prepared to do it myself this weekend with my father in law. Matt Todaro, who was very pleasant to deal with, confirmed he would let me see. Matt comes back after my tires were off and told me I am well over 50% and I should be good for awhile. I have been in sales for 15 years and I believe he could of tried to close me knowing I was prepared to do myself. This is my Auto Center going forward!!!!! Thank you Matt and keep up the good/honest/ethical work that you and your crew do. See you soon and God bless!!!

They hire unqualified people that work there that don t have basic soft people skills and how to communicate with customers, I came in as a walk in and where there is no customers in sight and the employees are just on their phones, I ask the person in the front desk for an oil change he says there s no availability for the rest of the day at 1 PM for an OIL CHANGE this place has definitely gone in the dirt since Covid wouldn t recommend. 100% satisfaction my left nut

Places is overpriced. Always trying to upsell you for things that you don t need. Wound up getting an alignment because they told me I needed one , car drove more straight before hand

They always schedule me immediately and give me honest advice about my car and don t try to overcharge me like some places do. They are friendly and explain what work needs to be completed.

Don t bother making an appointment with them if you own a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan they don t have the oil for it. I call the day before to make an appointment for a oil change they confirmed the appointment and when ai brought the car in they said they ll couldn t do it because my oil ow 20 isn t showing up on their system.Complete waste of time should ve made sure they had the oil

We stopped at Mr. Tire after an unfortunate road incident on the highway. Rob and Bill were very helpful at every step. The punctured tire was swiftly repaired, the TPMS reset, and we were on our way.

I just want to say the people here are A1. My Wife and I were headed home on the NJ Turnpike. Blew a tire and the spare didn't fit. After a 150$ tow the place we were at didn't have the right size. Called a 24/7 mobile service and they couldn't have anybody out until at least 9pm. It was 4pm. We found a local Pep Boys and tried to drive on the flat on Rte 18. We were making our way when we came up on this location. We pulled up at 4:45pm and saw that they closed at 5. We quickly ran in and asked if they could help. We still had over 2hrs of drive time left. I'm sorry but I didn't get any names but the guy at the counter was super cool. He got the tire size, luckily it was in stock, and the tech Quickly went to work. My wife went next door to order some Chilli's. We were done and out before the food was ready. If ever on Rte 18 that way look them up they will take care of you. I rarely do reviews but they deserve it. Awesome job guys

Staff was amazing and knowledgeable. They even pointed out things that another tire shop did not pick up on when I had my car serviced 2 months ago. Will definitely come back!

I'm a woman. More often than not auto service centers treat women like they are idiots and try to sell them things that don't need, or even lie about what's wrong with the car. That was NOT the case at Mr. Tire East Brunswick.The two gentlemen behind the desk couldn't have been nicer. I had a slow leak, they found it. Although I wasn't able to get it fixed due to the location of the leak, they didn't make me feel like I had to get something like four new tires right then and there. They didn't "scare" me into getting anything I didn't need.They gave me options and told me to stop back when I was ready. Holy Moly... that never happens. It was like I was in the twilight zone where all good service happens!Will absolutely be back. Ladies, this is your tire spot!!!!

I used to take my car somewhere to have repairs done, but switched to this place upon a recommendation from a friend, and I'm extremely happy with the service! They were honest with me and saved me hundreds of dollars by telling me the suggestions from the last place I took my car weren't needed. Lucky I came here when I did, or I'd have been sold something I didn't need and I'd still not have my problem fixed. As someone who doesn't know much about cars and could easily be taken advantage of, I really, really appreciate a place that doesn't do that.

(6-5-23) Pulled into WalMart cause I noticed my steering was off. Saw that my front tire was very low. Luckily I found their store across the street. In and out in 10 minutes. I will return for business.

Great Service! I spoke with Sarah about replacing one tire and she was able to get me an appointment that same day and I waited less than an hour. Drove out with my tire replaced and at a great price. Would definitely recommend!

I was coming off the Turnpike and hit a piece of metal road debris. Luckily for me I made it to Mr. Tire in the nick of time, as my tire was almost completely flat by the time I pulled into their parking lot. I could not have stopped at a better place than Mr. Tire because they saved my skin. I had told Dave, the store Manager that I lived over 1 hour away and that I was stranded. Even though they did not have the tire I needed in stock, he sent one of his guys, Alex out to pick one up for me. Alex also did an excellent job mounting and balancing the tire. The price was fair and those two gentleman really went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone!

I can't say enough positive things about the staff at the East Brunswick location. I feel that they are always honest with what is needed, as well as their recommendations. It's hard to find this level of honesty in the auto repair industry, and I will keep bringing my vehicle here for repairs and maintenance. Thank you for the level of comfort you provide in knowing that the work being done is actually needed.

I have serviced my cars with Mr. Tire many times over the past few years. Each repair, encounter and business done has always been done reasonably and timely without hassle. Bill, has been great and has gone above and beyond with explaining repairs and giving advice for my vehicles. Bill has been very generous and helpful and makes me feel confident with bringing my vehicles here.

I wrote my last review too soon. Last time we had our tires replaces, a few months ago, one the sensors on one of the front tires stopped working that same day. It worked perfectly before the tire change and then stopped working that day. They refuse to admit responsibility and want $100 to fix their mechanics mistake. Especially after my glowing review. It's disappointing.When we made the appointment last week they said they would fix their mistake. They didn't honor their word or stand by there commitment to fix it. So from five stars to one.Previous review: The main guy we deal with everytime we come in has a great sense of humor. He cracks jokes and is very friendly. We always have had great service and never and issues.

Bad serviceI stopped by there last week to replace my two front tiresInstead they change the rear. I didn t notice until next day. So I had to make an other appointment for next Saturday. Since they got rid of my two good tires and left the two bad ones I thought they offer me some discount and replace the bad ones. NONot even a Sorry, WE FUCT UP. .Thank you Mr.Tire never again

The entire staff at Mr. Tire in East Brunswick are amazing! They will go to all lengths to help make your service at their shop state of the art! They follow up and give status with phone calls and assist you in getting the correct parts for your automobile. This is the second time that I have used them and they haven't let me down yet. They have exceeded my expectations!

Couldn't have had a worse start to our day after a bungee cord pierced our tire getting onto the turnpike while on the way to visit family before we left for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, circumstances made it so that I couldn't get the spare on and had to have it towed. My wife suggested Mr. Tire and gave them a call to explain the situation. Dave was so friendly and polite, understood the time crunch we were on and said they'd squeeze us in even though they were backed up. His colleague Matt set us up in the system with the same friendliness and politeness when we got there. He even congratulated us as we were wearing our matching Just married t-shirts. They were both there after closing making sure our car got taken care of and when I went to pay, Dave turned my credit card away and said it was a wedding present as I had already had enough to deal with today. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received today and will be returning here for all my tire and car needs in the future.

There were terrible noises episodically underneath my car. I was afraid to drive it and I had places to be over the next two days. As I have with several previous emergencies, I pulled into the Rt. 18 south site to get things checked out. The counter guys said there'd be a tech available shortly but there might be a bit of a wait for a lift. In 30 minutes, the car was test driven, on the lift, the problem found, and the keys back in my hand. Not the first time I've received speedy service and helpful advice here.

Dave is always exceptional customer service and always kind/friendly. I appreciate his enthusiasm always when it comes to car repairs. They do not try to scam you in getting unnecessary fixes or parts like some other places, they even recommend repairs etc. in order to give more longevity for the vehicle. Nor do not look down upon you for not knowing essentially the car or car mechanics at least from my experience with dealership repair places especially. You can trust your car in this places hands.

Great service and such friendly staff, Mike H at the front desk was super awesome keeping me busy while i had to wait for new lug nuts. The mechanic working on my tires was also really friendly and explained very well what was going . I unfortunately had to wait longer as my lug nuts were garbage but no fault to me or the facility just something that happens that extended my time but it was a joy speaking with both about food and places to eat near by while i had to wait. They made it go by so much faster. Def recommend them for tires and alignments ect. My jeep is driving awesome with no issues.

My husband and I have been using them for years and are never disappointed. They will try to get you in as soon as possible but will be honest with you if they can't get to your vehicle for awhile so you can make arrangements to drop your it off. The staff is friendly, curtious and very professional; Bill is always helpful and honest. We like that they will inform you but don't try to sell you on repairs that can wait. I would and have recommended them to friends.

Purchased tires last year and I came back again for the great service and pricing. The facility is close to my home and for me there is no need to have to drop off my car and come back. The service is fast enough where I can wait until the service is completed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Mr Tire of East Brunswick.
