The store Staff is awesome and very helpful. Store Manager - Anthony was wonderful person to work with as Another store messed up my order and gave the wrong parts. Anthony helped to choose the correct parts and provided his expertise on the parts selection as well.

Great staff and service here! 3 employees helped me all at one as soon as I walked in. The mechanic who put in my new car battery was friendly and patient! I definitely recommend this location!

I love this 24 hour Autozone! Everyone is super helpful and always entertains my questions/concerns. I've spent hours in here, asking about recommendations, parts, etc. The workers are always honest, polite, and informative. They try to help with any and every vehicle needs. They seem to ALWAYS have the aftermarket parts I need (even when it says that they don't online). I HIGHLY recommend people calling or going to the store to double check for parts. It may say out of stock due to inventory not being done but most of the time that's not true. Inventory online is different from what they have in the store. Sometimes it gets super busy with not enough people on the register but I never mind the wait because they still take their time with you (whether it takes awhile or not) and they still treat you with care. Even with a line, I've never felt rushed. They always are patient and give the time needed to research anything wanted or needed. I also want to say a special shout out to the thinner guy with long hair and Victoria (I think that's her name). The both of them have gone above and beyond! The guy with longer hair was working a long shift while feeling sick one day and he still was on point; giving me helpful information and looking up certain parts. He was going without a lunch break, feeling sick and the store was packed.. he looked up every Ford part we asked about and even gave me cheaper options for my Jeep. The girl Victoria is just a gem all the way through! Always happy and pleasant. I'm happy and grateful to have this location across the street and will be back!

Good service for a very busy location. They, at least the two on the counter worked together and helped each other while waiting on me and another customer and helped each other get us what we needed. Team work

Busy store but still managed to get great service. They had what I needed and what they didn't have they was able to order for me in no time. Anthony Fernandes is extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me track down parts I needed for my old car.

Ordered Brake Caliper for a Acura online. 160$ no issue, I get the box delivered from FedEx and someone mistakenly shipped me the old Caliper Core in a Autozone Box. Guys handled it well at RaceTrack Road of RT18. I was 40 minutes away and I had to borrow a vehicle but overall... Not entirely upsetting. Im glad they didnt hastle me at the store. I appreciate it guys.They did cover me in a brake flush 32oz Brake Fluid & a huge BrakeCleaner... Ill gladly flush my brakes after all this.

As businesses go this location is low keyed. It is off the main road, Rt 18 south, by about 200 yards. There is an entrance on the property from Racetrack Rd.I gave them 3 stars because it appears that the staff is not well trained or knowledgeable in automotive parts. They don't do repairs here, but I have seen employees working on cars in the parking lot.For parts that you can install yourself and you know what you want, it is ok.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Derek H. at the East Brunswick location.He went above and beyond to find the correct part for my vehicle.He thinks outside of the box to find solutions. Due to the production date of my vehicle, the following year needed to be used in the system. He didn't give up on me and he has made my day. Give that man a promotion. Extremely patient and professional. Very nice guy.

Sold me returned broken cooling fan. My small job turned into a 4-hour project.45 min drive to the store, 45 min drive back, removal of the fan from my vehicle, and surprise, when I opened the box with my new replacement fan, it was someone's old fan with missing blades. I had to re-assemble my vehicle and drive back to the store to get another fan and then back home to finally take care of my car after 3 hours driving back and forth, assembling and disassembling the fan clutch, oh and 30 min wait in the store because during evening rush hour they only have two people working (everyone else was hiding in between parts shelves).I might not have been so upset, but this is not the first time. I had the wrong alternators and batteries sold to me. As for batteries, I had a hard time returning them due to the store policy. Hours of my time, gallons of gas, and miles on my car because someone didn't do their job.

Check your receipt. The cashier made a scanning mistake and scanned one of my items twice. Also, you have to look inside the boxes and check to see if you have the right parts. They have parts in the wrong boxes, so you may not be receiving the part you wanted. Finally, you may want to do an internet search before you go so you have the right part numbers, because the cashiers themselves will tell you AutoZone's search engine is the worst in the industry.

I met with the night Manager Stephen A, Let me tell you something this guy was very professional very helpful and very very funny lol. This is the kind of customer service we all need. Patrick and steven helped me out at 2 am to get the right headlight bulbs for my truck. Bathroom was absolutely spotless and even though they both were busy getting the store ready for the morning shift they had no issue taking a second to help me. Best store in the area

Online it says they open at 6am, and I see staff members walking inside, knock on the door and they didn't even bother to talk to me, had to pick up order that I placed last night, will have to return it and never buy anything from this company.

I bought a battery yesterday and I wanted a person to put it in , someone rudely said. The weather is bad outsideMy complaint is I understand the weather was bad but why you gave me attitude and talaked with hat way .I will go today and ask for talking to supervisor as they employee does deserve even 1 star

Workers are very unpleasant and don't want to be there. Receptiveness is everything especially at a time when we're spending so much of OUR hard earned money and have questions. ALL the workers were unpleasant and almost unwilling to help. Last time at this store!

Under staffed or maybe not being managed very well as the people is free to help you are usually don t know anything about cars and the people that busy at the cashier is not free to help. If I don t know exactly what I need or if i didn t order it online then I go somewhere else
