Called Mike told him the driver got water in the fuel from a fill up on the NJ turnpike. He told me 2-3 hours response and I said ok. He was there in 2.5 fixed the issue and gave me a very fair price. Highly recommend, been doing this for 30+ years and know when someone is fair and good.

Gave MTR a call for a roadside truck tire repair. He answered right away and showed up within the hour with a new tire. We were back up and running in no time. Would definitely use him again.

This is one of the most honest and hard working people I have met in this industry. Every time I am in this area I will always call Dan. The speed in which he came out was unheard of. Came right over to me at the McDonald s parking, was there in 20 minutes after I called. Had me back on the road within an hour and a half if even that!!Service: Tires

Had a customer that had a flat tire, unfortunately I don t do tires. It was a late Saturday evening and everybody was closed and not answering their phone. This is my first time calling him. I contacted Dan he picked up his phone and was able to take care of my customer within an hour. I like to say thank you for taking care of my customer promptly. So its Sunday, snowing, at a time when all things are closed and during all this national hysteria...dan came after being deadended elsewhere. His response was prompt and personable like no other. He was very organized and able to immediately diagnose the problem and went out of his way to not only do a removal in the inclimate weather but also made two trips for me. I couldn't even begin to say what an anomaly of customer service this has been in a good way. I've lived all over the states and can honestly say its so rare for someone to be so genuinely helpful and direct. Dan Was very professional, timely and nice. He checked one of my trailer tires for me and diagnosed the issue in less than ten minutes. After waiting for over 12 hours at the TA in Paulsboro , nj smdh. He did not overcharge or take advantage of me. I highly recommend you guys too use his services and the next time I m in Paulsboro I will be dealing with only him. For my truck& trailer needs. We need more people like him. However, the services provided by MTR are ALWAYS exceptional and well deserving of a high rating.When it comes to truck and tire repair, MTR provides exceptional service at a competitive rate and is available 24 hrs - 7 days a week. Terrible! Waited for this guy, never showed up, and when I called, he said he broke down, can t even fix his truck, save time and call someone else more honest and reliable
