This is actually my first time taking my MK4 GLI to Todd and GT Automotive. I was looking for a local reputable shop that does excellent work. I got recommended by FB group and found GT Automotive. I needed my air condition repaired as well as other parts that needed to be installed.Initial interaction with Todd was super easy and helpful. When looking for shops, I believe communication is crucial to have the best experience. With that said, Todd was on point with communication. Throughout the process he would call/text with updates. He s easy to talk to and very informative/thorough. He even replaced one of my ABS sensor. All of the repairs were done in a timely manner and is backed up by excellent work/warranty.I m glad I found his shop and would definitely be taking all my cars to him in the future.

I had taken my 2014 Passat to Todd over at GT automotive. My car had needed a timing belt, and water pump replacement. I am generally someone who always uses dealers for this type of work. Todd came highly recommended. The job was done in a very fast, timely and clean. The best part is Todd had found another issue with my car that I had thought was just a characteristic. Turns out I needed new cooling fans. Todd had called and explained what the issue was, and what avenues we could take to resolve it. I will be using Todd and GT Automotive for here on out. I highly recommend GT Automotive to anyone thats looking for above top notch dealer quality work!Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance

GT automotive replaced the brake pads on our Mercedes quickly. Pricing was fair and provided beforehand. Todd was professional and accommodating with our schedule and completed the job quickly so we could get our car back. Todd has been working on my cars for about 20 years and he is one of the main reasons why I drive a Volkswagen or Audi. He has done everything from routine maintenance to aftermarket upgrades.
