Go here. Lindsay and her team are incredible. I had the entire sound system in my keep replaced and upgraded with sub and amp. Ran into a few technical issues with the equipment and they never stopped until it was perfect. Couldn t have asked for a better end product. The car sounds unreal. Thanks team

My car had some difficult features to install a new infotainment unit. Lindsay, Nick and her team made sure everything was perfect with great attention to detail. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. It looks and sounds amazing!

Bad experience. had them install a sub, amp, and headunit. They didn't have the right wiring harness, so they did not install housing to make it easier to replace when the right part came in, leaving a gaping hole in my dash for days. Installed a severely underpowered amp for the sub i purchased from them. They made it right with a new amp and harness, but it took a week or so.After about 6 months, the headunit is now crooked because it was not secured tight enough. Pre-existing usb port doesn't work and seems to have never even been even wired up. The amp tripped the fuse that is loosely dangling in engine bay and ever since has not been working properly. Also discovered that the windshield cowl is missing every single push pin and was held up by hopes and dreams. Must have been removed to drill through firewall and half hazardly put back together, as it is a new car and no other services performed on the vehicle required it to be removed.There only redeeming quality is price. you get what you pay for, hidden shoddy workmanship, and lack of knowledge in the office. Will be going somewhere else for repairs to avoid further complications/problems.

I took my 2023 car for windows tinted when I dropped it they told me it will have guarantee if anything happens or if I m not happy with their work. I m really upset my back window looks bad, and now they will do it again but they are not responsible if the antifreeze get messed up. It looks like a beginner worked in my car. I m not recommended this place go somewhere else.

Cheap work ,they have not idea how to put tint in the car. terrible work. I pay $325 for that Believe me I never go to that business again. Enjoy the money

I am very happy with the service I received at Car Craft Audio. They were able to help me with a remote starter that they did not sell to me or install in my vehicle. I was having issues with the key fob. I stopped into Car Craft over the weekend and the lady working was so nice and helpful. I needed new key fobs. Instead of ordering them for me and charging me a mark up, she had me order what I needed on my own and let me know they could program the fobs for me if I'd like.I did just that. Once the fobs arrived, I called Car Craft. I was given an appointment the next afternoon and my 2 new fobs have been programed and are working great.Thank you Car Craft Audio for honest, reliable and quick service.

$325 to make a bad work in my 2023 hatchback.Yes is terrible work to put a tint in my Toyota, they have no idea how to put tint terrible. I m not recommended this place.They stolen

After leaving a five star review (Great service, great price. Had new radio installed in older car, they did a great job retro-fitting it. Now I have a super stereo and bluetooth!) One of my speakers stopped working so I returned to Car Craft to have it fixed. Many hours later I was told it would be almost $1000 to fix as it needed all these repairs. They installed the original radio for only $300, but now it was going to be a $1000. This time the salesperson was different and I felt she just wanted to rip me off, and that's how I felt when I left.

Great experience working with the team. They installed a 3 channel video monitoring system ( does front, back and in cabin video and audio recording). I bought one offline, took it to car craft to install and they were open about installing it, but also offered to research further as they were not convinced my unit was quality. I appreciated that as I am far from being an expert in audio equipment. They were in touch throughout the next two weeks and we landed on a system. Install was great- on time and no issues. The entire team was engaged and really customer centric. Mike walked me through the final product and was really helpful. I can tell the entire team cares for their customers, the equipment they use and their experience. I would recommend car craft for your audio install needs.

Went there years ago and they ruined one of the computers in a Saab that they were installing remote start in. The owner told me it's not his problem, but the vehicle went into his shop without any dash warning lights on. I would recommend going elsewhere. They can't even take responsibility for there errors.

Awesome customer service! Mike was amazing in diagnosing the issue in my car and detailing what he'd have to do. Did an awesome job and it works perfectly! I would definitely return if I had an other audio needs. Mike was super knowledge and an amazing help! If you need any work done definitely have them be number one on your list!

Got speakers done there a while ago, super fast processes, really friendly at the desk. Got an amazing price for speakers & install. I ve had had an LED convention done by them about a year ago and I ve never had a single problem with them. Speakers are great, LEDs are great. Best place around for sure

I recently had work done here with the remote start that was in a truck I purchased. Long story short, the person who installed the system had wired it all wrong. Car Craft did not know this until after they started the work. As it turns out Car Craft wound up spending way more time than they expected to which caused them to loose money on this job. They did not charge me the additional cost for which I m very grateful as I am the sole supporter in our house. The people at Car Craft are blunt and straight forward. No BS there. So if you are looking for a fancy showroom with free coffee then don t go here. But if you are looking for a honest place that offers a high tech service at a fair price then I recommend going to Car Craft.

The man behind the counter is the best customer service rep I have ever had . At car craft audio he cares about your experience and personalizes every customer ! If your ever looking for a car spot around Dover come here and ask for mike ! 5 stars across the board !

Probably the worst experience with a business in a decade. It has the combination of technical incompetence, bad customer service, lack of accountability and outright lying. Avoid at all costs. Very dishonest. They literally screwed up the heater backlight doing the stereo then denied it it had anything to do with it. Right, it just stopped working that day. Read all reviews before going there are you will see how often things like that happen. Installing a stereo and screwing up something else in the process. And the 5 star reviews are suspect, like "Stephanie, Mike, Allyn, and Gasper are absolutely amazing." Probably written by friends, relatives, employees and owners.

I had a bad experience going to car Craft audio as soon as I open the door the owner treat me nasty because I was going to buy a fuse and I was going to pay with my card and it was $5 dollar. They don't even have a sign that they don't take debit cards for such a small purchase . A lot of my friends told me don't go to this place because they treat people bad I didn't believe them because I used to know the owner and the owner used to treat everybody Fair so I experience it yesterday and it was really bad experience and made me feel like shiet

I recently purchased some speakers from Best Buy for my Buick and wanted them to install it the same day. Apparently Best Buy installation is all booked up till March. I attempted to install them myself but could not get the door panel off. There was an hour left till close and I live a half hour away from Car Craft Audio. I called and spoke to Darren and explained the situation. He said they were really busy but he d hate to turn a customer away . He agreed to stay beyond closing hours just to install my speakers. When I got there, they were indeed busy but I was still attended to. Darren soon began to install my speakers and did an excellent job. He even got the assistance from an employee who was off that day and still offered to help ( Shout out to Casper?)The price was very fair for the situation. I would absolutely recommend Car Craft Audio for all your car audio needs.

Great job and great system. Mike knew and recommended exactly what I needed to upgrade my 2005 Crossfire convertible. The new system, flawlessly installed, and complete with Apple Play , Bluetooth, backup camera and XM radio greatly exceeded my expectations. When I drove it home, I didn't want to get out of the car.

I ordered a car stereo thinking that I would be able to install it myself. Once the hubris wore off, and I realized I was in over my head, I called Mike at Car Craft Audio. Thankfully, he was able to help me out right away, and a couple of hours later, I drove off with my stereo perfectly installed. Mike, and his team, were very professional and were the most helpful. I d definitely go there again for any future car audio needs. This time, I ll just do it all through them!

FELL APART UNDER 6 MONTHS. What kind of scam artist uses speaker wire for powering a pump? I was charged top dollar for low quality, Darren smiled as he spoke of their high price being offset by quality work. Well here's the quality of your work via attached picture. That's Darren's top tech installing a standard connector to a wire for a ground, top quality work breaking in under 6 months? You guys chose the ground location, you guys signed your name with the quality of your work.

Car craft audio is the best place to get a radio installed they re one of the top places I highly recommend going there for anything they do. Tinting, they have LED lights, and they do amazing Soundsystem. Darrin is the man to Talk to he s very helpful and just a cool guy all around. I highly highly recommend anyone who wants a good quality sound system or good quality work to go here. NEVER USE this place. I have a 1994 Volvo bought an Alpine CD, USB, Tuner unit from Crutchfield. Darren from Car Craft quoted me $66 for installation. Simple install according to him. After it was installed, my headlights would not shut off. I went back the next day and another technician said the wires were touching so he taped them. Subsequently I then found out that I didn t have stop lights. Went back to Car Craft and another technician worked 1.5 hours and said it had nothing to do with the radio. I then took the car to my Volvo mechanic and the relay switch had been shorted out by the headlight problem. I had to pay him and pay for a rental for the day. So the $66 simple install cost me big bucks. Car craft denied that the headlight problem caused the relay switch problem. Stay away from using Car Craft!

This facility has been nothing but good to me . I can't say enough good things about them. When I needed help they were there for me. Donna is wonderful person she has gone above and beyond any expectations. I will definitely be back patronize this business. Jerry

I LOVE Car Craft Audio in Dover. I had a complete sound system, television and media center done and everything is perfect. The staff is excellent and made a perfectly matched system and a very reasonable price.Fit and finish are better than factory. I would highly recommend them!!Thank you
