I purchased my vehicle here. The service is very disappointing. I was charged for a oil change and tire rotation. I had marked my tires with chalk as I has 1 low tire. I checked my tires later that day and they were in the same place before supposed rotation that obviously never took place but I was charged for .was it an oversight or shady business? They tried to sell me 3 filters on a car that had 26,000 miles. I m not sure if I willEver return for service or purchase

Came in for my first oil change with my new car, and left with a big dent on the door due to a mechanic hitting it on the lift. They did give me a loaner car to use while they got it fixed. But wow didn't see my new car getting dented after just coming in for a oil change. It doesn't feel new anymore...

I would rather deal with the layers of hell and Satan himself than to go to the car dealership and deal with sales people. I've been dealing with the devil. Will be a lot easier than dealing with car dealership employees

Thank you to Eric at Joyce Honda for providing a great and in depth multi point inspection addressing the condition of my vehicle and what would be the best course of action to take in regards to maintenance , safety, and longevity.

Scheduled a service appointment today at 10:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. The entire maintenance procedure was impressively quick and efficient - it took only slightly over an hour, which I found pleasing. However, an exasperating administrative delay somewhat overshadowed the commendable mechanical service. Upon completion of the service, my car was promptly pulled out, but that was where the efficiency stopped. To my disappointment, obtaining the necessary paperwork was a frustrating 40-minute wait. I had to contact the front desk multiple times, only to be informed that my Service Advisor, would be out in 5 mins. Whether it was a simple oversight or an intentional avoidance due to a perceived dissatisfaction on my part, I found his absence unprofessional. While the basic automotive service provided by Joyce Honda Service was seamless and efficient, the administrative experience left much to be desired.

My glovebox was okay before I brought in my car for maintenance today. It came back not installed back correctly. It just keeps following off. I went back to them 2 days later, they quickly fixed it for me. And that person was nice!I would give a 2-star for their mistake on the glove box and 4-star for their kindness to quickly fix it.However, every time I call them, either about my appointment or this glovebox issue, they hold me on the phone and never came back, wasting my time. If I call again, they direct me to voicemail. If I call again, they just hang up. How rude that is! I will give a 0-star for that! Also, there s no such a thing called appointment. Don t waste your time registering for their service appointment. They would take you as a walk-in anyway. The line looks long, but the waiting time is acceptable.

Brought in my daughter's car for emergency exhaust service. Our service advisor John did a great job communicating and taking good care of our vehicle. He was responsive to our concerns, returned our vehicle quickly, and didn't charge us for a portion of the service when no problems were discovered. Would highly recommend!Services: Exhaust, Oil changeServices: Exhaust, Oil change

I have literally not had one good experience with this place. The service department is too small for such a high volume of service needsHey Joyce, why don't you do something about this problem. Cause youre all about putting money in your pocketMeanwhile, you tell me I have an appt at 8am and the repair should only take an hour.....I schedule myself to work in the afternoon and now you tell me it's not gonna be done until 130? I just lost money because of your poor management. That place is a dam mess.

The slowest possible service ever. They let you make an online appointment then don t honor it when you get there and tell you to get in line with the people who didn t make an appointment. An hour later when it is your turn you then have to again fill in all the information you already provided online. Terrible system. I may have to bring them a dictionary so the understand what the definitions of appointment and service areThe appointment was for a recall. Here is an idea. The mistake was Honda s. Maybe have a separate service area for recalls. After all I am there due to your mistake

There is nothing "express" about the service. A 15-30 minute oil change resulted in a nearly 2 hour wait and on a Sunday. No matter the day of the week, plan to wait well over an hour for "express" service. Smiles go a long way even on some of the most miserable faces on staff.

If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.I'm sitting on the side of the road right now with a seized and potentially ruined engine. Upon looking under the vehicle, it turns out the blind mechanics in the shop most likely screwed the oil drain plug in by hand.I took my car in for an oil change in December 2021, and have been slowly dripping oil since then. Shame on me for not noticing sooner, and shame on them for allowing such an egregious error.Service: Oil change

Generally great customer service. They try to upsell a few parts here and there and a couple of the "Service Advisors" are quite impudent but generally all bearable. I've been going for oil changes and that's averaged me around 45-50min. They also offer service all week with appointments bookable on their website or via phone. Their waiting area also serves free coffee and water, which is a welcome touch. :)

Made an appointment on the phone for A/C work. The rep confirmed techs were available to do the work. I left the car with them from 9am-7pm but the work never got done. They apologized and said the techs were busy. There's something wrong with how Joyce schedules service because it's not acceptable to have an appointment and not "have time" to do it. It's not necessarily the tech's fault, but Joyce needs to fix this if they want to keep customers. These are "loose me forever" issues. I don't have time to go back any time soon with work/kids. Need to go somewhere else from now on that's more reliable with their appointments.Service: Air conditioning

Had to bring my car in for an oil change but my dash lights were going all wonky. Turns out rats ate my wiring. Sue, newly hired, helped me navigate everything, I was a bit overwhelmed and she just stuck by me. She's smart and kind and helpful. I sure hope she gets a raise, a promotion or at least taken to a nice dinner. I'm so grateful for her and her help.In general I'm thrilled with this company.

Brought car in for an oil change 45 minutes later they tell me the oil plug is stripped when they removed it 45 minutes ago. They showed me and it just spun as they tried to tighten. An hour and a half later and $200 to drill out and replace the plug. I believe it was stripped as they put back in or I would of had a oil leak or lost the plug a long time ago. I don't think I should pay for Honda's mistakes!!! How would a stripped plug stay in for 3,500 miles!!!Service: Oil change

This honda service location has the most friendly and knowledgeable employees. A gentleman helped me with all the questions and concerns I had and he directed me to a right direction which I appreciated it. Employees need to be recognized for their excellent customer service.

They called me and said my car needs brake system flush as part of the preventive maintenance and according to the multi point inspection report. When I asked the cost on the phone, they just told me that it would cost me $39.45 so I agreed and asked them to do it. But when I got there at the counter, they came up with the total amount of $161.73 with $120.50 labor charge which they never mentioned on the call. I paid $120.50 for the $39.45 part which is ridiculous. That was the loyalty rewards I have received after leasing two cars from them. Did not expect this kind of service by themService: Brake service & repair

I took the car in last Friday and was very upset and disappointed with the service Department. I took my neice s car in to replace apart that had been ordered. I had been in on Wednesday for this to be done and routine service. The part they had ordered and replaced was broken so they told me the part would be on the next day. When I brought the car in on Friday no one told me that it would take greater than 3 hours (which was more than double the amount of time it took on Wednesday to do routine maintenance and replace it. If I had been told I would have left the car the night before or at least come prepared to spend a long time there. My family have been using this dealership and service for greater than 15 years and have never had an experience like this. There is a Honda center close to where I live but because of the service we have gotten here we come back. Now I am not sure as the service center has gone downhill if this is the type of customer service given. I complained but it was not addressed.

Joyce Honda Service always does good quality work. Their staff are friendly. The cost tends to be a little higher than service stations. My only issue tends to be their speed. I don't think I have ever been there when a service took less than two hours.

Joyce Honda is a terrible place to buy or get car serviced from. I bought my certified pre owned HRV from them and have had nothing but issues working with them. The car salesmen are all snakes and try to slip in higher price tag then I said I was willing to pay and kept me there for 5 hours trying to play games. When I finally got my car, there was an animal living in it! There were nuts and animal droppings inside my car. So disgusting. Had to bring car back and get this problem taken care of. Have now called 10 times to get a service appointment for my air conditioning and no one picks up the phone, it just hangs up the line. When trying to change my appointment time their online system canceled my appointment and when I called to tell them, I was told they were completely booked... so within the 5-10 minutes it took me to contact them since they never pick up their phone my appointment was already taken? Unfortunately, I purchased their extended warranty so I m forced to get my service done through them. I cannot wait to sell this car so I will no longer have to work with them.

Joyce Honda services never fail me!! They are extremely helpful, professional and kind. My services advisor was Chalres and he was able to explain my cars issues in a simple manner and even had my car returned to me earlier than anticipated. My family and I have been using Joyce Honda Services for over 30 years and they never fail to help us! I will continue to only go to Joyce Honda to service my cars.Services: Tires, Air conditioning

Not sure We trust them. When picking up vehicle only receptionist gives bill. They said rodent hair was I wiper fluid container that had to be replaced. How does rodent hair get into washer fluid closed. When home check for fluid level in container they said they replaced, it was never removed or replaced. It was my step mom's car and she refused me to complain.

Great service! They are now requiring you to come by appointment with about a 2 hour wait so I would recommend coming with a friend who can drive you back or go out to eat in the area while they work on the maintenance of your car. Masks are required and when I arrived to pick up my car they had placed plastic on my seat, steering wheel and gear shifts.

Don't use their online booking tool for service or maintenance. The tool does not notify their service managers and you have to explain everything you need at drop off.I made an appointment for parts and service and they didn't have the parts in stock, a total waste of time making an appointment with their online tool.My advice is to call and make the appointment.

I know a lot of people usually try to persuade you not to go to car dealerships to get maintenance ... Joyce Honda has always been upfront with me and given me prices that were competitive. I have had situations where I needed work done and the advisor saved me over $600 because they knew to check if the piece was still under warranty! And on another instance the advisor saved me over $400! They know their vehicles and seem to be of good character so they aren't trying to over sale you or mess up your car so that you have to bring it back!

After two bad experiences at this service location, my time using Joyce Honda has come to an end. Long waits (2 hours for an oil change appointment), billing issues and poorly communicated policy changes have become more of a hassle than it is worth.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This group has the most expensive repairs anywhere.I was quoted a price to resolve an issue with the tire stems where you fill with air. Joyce Honda claimed I needed to replace the entire valve and stem with the monitoring system included. $400+++. My local auto repair garage fixed the issue for a lofty $10, really Joyce Honda! The part that gets me is when the mechanic communicates to the desk manager about my car and he turns his back on me to say what? I want to hear about the repair to my car.Never going back.
