LAST EDIT - Mark and crew are doing everything they can to make things right. They are going above and beyond. My final review is they are good. Their choice in mechs is still questionableEDIT #5. 7-21-2023Just got my H3 back. They put a used/wrong engine in it. With 77,000 miles. Well at least that is what they told me. I got NO paperwork on the engine. The alignment is off. Mold on floor mats. I will post a picture or video of all issues.Edit #4. 7-3-20234 1/2 weeks. They have had my truck longer than I did. The Wrench turner at Just Us mechanics brought it inside on Friday 6-30-2023 put it up on the lift and then put it outside again by Saturday 7-1-2023.Not sure what is going on. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership and their mechanic. I will NEVER be back. I am contacting my attorney on Wednesday, 7-5-2023, and starting a lawsuit against AutoSmart. I am also contacting the BBB. My next move is sitting out front with a dig. steering people away from this horrible dealership and their even worse mechanic.Edit #3. 6-23-23 1-starit s been a month. My H3 is still sitting untouched at Just-us mechanics. No response from Autosmart. I now blame AutoSmart. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. it does not take a month to replace an engine. time to start posting videos.EDIT#2. 6-18-23. 3-starsAutoSmart gave me a loaner car. But it has been 15 days since I dropped my truck off. It has been 5 days since the mechanic looked at it. It is still in the same spot and no further work has been done. I am giving it till Tuesday 6-20-23 to get done. then I start posting on tic-Toc, and twitter to my 1.5 million followers. and calling the BBB and the state. This mechanic is going to have a severe negative effect on AutoSmart. I hate that it is going to happen, since they are extremely nice, but they chose this mechanic .EDIT: 6-13-23. 4-starsMy issue was not with AutoSmart. it is actually the mechanic they use. The sales team and staff at AutoSmart have gone above and beyond to get this situation rectified. As of today, the mechanic JUST US, just finally looked at my truck and by the time I right this, should be calling it into the warranty company. again. AUTOSMART is not the problem. So if you buy from them and need repairs, insist on another mechanic. DO NOT use Just Us across the street.Buying from them was great, AT FIRST. Vince was a great salesperson. 3 weeks after purchasing a 08 H3 and jumping through hoops with their finance company, they changed finance companies on us, without asking us. This seemed REALLY shady but it saved us over $50 a month with a lower interest rate. 28 days later, the engine blew and possibly the trans. I texted Vince, who told me I was covered with the bumper to bumper. This was confirmed by another gentleman that sits in the back. I dropped it off the next day, Saturday 6-3-23. They said their mechanic (Just Us across the street) would look at it that day or monday at the latest and get the process started. I trusted them, because Vince seemed so nice. Stopped by Friday 6-9-23 and the hummer was still in their lot. We spoke to the mechanic he said he looked at it. but that is all. he hadn t even called the warranty company yet. He said he MIGHT get it in monday. He was also extremely insistent that he knew the previous owner and the truck was meticulously taken care of, so it doesn t make sense that the engine blew! he kept making it seem like I did it in the 6 weeks I had the truck. He also implied (several times) that he doesn t think the warranty company will cover it.) I didn t even put enough miles on it for an oil change yet. There was an oil light issue since I purchased it. H3 s are known for the oil sensor going bad and I checked the oil level daily, waiting for Autosmart to get me an appointment with their mechanic (Just Us).I will update as this progresses. It may be several weeks or even months, before i get my truck back. As of now, I would recommend to either shop elsewhere or use extreme caution. If you do go, ask for Vince and no one else.

Last week my daughter went to purchase a car from Auto Smart. They had it shipped up from Maryland and my daughter had her own loan from a credit union. We provided the dealer the check from the credit union as well as cash to purchase the car. They asked us to bring it back for the day so they could detail it and give it an oil change which she did and it just sat there all day and they claimed they couldn t get to it. The following day we were contacted by the credit union stating that they could not give them the funds from the check as they couldn t provide the bank with the title. The title could take up to 30-60 days from the auction house. In the past The credit union would process the check and wait for the title however due to being burned in the past they recently changed their policy and would be unable to give the dealer the funds. This issue between the dealer and the credit union somehow became my daughters issues and they were strong arming her to refinance through whoever they use. Which we refused to do for many reasons (#1. She may get denied due to the other loan out there and #2 she would NEVER get the interest rate she received from the credit union). The dealership then requested we bring back the car. Asked two days in a row. When we were able to finally return it they didn t have the cash to return to us and we refused to accept a check from them. We finally returned the car today and received our cash back. Not once did Marc apologize for the inconvenience for anything. He even acted mad at us because we were returning the car. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!! They are shady! They were not up front with us regarding the title situation. If we knew we would have never purchased the car and in turn sell the car she had prior.We found a car with 40,000 miles less and are dealing with a much better dealership that has a good reputation.Thanks Auto Smart for making my daughter s first car buying experience a complete disaster.

I had the best time ever at a dealership. I actually enjoyed the buying a car experience. Mark and Will were friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured or stressed. They were professional, kind and gave me good information about the cars and most of all they were HONEST. They did everything to get me an excellent car at the price I desired. I purchased a 2022 Malibu. I love it! Thank you!

Great car salesmen. Will was awesome, I told him what I was looking for and he delivered with the help of his manager. I was out of there in no time with the car I wanted. Go to AutoSmart now if you need a good running new car with low miles. They work with you. No matter your credit, down payment, and work history. Will recommend to family and friends. They also offer good referral bonus.

Stone and the team with Auto Smart Nation took great care of my family this past weekend. My wife and I each purchased a Nissan, she a Rogue and I an Altima. I have bought two vehicles from them (four years ago and again last month) both times the staff was great. Honest, straight forward, and didn't try to redirect me into what they wanted to sell rather than what I needed. All in all a good sales experience.I would encourage anyone looking for a moderately used car (30k-70k miles) to look here first.

My first time purchasing a car and I had the best experience at Autosmart in Deptford! Stone was amazing and did everything he could to make sure I was happy, answer any and all questions with genuine care and a smile, and was always 100 percent up front and transparent in the best way throughout the entire experience!! He made sure I got a car I loved and the process was extremely easy and rewarding! Highly recommend this dealership and its team! So friendly and a great atmosphere here!

Not happy with this place. My car was promised to be sold and is still sitting since December 2023!! I have 2 car notes now based on their promises here. I will surrender their vehicle I purchased from them before I have 2 car notes. I ll figure out the rest. I don t recommend this place at all. Fast talkers and constantly hanging up the phone during calls. Don t buy here.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This business is a fraud. Read their reviews. These guys have very poor business skills and are very condescending. My wife and I purchased an Alfa Romeo stelvio on February 1st. The car came in filthy, there was oil spilled all over the trunk, during transport the car was damaged. Marc promised to get all this resolved in a different day since the person who details the vehicles called out. He also said he needed to order the paint to touch up the rims. It s now been 3 weeks of me attempting to get a hold of someone. When I finally did, an appointment was scheduled but later canceled. It s been excuse after excuse. I am understanding that things come up in life, but they didn t have a problem communicating when we paid cash for the vehicle. I ve now been attempting to call their corporate number, but it seems to be someone s cell phone number with a google messaging service.By a crazy chance, Al from Texas reaches out to me and says he s going to have a director call me back within 24hrs but to go to the palmyra location and they will take care of the things promised. At this point I have told Marc, Al, Pete, and Kevin, and we no longer want the vehicle and to conduct business with them and we would like our money back. When we arrived to the palmyra location we contact the police department to give us a police report, as we waited for them to arrive a director named Doug finally comes out after us sitting there for an hour waiting for pd. Doug acts completely ignorant to the situation, at this point my wife and I asked Doug to leave us be until the police department arrived. At this point Doug became confrontational and told us that no one is going to bully him in his lot, and began circling the car for about 5-10minutes. He finally goes back to the office and shortly after the police arrive and we re extremely helpful in taking our report. However autosmart nation is refusing to hold up their end of the contract. Please reconsider before buying from here!

I purchased a Dodge Journey from AutoSmart August 2023. In November 2023 the jeep broke down. I am a social media influencer who gives back to the homeless. This vehicle was going to be used to help my community. Since November the vehicle has pretty much been inoperable. I called Stone recently and he said that AutoSmart no longer exists. As I see the website and social media accounts still active. Marc is the owner/manager rude and all about taking your hard earned money and giving bad product. I ve been going back and forth with them since November about getting the car fixed. I ve dropped the car off at least 3 times, they have the car for weeks at a time then say it s fixed. When I get the car back it will make it to my house and break down again. BUYER s BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH AUTOSMART

Autosmart was the best find we could have discovered. From beginning to end, they were transparent, straightforward, no-bs kind of people. They worked hard to make sure we were comfortable with every single step. As soon as we walked in Zach was amazing. He did not make us feel pressured and was a pleasure to meet. Mark was up-beat, super kind and generous when talking prices. Upon going inside, every single worker was welcoming and encouraging that we are making the right choice to invest in not just a great product but their family-ran business. Car people usually have a bad reputation for being shady, but it is night and day here at autosmart. I will definitely be recommending them moving forward.

1/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND to anyone. I REPEAT, ANYONE.My mother bought a 2020 Nissan Versa with less than 50k miles, from Mark at Autosmart. She was sold a one owner car, with no issues etc But after she drove it off the lot, the oil and brake lights immediately came on. She took it to the local mechanic, and turns out the engine had ZERO oil in it, as well as no brake fluid. There also seems to be an electrical issue with the radio/computer.Fast forward, the vehicle needs an engine, and as expected, my mother has only been met with nothing but a hard time when following up with them. No returned calls, etc..Either way, they sold us a car knowing that it had issues and failed to deal with it.Stay away.

Worst Car Dealership in New Jersey Never Buy from this Dealership. They treat people of color last and treat white people with priority. There are no people of color on the sales floor the one colored person they have cleaning cars. You will wait for hours in the show room to be be push down the list if you dont look like the sales team. Don't believe them if they say you can come back a refinance because it is a straight lie and false advertisement. They will sell you a car worth $6000 and mark it up over $20,000Untrustworthy. The sales men and mangers will smile in your face and and change thing behind your back.

I was a pain with this dealership, signing 3 different deals & 2 different cars and they still did THE MOST each time to do the best for me and I m so appreciative purchased a car from them 3 years ago and then another one today. IF I CAN GIVE 0STARS, TRUST ME THEY WILL BE GETTING 00000.DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM HERE, THEY ARE SELLING YOU BROKEN DOWN CARS WITH PROMISE TO HAVE IT FIXED BY THIER SOCALL MECHANIC ACROSS THE STREET (Just Us), I brought a car 2006 toyota highlander hybrid 09/12/22 no AC working the dealer STONE said to bring it to the mechanic (just us) ACROSS the street to fix since he's their mechanic and repair all the cars on their lot, God alone knows what the mechanic did the car shut down on me when I left the lot about 2miles away, i call the next day to tell him about it, since they had already closed. they refuse to take the car back and check it out, or hold responsibility for the car being shut down soon as i leave the lot, come to find out the hybrid battery is no good, it kept saying check hybrid system, check VSC system, keeps popping up on the dash broad, i call STONE and told him the car is a lemon and what did his mechanic (just us) do when i took it to him to fix the AC, and what can he do to change it cause it's only 7months since I buy the car from him and now its no longer starting, STONE refuse to take the car back but had me take out another car on my daughter's name because i needed a car desperately to get to work, the first car was a 2011 BMW what STONE claim his mechanic (just us) the same guy fixed and is ready for me, cause the radiator supposedly had a leak but the mechanic(just us) replaced it with a new one, after we did all the paper work, i went to the dealer to pick up the bmw, drove off the lot then boom the radiator busted, i took it back to STONE and tell him what happened, come to find out his mechanic (just is) didn't put antifreeze in it, smh, STONE then said ok I have a 2017 chevy equinox, decided I'll take it, cause he said it fixed and ready with no problems, i left the lot once again then boom it needs brakes and roters, cause when I'm driving there is excessive shaking in the front end, call STONE told him bout it, he said bring it to his mechanic( just us) same guy, the mechanic took it and claim he fixed it when I drove off the lot, but I'm still getting excessive shaking, I don't know why they believing in this wench clown to keep fixing people's car knowing he is not qualified and have no idea whats hes doing, i took it to a different mechanic (Monroe Auto) to get their opinion, and that mechanic said STONE MECHANIC (just us) NEVER CHANGE THE ROTERS, HE ONLY SLAP SOME BREAK PADS ON IT the whole thing is dented,, i called STONE about it and once again he refused to listen about his mechanic (just us) is not fixing the cars like he suppose to, I had enough I'm about to get my lawyer deal with it legally, I still have the 2006 toyota highlander hybrid parked up in my yard I'm paying car note for every month that's is not drivable, when i asked STONE again about taking it back or trading it for something else He STILL REFUSED TO TAKE THE CAR BACK... DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM AUTOSMART DEPTFORD NJ, and DO NOT DEAL WITH STONE..Update- 3 weeks later call for the car to be checked out again, this racist stone will tell me I need to take down my bad review before they can check out the car, he not fking serious DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM HERE, they are selling LEMONS

Bought vehicle with 9000 miles on it. 7 months later, at 16000 miles, took it to a shop and was told all 4 rotors and brake pads are destroyed and it ll cost 1200. Mechanic said hes never seen this on a vehicle with less that 30k on it. Ive never had to replace pads that quick and have been driving for 20 years. Called autosmart and was asked for more information on the purpose of my call and was told the owner was busy and will call back if he can . If he can? Did not get a call.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Pete claims he s an honest man yet when I drove off the lot lights popped on WITHIN 24 HOURS!!!! I m still waiting on my tags for him and they are very unhelpful. Half the time I can t even get them on the phone to talk about it with them. Turn away and please do not buy a car from here!!

I had a great experience here and I would highly recommend coming here if you're serious about saving money on a good deal of a car! I worked with Alec and Marc and really ... the entire rest of the office and enjoyed a complete customer service experience. It's a family atmosphere that's infectious as you're going thru the car purchasing process (including financing), making it even more comfortable.Thanks again Alec and Marc!

These guys have been great. Super helpful and transparent and got me a great car for the right price. Would totally recommend Autosmart in Deptford.UPDATE: They actually scammed me and failed to disclose that the car would not be under warranty from the factory, when they sold it as having another 40k miles in warranty coverage. Just had to spend $5k to replace a transmission after only driving 10k miles. DO NOT GO HERE

My car got stolen out my backyard l!! I was able to cash out from my insurance and put a down payment on my new car . They helped me drive off the lot with a decent car. Helped me sign up for a program to help fix me credit.Very friendly guys especially Nick!!! We bumped heads lol but got it together. I appreciate you and all of the other guys.( Harrison, Ryan, Stone, Angel and Doug) y'all Rock.. go check them out?

Shawn from autosmart in deptford was a great at his job for selling me a new car which was a 2020 chevy traux. He took the time to let my husband and i know everything we needed to know about the vehicle but i had some down falls in the end which made me very stressed an very aggravated and made me think to want to give back my brand new car that i fell in love with. The issues that i had a problem with were not ok they don't know a lot of stuff and say one thing but dont do the other, you could be in the middle of talking with some one on the phone an they put you on hold, when they call you they don't leave voicemails on who they are an why they called. Change your mind on a trade in but still put money down they don't tell you the price change until very last minute for your car payment. Tell you you need to get a new car inspection even though the car sticker is good until 8/25. Tell you they will order touch up paint when they come back from a holiday weekend but it was never done, tell you they will call you when something comes in the next day but failed to do so. Complete waste of my time rushing to mvc inspection to make sure i got there on time before they closed for the day. In the end i am very upset an disappointed in this place but love the new car i have. Great news the staff is friendly but downfall is they don't know anything and waste your time. In the end the owner Stone and one of the owners made it right to make me a happy customer, they will make sure the ball is never dropped again. So Thank you for what you did to make my experience better with auto smart.

One they got the deal they dont answer the phones they took a over a momth to payoff my trade in that affected my cretid i been driving a truck with a temp tag for close to 2 months and no one answers the phone with any answers the phone they sold my trade in before it was paid off.

I will be buying my thirdtruck from the dealership... And I live in Florida!Last September hurricane took my home along with my Dodge Ram that Marc found forme 5 yrs ago.Within 24 hours of me calling him, Marc found me a new vehicle and had it shipped to Florida. Who does that?This week I had an issue and it was my fault because I can't find things since the hurricane and he stopped what he was doing and took care of it. Again, what car dealership does that? This place is phenomenal and I recommend it to everyone!!!
