When you first enter Scotty's Automotive it is abundantly obvious that Scott takes great pride in his business. The place is IMMACULATE. There is Wifi and a small sitting area.Scott himself is friendly, courteous, professional, and above all, he is HONEST. As a single woman, that is more appreciated than I can ever express. At no time did Scott ever try to talk me into paying for things my car did not need and never mentioned topping off my blinker fluid! Yes, that happens to women.I trust no one else with my car. I recently moved out of the local Denville area, and I still bring my car to Scotty's. My daughter also moved, even further than I did, and yet she will go nowhere else.If you want to be sure that your car will be treated more like a patient with a skilled surgeon rather than just a piece of machinery, you do want to go to Scotty's Automotive.

I ve lived in Morris County for 47 years and owned a business since 1993 that has owned many vehicles during that time. I ve worked with many auto mechanics in the area, and Scotty s is head and shoulders above the rest. The moment you walk in the door and you re greeted by Scotty or even one of his employees, you ll know you re in the right place.

We have a 6 year old Suburban that had catastrophic engine failure. Two other shops could not diagnose root cause. Within a week, Scott diagnosed the problem and offered an economical but hopeful solution. After this solution failed, he recommended an engine replacement and talked my husband out of a higher horsepower engine. He ordered and installed a direct replacement engine and it has performed flawlessly since day we got truck back. I highly recommend Scotty's Automotive for value, honesty and integrity.

In the simplest of words- AMAZING!!! Scott and his team took on a challenging handle bar and full body kit transfer for my 2014 HARLEY VROD NRS. As we all know- nothing is easy when going custom, but this is where the professionals shine from the amateurs.Scott was extremely patient, gave great ideas and wasn t interested in over charging and under delivering. In the end, he gained a customer for life!Some businesses benefit from making their customers feel like family and this is a great example!Services: Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim

If you haven't met him yet, Scotty is a great guy. I was very fortune to meet him a couple years ago through friends and have come back to his shop a number of times since. He's an amazing chopper designer/builder/mechanic, and will provide a wide-range of other automotive-related [including custom] services for projects of any size. As a Jeep owner, I came to him with an idea for a custom bumper and he was able to bring concept to reality for less cost than if I bought a similar product online.His work is of great value with the highest level of professionalism you will run across.If you have any questions, just stop in and ask; even someone without much interest in custom bikes like myself will be blown away by his creations.

These guys are the best, been using them since our shops were next door to each other. All of my personal and work vehicles get serviced and repaired here. Wouldn't trust anyone else.
