Highly recommend! As a young single woman coming in I felt respected and understood. At no point did I feel like my lack of knowledge was being taken advantage of. I was not pressured to fix anything outside of what was necessary.

I don't know who worked on my truck, but careful was not in their dictionary. I have oil and grease on the interior of my truck, exterior and in the engine bay. Looks like they spilled oil all over the engine as well, and based on the finger prints they touched every door and front quarter panel. They offered for me to come back tomorrow so they can clean it up. I can't trust them doing that with how they performed a simple oil change.My appointment was supposed to be from 1-2. I got there about 30 minutes early just in case, left a little before 3. Just an oil change, nothing more. Reception was friendly to be fair. I will not be returning here. Pictures provided of some of what I found.

Even though Firestone was unable to fix my problem when the check engine light came on, they were able to diagnose it for me. They carefully explained what the problem was, providing me with a print out showing this was a known issue with Ford cars. I was advised this should be under warranty (it is), and was directed to bring the car to a Ford dealership ASAP. I can always trust their diagnoses of a problem. I have never had a problem with any repair they have done for me. They are very honest, and always carefully explain what needs to be done and why. They make it clear if a repair needs to be done immediately, or can wait. They are very patient and respectful of any questions or concerns I may have. They follow up on any concerns and make sure I have a full understanding. I trust them completely!Second review from 03/25/2024. Had the check engine light come back on. Went back to Firestone. They checked the diagnostics 3 times, free of charge. They were not able to diagnose or fix the problem, but referred me back to the Ford dealership. Firestone does not work on engines, and the work was still under warranty with Ford. Ford had to reprogram the ignition switch, as it appeared there were misfires, even though there were no other indications of a problem. This was all done under warranty, at no cost to me..As Ford just handed me the final invoice, without explanation, Firestone looked into this for me. They carefully explained the invoice and notes to me.I have always had excellent service with Firestone. They are always very caring, and carefully explain what was wrong, and how they can correct it. They are 5 stars!

Maryanne and the rest of the staff really went above and beyond to help me out!! I'm driving across the country and a piece of metal from a truck slid across the highway at 1am and sliced through the sidewall of one of my tires. I have a very rare tire size and Maryanne was able to find one at another location and had it delivered and installed as soon as possible. I cannot thank her enough for orchestrating the best case scenario first thing in the morning, getting me back on the road when I thought I might be stranded for at least a day or two. Thank you so much!!!

Was in NJ shopping and noticed a cut to my sidewall on a 2022 Acura. The car is leased and needed to replace the tire with the exact tire. Firestone carries Bridgestone so I called around. No one had the tire in stock except the Denville location.I understood I was in a bind and most likely taken advantage of. I asked the other locations of the price and installation price. I called Denville and talked with Scott he was helpful and stated they had one in stock. He never offered to tell me the price, Again I didn t have much choice so I went there.Scott took all my info asked for the keys of the car and never quoted me a price or stated the installation cost.As I was waiting for my car you could overhear the other salespeople complaining about a mechanic and he never knows what he is doing. Wow complaining loudly with customers present. I am glad I am only getting my tire replaced which there was problems with that as well.My car was ready, and another salesperson handled the transaction again no explanation at all of what was done, how it was replaced, or any talk about balancing the tire or warranty.Before I paid, he could had just turned the screen around and explained what I am paying for. No, he just told me the price and to swipe card. Wow $60 more than the other Firestones in the area. I guess I had it coming I had no choice to go anywhere else.(Management if you think I embellished any part of this review, please review the security cameras.)I left with my new tire and noticed the tire pressure on my tire was 36 PSI. this is the high end of the labeled tire pressure. I am ok with that since it is winter but maybe as a safety precaution the mechanic would have checked the tire pressure in the other tires. (This takes 1 minute and 0 cost) once he would have seen the other tires are on the low end of the manufacture specs he could have either lowered the pressure to match the others or raised the others to match his. But again, did the bare minimum.Overall, this place obviously does not take pride in its work. Even if this was the correct cost of the tire based on my interaction and the staff s inability to communicate with their customers, I believed I was overcharged on purpose. I would not feel comfortable getting my car repaired there. Especially if the salespeople have no confidence in their mechanics.

Shamanni made our experience at Firestone an absolute pleasure. We entrusted both my company car, managed by our corporate office, and my husband's car to their service. The comfort and trust we feel at this facility are unmatched. Shamanni's professionalism, kindness, and attention to customer needs, especially at his young age, were truly impressive. It's refreshing to encounter such qualities in a young professional.

The store manager and Ryan took care of my car at the last minute. I stopped in because my car alerted me that It needed to be serviced and without hesitation they fixed the problem and had me on the road in less than 30 minutes on a Sunday!

I brought my car in for wheel balance due to vibrations after putting on my winter set of wheels. After the service I still experienced vibration. I called back immediately and was told they did everything they could do and said maybe the issues were the tires or brakes. I explained the tires were less than 2 years old, and my brakes were replaced last year. I was then told I would get a call back and have not heard back again. I will call back and if still no offer to rectify the situation I will report to HQ.

Now more than ever before if anyone working on retail or such and have to deal directly with costumers is a must to be courteous, friendly, accommodating, caring, etc, etc because it can go viral on social media and affect the business, the same way it can go viral if one post a great positive experience, the 2 gentleman at the service counter, I forgot their names made me feel taken care of after dealing with some issues with not getting service as told by someone else and having to drive back home Sunday .

The people that work here are extremely professional and always do what they can to fit me into their day when their days are nearly full of clients. Theyre very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend coming here for any car service you may need.

Do not waste your time with the woman at the reception desk.She will do her best not to have your vehicle repaired.I was faced with a receptionist who refused to repair the vehicle because the vin number of the car was not in the system. We are talking about a 2022 model Tesla 3 vehicle. A receptionist who does not suit a large company like Firestone...I will make sure to report every single platform this lady bad attitude.

I needed tires prior to a road trip. Called up, provided my tire size and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Get there, the mechanic gets her on the lift and they ordered the wrong tire size. I understand, mistakes happen. So they order the correct tires for the next day. Next day comes and now I need to drop off the car, get a ride home and wait for the service. All went well except they scratched up both of my wheels installing the new tires. Super friendly folks, very curious but they had one job. Now I have blemishes on my wheels. If your not concerned about the cosmetic appearance of your car I'd have no hesitation recommending them.

I work for a car rental agency and the sales manager here or store manager tried to convince us to move our account to this store when we have used the Wykoff location for years. That's just low and shows no morality.

8/30 I had my vehicle repaired there when I went to pick it up the driver side window was cracked. So far I've been waiting two weeks for a telephone call from someone regarding repairing glass. Manager told me I should not have called Corporate HQ. Never again!! 9/13 - I guess they don't like bad reviews because suddenly today I received a call from the investigator that my claim is denied. I have no proof they caused the damage. It really says something about this company! Thanks again Firestone!

This Firestone location is so rude and predatory that I previously wrote off all Firestone locations despite having a Firestone credit card.I won t go into heavy detail, however, after a dozen visits, always going to this location, always leaving feeling blatantly unhappy and taken advantage of (as a stereotyped young woman who should have no knowledge of cars in their eyes) - I had completely written off Firestone as a brand. Then, having recently needed new tires, I went to the Budd Lake location and was absolutely blown away. This experience showed me that the Denville location truly deserves to be written poorly about.In conclusion, Firestone is fantastic, simply never go to this Denville location because they will blatantly rip you off if they think you look like someone with no car knowledge and will try to upsell the cheapest parts possible when you likely don t even need them.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

IT WAS SUNDAY COLD AND SNOWERY AND I PICKED UP A NAIL IN MY RIGHT FRONT TIRE. MADE IT TO THE STORE IN DENVILE AND THE GUY AT THE COUNTER WAS GREAT. HE SAID, NO PROBLEM WILL GET THAT TIRE FIXED BUT IT WILL BE A BIT OF WAIT AS WE HAVE MANY CARS IN THE SHOP TODAY. I SAID NO PROBLEM AS I WAS SO GLAD HE COULD REPAIR IT TODAY. TWO HOURS LATER I WAS ON MY WAY WITH A REPAIRED TIRE. NOW THAT'S GREAT SERVICE.

Did a wheel alignment here. The service was OK. I gave them a clean car, 3 hrs later, I received a car covered with bird poops, even inside the door!

Always a great experience. They have gone out of their way to help me get my car looked at and fixed before leaving for a business trip.It was a last minute issue and their schedule was jammed but they still squeezed me in. I ve used them for everything.
