Quick and easy. The staff was friendly and worked efficiently. I timed how long it took the two cars in front of me, plus my car, and the inspection averaged about 5-8 minutes per car. I went during a weekday on my lunch break and spent roughly 25 minutes there total.

I went about an hour before they closed. I was the first person in the waiting line. From waiting until I left I was there for 15 mins. Most of those 15 minutes were waiting. They have 3 inspection bays And they do 3 cars at a time and won't call over the next 3 until the previous 3 are finished. So, if Bay 1 was faster and cars in Bays 2 and 3 still weren't finished, they won't call the next 3 cars until 2 and 3 are finished.

I normally go to the Millville facility, but happened to be in the area, so figured I'd stop in. I was fully expecting a long wait due to being in a more populated area. A nice surprise. Even though it was a last minute decision. It turned out to very quick. Maybe 15 minutes start to finish. The gentleman who spoke to me at the completion was very friendly and was surprised a 66 year old would be driving a stick shift! I got a good chuckle out of it. He was a bright point in my day! Thank you for the quick and friendly service!

Went well. Got there early on a Saturday. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Some of these employees can use a little personality, but this time was decent..

The staff is hard working, professional and friendly. The visit didn t take long at all! I received a great compliment for being a great parent to my daughter who was with me. That type of attitude goes a long way and made my day. Wish I knew the name of the gentleman, but I want to say thank you again.

Quick and efficient, and they re open Saturdays until 12. I m giving 2 stars because the inspector who affixed my inspection sticker was disrespectful towards me when answering a fairly simple question, and was creepy towards the woman in line ahead of me. If someone who had just seen my license and home address made a joke to me about coming to my house the next day (even if it is for a Super Bowl Party ), and I was in her shoes, I d be extremely uncomfortable. I m glad I don t have to come back for another 2 years.

They gave me prompt service for inspection for the 2007 Ford Ranger. However the ticket machine at the entrance was out of paper and there was no phone number available so I had to walk down to the center and ask for help while a lot of cars were waiting

Very quick service here I went right in as soon as I pulled into line they did my vehicle quickly and efficiently gave me my new sticker and I was out of there in like 15 minutes and they were very nice you know it's great to appreciate someone who cares

Quick and effortless. I set an appointment for 12:30 and was in and out and ready to go in like 5 minutes. Nothing but good things to say especially considering that you don't have to pay for the inspection if you go to the inspection stations versus going to a certified mechanic where your likely to pay $30 to $40 if not more for the inspection. I dont think it would have been as effortless if I had issues with my vehicle but it was still quick and easy and little to no wait to get in.

I went in today at around 11:30 am to get my jeep inspected and failed for 1code but while I was standing there I witnessed a guy fail 1 code also but was passed I am so confused as to what the laws are because if my car failed then his should have failed also I guess I will have to give the corporate office a call because that is not right laws should go for everyone not pick and choose who gets failed or passes now I am driving around with this dang red rejection sticker on my car

i was there for literally 5min! i pulled in at 8:45am, my ticket said i would be seen at 8:46am, i pulled around and they took me right in and i was driving out with a new updated sticker by 8:50am! so quick and efficient and everyone was very nice! i went on 7/27/23 (end of the month) which was a thursday morning and i still was in and out!

Went on a Tuesday afternoon mid-month so my timing was good. But it was 90 degrees and humid. The staff could have been grumpy and miserable. But no- my guy was friendly and we shared a few jokes. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. It was a pleasant experience.

This place is not professional at all. The supposedly mechanic knows about cars. My 20 year old car was rejected because the supposedly mechanic can't see the cat with the Camara after I pass emissions and got rejected because they can't see that cats after I explained and show a diagram that the cats are build with the headers of the car and explained the only way to se them is getting a person not a Camara and look for the cats but the person that did my inspection just told me if I can't see it on the Camara I have to failed you. After the report said emissions pass
