I caught a flat on the turnpike today. I called and Alex picked up. I asked a few questions and before you know it I was in the parking lot. Very professional place. Very knowledgeable! Alex man you rock! You deserve a raise!

Had a great experience today with getting my car checked out. Alex and Joseph were super helpful and kind. They took their time to assess my car and educate me on what was going on. Truly felt taken care of and valued. Highly recommend this location!!

I called Mavis tires as i had a screw in my tire. They were very polite on the phone and entered my ticket in the system right away. When i reached there, they assisted me and took my care again they were respectful. There were only 3 people and they were attending one car they looked at my car and told me the screw was on the side of the tire so i had to change the tire. They got so involved in that one care that they forgot others were standing there. I left ss they did not have the tire i use for my car, but for me, the experience was good, but they need to be aware of other customers waiting.

Came in with a nail in my tire and they were able to change it same day which isn t typically with Tesla ties. Reasonable pricing compared to other places in the area. Definitely recommend there services. Excellent customer service

Great team at this location! Called to check pricing on a wheel alignment and made an appointment right away as it was a great deal. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. They inspected everything and made me aware of what I will need soon. Will definitely be returning! Thanks East Brunswick Mavis!!

I got a nail in my tire and stopped by Mavis with only 15 minutes until closing time. Jim was super helpful and took my car in right away to get the tire fixed. They even stayed open 20 minutes after close to finish up fixing the tire. I cannot recommend their shop enough! Thank you to Jim and the whole team at East Brunswick Mavis!

It was my first time visiting Mavis and having my car serviced anywhere but the Toyota. It was such a great experience. They were attentive and knowledgeable. They gave me honest recommendations without making me feel pressured to purchase additional services. I would definitely be back.

Had a GREAT experience here! First time at this specific Mavis and this will be the only one I will be going to going forward. Jim and his staff very kind, detailed in explaining everything and they didn t have me in there a long time at all! This is by far the best car place I ve been to. Great team here!

I want to make a shout out to Jim, James and alex I brought in my car earlier today after getting all me tires changed with balancing, they were awesome through the whole process and took care of my car as if it was one of there own. Top notch customer service and mechanics around 10/10 will always be back!

Jim and his staff were very professional. Jim personally, was empathetic when dealing with us as customers, made sure to give us a deal when things didn t go as planned, and he did whatever he could to make sure he did right by us. Highly recommend doing business with them

Cane into Mavis this morning with a cut tire. Jim greeted me at the counter and took care of everything I needed done. Price was more than reasonable and what I expected. We ll be back the next time we need tires and service.

Wonderful experience, friendly staff , very concerned about my vehicle. Yhey are even willing to skim the price down a bit. Had my dog in the waiting area, everyone loved her. Would recommend this place for tires. Best price in town.

Alex and Laura here at the East Brunswick location, was more than courteous, helpful and respectful. I felt as if I was apart of the team to work on some cars lol. But all in all the service they provided was top tier and I urge anyone in the NJ east Brunswick area to bring their cars to be serviced by providers who truly care about your safety on the road and well being as an individual. I recently visited Mavis Tires for a routine tire check and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. Not only did the team promptly address the air pressure in my tires, but they also swiftly resolved a minor issue I was experiencing. Each staff member(Alex and Laura) I interacted with was sweet and friendly that made my visit especially pleasant.

With my kid home from school for Thanksgiving, I noticed that two of her tires didn t look great. This was 3pm on Saturday. Made myself an appointment online and within a few hours we had new tires and an alignment so she could drive back safely.They also did a check of the whole car. No other issues and didn t try to upsell me any other services. Staff was pleasant and the waiting area had a nice drink/snack machine. Another plus was they had the TV streaming sitcoms and not news like most auto waiting rooms I ve been in. Will definitely use them again in the future when the need arises.

The team at mavis in east brunswick really helped me out. Went in for two tires and they ended up getting a couple other things done that I need before my trip. Everyone is pretty nice and socialiable. They also will try to match prices on certain services so I would definitely give them a try.

Every employee was so nice! Really welcoming atmosphere. Needed a new tire and I m unfamiliar with cars, but Jon made sure to explain everything and answer all my questions!!! Will be coming back for sure.
