I use to like the deptford shop. Always friendly n out going. I like their work they do. But just called them n i always wait while work being done. I just call and If the manager had said due to resp or covid. You are no longer allowed to wait. But what i received instead was rude n nasty. Very short mannered. So hey its money out of the deptford shop. I will drive further. To another shop n give them my business. Just reviewed the other reviews. Owner keeps making excuses for mike who has been a manager there for years. Gotta wonder if the owner is the manager mike. Any other owner would fire a rude nasty employee who exhibits these manerisms continually

I attempted to use their services on two separate occasions and they apparently cannot do anything. No tune-ups, cannot perform a check engine light, or even manage to rotate tires.When the male finally came to the front desk, same person on both visits, was rude and condescending. I definitely do not recommend to any females that may have to deal with that male.

I went in to get an oil change. There was no one at the front desk. No bell. Waited 5 minutes no one came out. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Short old man the manager is the most ignorant person I've ever met. Rude and nasty. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to that place or any place associated with Goodyear.

Terrible!!! And to the old man who thinks the whole parking lot is his, he can suck a big old sausage. What a miserable prick. Stay away!! Service sucks and employees need manners

They get one star beecause Google makes you give them one star, so there it is. I needed a tire. No one was at the desk. Someone finally walked in, and it seemed like he couldn't care less. He told me they didn't have the tire I needed."And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that [place], shake off the dust of your feet". (Matthew 10:14)

Great experience. Mike and Jeff are both professional and highly knowledgeable. They saved me a good deal of money and found me an awesome set of tires from Goodyear that I had not seen or considered before my visit to the shop. Service was excellent and timely. My F150 Tonka looks outstanding with the new set of Goodyear Fierce Attitude M/T's. Thanks gentlemen. Very pleased with this purchase and the service. Alignment is spot on and the overall ride has greatly improved. I will return to this shop for my future needs.

Service was great by Jeff and Mike. I got a flat on my ride home for thanksgiving. They took care of me quickly and didn t try to upsell me on anything I did not need. They also filled my spare to the proper level. Awesome service.

Jeff and Mike are absolutely the best!Since we started going here for tires and alignments since 2018 there is no other place I trust. They do an excellent job and always get our vehicles in and out quickly! Thank you guys again for another great service!Brett

I can't say enough good things about this place. Mike and Jeff are awesome and knowledgeable guys, always willing to help, and with a great crew. The thing about them that I love most though, and what keeps me coming back, is their honesty. I wholeheartedly trust them with my car. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! I honestly can't say enough about this service center and the employees here. I had a managed to run over a screw on a Saturday afternoon and everywhere I called was either closed, about to close, or wanted to charge me nearly $200 for a single 215/55R16 tire! Not including tax!! Luckily, amongst my frantic searching I stumbled across this service center and was quoted for $128 for my tire, insulation and this included tax. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! The guys there were super friendly and knowledgeable. I asked them about other concerns I had with my car and they were extremely helpful in informing me about products I could use without trying to upsell me with something I didn't need. They also informed me that my lug nuts were swollen and needed to be replaced soon, this was a shock to me as I had just had my tires rotated at a Ford dealership and they had failed to mention this to me. I will be taking my car to this shop from now on and would recommend them to anyone! Please keep up the amazing work and thank you again!!

My family and I were traveling south and as with many traveling missed debris on the road and gouge my brand new Goodyear tire . Luckily for me was able to ride my donut to a fabulous Goodyear dealer. The two gentlemen was able to research the product which was needed , and was able to have the tire needed within a couple of hours. Great management and determined team . If for some reason you in the market for a great product, stop in and see the guys , you won t be disappointed.

- Unpleasant to work with- overpriced services compared to surrounding shops- eager to rip their customers offI was a customer for 3 years strictly due to convenience. I will no longer bring any business to their shop. Their snarky attitude, unreasonable prices, and sneaky terms isn t worth It. Better shops around with better mechanics.2 stars instead of one because of my point above (convenience)

I took my Kia Sedona van to Goodyear Tire where I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jeff at the Deptford, Nj store. This was the third tire place I had been to with no real help. The store was pretty busy and told me there were several vehicles ahead of me. HOWEVER he asked to go ahead and take a look at my vehicle after I had explained the issues. So we went to the parking lot to look at my tires. He went through every tire meticulously as he could without being on a lift yet. He found major issues with my tires and advised to replace them. His service didn t stop there it only increased. He actually brought the tire inside to me to see everything he was talking about. He explained how and why that it happens to the tires. As a WOMAN I never felt that I was being taken an advantage of. They made me a priority and made my families safety a priority. I will forever be a customer and praise their good name. If you want honesty and quality work. This is the place to take your vehicle!

I just went to get price estimate, spoke to Mike so rude that assumed that I own a Mercedes Benz and said to me: "come back when you have your logistics settled". I rather go to a more descent and receptive sales person than deal with Mike. I suggest the management send him to a seminar.....come on management/owner. I rather deal with Jeff a true sales person and should be the one talking to your customers. I wonder why you guys have negative reviews.

I needed 4 new tires, an alignment and an oil change on an Infiniti coupe. I called Goodyear in Deptford, NJ. From my very first phone call, Mike was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Mike took his time to explain things to me. The tires that I needed are not easy to find. Mike was able to locate these rare tires and picked them up for me. I had no problem making an appointment and the whole service took less than 3 hours. Jeff was also helpful and knowledgeable and performed great service on my car. I would definitely recommend Goodyear in Deptford. I appreciate you guys! Thank you!

I brought my car there twice never fixed the problemEven when I pointed out all that was needed to be done brakes didn t get done oil change didn t get done rooters didn t get done only changed two things and charged 500 dollars. Two things they didn t tell me about cause they was post to call me the following day to tell me what was going on and never did I had to call them 3 and still didn t have answers for me. I would never tell you to go here for anything never go to good year Thieves

Every goodyear in South Jersey has been a good experience for me. Quick service, easy to set appointments online, overall competent staff.Been using goodyear tires centers for 5 years and all good.

Mike and Jeff are the best. Great service Sincere honest and knowledgeable, I don't know what I would do without these guys. If you don't have money to fix your car don't blame them period. They don't perform miracles.

I ve taken my car here twice and always had a good experience. Called today about a possible service, was told not to bother making an appt and I would have to drop my car off with no ETA, then was hung up on finding a new shop.

This is my first Google Review. I was inspired after a call to this store and speaking with Mike. As others have mentioned, Mike is the biggest jerk that I've spoken to in a while. Multiple people have said this in their reviews. My mistake for calling.

They stop taking customers at 2 even tho they are open until 6 on Saturday s. Just crazy how hard it is to find a company to repair a tire same day, even if you already have the tire off the car. I wasn t turned away at 559, or even 3pm. I was turned away at 220. Definitely won t be coming back.

If you must go here, just promise me it's because you lost a bet. Either that or you like being ripped off and insulted. Today my wife got a flat on the way home from work and was able to make it here and was told they wouldn't fix the flat because it wasn't a name brand. That's right, they don't patch/plug NTSB approved tires based on popularity. The tire was pancaking. So my wife asked how much for a new tire? His response was "I only server filet, I don't serve sirloin". When she asked for clarification, he said "My tires cost three times your tire". (For the readers: those four tires are three months old and just mounted at a Just Tires on a Goodyear credit card but not purchased at JT.) They are honest and clearly not afraid to let you know you'll pay a lot there. My wife was pretty insulted by the exchange and never did get a price for tires. Somehow in the end, she said they did put air in her tire...and sent them off with the tire hissing. Today is 5/14/19 this occurred around 4:30 pm. The sad part is there are no words for the arrogance behind that counter and the total lack of respect for a woman, knowing it would have gone different if I were there. I'll take the hit to my credit and close my goodyear account. Reading the reviews, it doesn't sound like anything is going to change there. It sounds like the same guy, and it sounds like that guy is the manager.

I simply called for some pricing ideas for routine maintenance/parts for my car. TERRIBLE phone customer service, the man who I had been talking with was both rude in tone & hung up before I had a chance to finish. Way to keep 'em coming in the door! I will not be utilizing this location for any reason whatsoever.

I wouldn't even bring a bike tire here especially with the way the customer service is I asked for a price quote on something afterwards was hung up on passssss. I will not be coming here.
