Took my car in because of noise when braking at about 21,000 miles. Purchased my Car in 2020 I average about 5,000 miles a year. They talked me into getting brakes and rotors on my car in January 12 2024. After I found out that rotor should last from 30,000 miles in worse conditions to 70,000-100,000 miles in good conditions. I get my car serviced according to schedule. I just had it serviced 3 months prior. It past all inspections. I thought I could trust the servicemen. But no! They talked me into putting new rotors on my car when I probably only needed brakes.

They should switch to cardboard cups for coffee; we are aware of the damage that styrofoam causes to our lives and the environment. Apart from that, they are a great team.

Great customer service and great pricing.My daughter was having problem with her brakes and needed new tires and front alignment. Anita was great helped to get me an appointment she is excellent to her customers. Terry our service advisor was so helpful. I met Ernie when I was picking up my daughter s car he really cares about customers. He took the time to look at what we had done and wanted to make sure we were happy. I would give the Service department 10 Stars. Also the Service technician test drove our car to make sure everything was working well!Best Service Department don t go anywhere else!

Was told needed front brakes. CSR informed me that it would be 320.00 for pads and resurfacing of rotors. Went local mechanic got pads and new rotors for 20 dollars more.

The entire process was top notch. From booking the appointment to the awesome check in process was extremely professional and efficient. The only downside is that they always try to sell you additional services. But, that is to be expected at Dealerships.

Went for my first service since purchasing my new Kona. Everything was easy once there but make sure to schedule appointments well in advance. 6 weeks wait time when I called

Went in for oil change!! Wanted to sell me tires at 165.00 each for on 65.00 tire!!! Then said I needed cabin air filter installed for 59.99. Got it on line for $3.00 plus shipping., Took me 5 minutes to replace!!!! Car dealership is a rip off!!!! Be very careful!!!!!

Went there for service. Overall good. However after car service was done, they brought car to the waiting area. Someone did not turn the car off. Car was running for at least 15 minutes. Eventually I was able to " check out ".
