I ve been using this facility for a few years now and ever since the new manager Jason has taken over, I feel the customer service has gotten much better. This past week I brought my new Corvette in to have new wheels installed. During the process, Jason told me that one of the tires (4000 miles) had a split or crack in it the technician noticed while he was removing it. Without hesitation, Jason called Michelin, explained the situation, and Michelin agreed it to be a defective tire and replaced a 400$ tire for free. It was express delivered within an hour or two. They had me up and running without having to worry about leaving the car overnight. I truly believe that another shop would have told me I had to pay out of pocket. These guys have definitely earned my trust and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs service. I am including pictures of the damaged tire and the finished product.

This place always does a great job and they are fast. Very friendly, helpful and honest staff. Their waiting area is clean and has coffee, water, TV and phone chargers. Definitely recommend them for tires and car repairs.

GREAT STAFF GREAT SERVICE!Jason and his team run a hell of a business here, I work down the road and go to them for almost everything and am NEVER disappointed. Jason takes time to go over everything with you and makes sure you understand whatever is going on with the vehicle. In addition to that Jason will go out of his way to make sure his customers satisfaction is at 100%.If you need any work on your vehicle these guys are the go to

I went to ETD for four new snow tires to replace those already on car. The tire price and installation price was lower than TireRack and Discount Tire. It took a few days for the tires to be transferred to the Denville location which was comparable to buying them on-line. Installation took about an hour. They followed by request that the tires be installed at the location I had marked on the inside rim. (I do this to make sure the tires are rotated properly). This also used a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts to the manufacturer's recommended value. The complimentary alignment check showed some issues which they quickly corrected once I approved the work for an additional fee. Very pleasant to deal with and they have a comfortable waiting area where you can watch the work being performed. Highly recommended!

I have to say, this place is a very caring place. I had a flat tire today. I was able to fill up the tire to get my car to their place of business. I ve been going through a lot of car issues and I m very overwhelmed and Jason Who is at the desk was extremely kind. He took my car without an appointment, and at the end of the day, so I didn t have to wake up in the morning to a flat tire . I didn t need to get a new tire, but there was some problems that they did fix for me, which i m sure if I went somewhere else they would ve told me I needed new tire, which then I would ve had to buy more than one, and when I went to go and pay I was surprisingly shocked when I signed the The receipt I saw zeros I looked up at him and he said Merry Christmas, he didn t charge me. I couldn t believe it!! I was referred to them and I m so glad I was!!! I would definitely refer them they are Very hospital!! It s nice to know there s still some really good and honest people out there. ! Thank you so so much for all your help Jason and of course to the guys who worked on my car!! God bless you all!! Superior service- highly recommend. Chris does a phenomenal job managing this place. My husband has been going to ETD Denville for about 4 years now and the team here consistently provides exceptional service, efficiency and professionalism. I brought my Porsche in on a busy Monday hoping to get my tire looked at and Chris was able to squeeze me in, patch my tire and get me back on the road safely. Always a great experience.

Chris & Team were unbelievably helpful to me today. We did not have an appointment and our daughter was headed out on a road trip .before noticing a problem with her rear tires. We went to Mavis, flat no way. Went to Firestone, no way. Went to ETD and found Chris. Chris interrupted his packed schedule, understood our situation, determined the problem, communicated frequently, offered a great solution and got our daughter safely on her way in about 4 hours. I know where I m going next time I need tires! Thank you, Chris.

My first visit here, since I recently moved to Rockaway and I absolutely did not expect to be treated like royalty at the Denville ETD, but I was! I went in with a new tire that needed to be mounted on one wheel of my Toyota and was immediately greeted with a smile by the Manager, Carl B. who then, without any delay, instructed me to bring my car around to the shop bay where he was waiting with a tech to take the tire out of my car and he changed and balanced the tire within 10 minutes! I originally thought that I would have to drop off the wheel and come back for it, but I was back on the road within minutes. Carl and his crew were professional, courteous, extremely helpful and answered all my questions with patience and made me feel welcome. On top of that the shop and the waiting area were ultra-clean and not what I would expect from a busy tire shop. If I could give 11 stars I would. Great Job, Guys!

ETD in Denville is a great place to service your car. Chris and his team are very knowledgeable and can be trusted to only do the service that is required at a fair cost. They put as much care in replacing a tire valve as installing 4 tires.

I had a custom rim made and needed a low profile tire installed. I was extremely nervous since another shop said they couldn t do it. When I called ETD in Denville NJ, I spoke with Carl Bayer (District Manager) He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When I arrived, he made me feel extremely comfortable with leaving him my custom wheels as I was afraid of them getting damaged. The shop was very clean and the employees at the front desk were also very polite. I will definitely recommend this shop.

I recently struggled with changing out a battery in a FOB. I have gone to ETD for other issues and have always been pleased. I was not sure this was something they could help with(or would), but what the heck. Chris Dransfield exceeded expectations by changing out the battery and getting me on my way. A small thing you say, maybe but not to me. Thanks again!

I ve never written a review before but Chris and his team were so awesome I just had to! I came in with a flat tire, totally freaked out as I was 20 miles from home in my new car. Chris was so understanding and professional and helpful - the whole experience turned out to be a net positive experience if that s possible. Highest recommendation!

Called around to 10 tire shops in the area for a new tire. Chris was the only one who said he could fix my tire. Not only did he fix it, he got it done the same day and saved me a ton of dough, with a smile. Highly recommend Chris and the rest of ETD Denville. Fair, professional and prompt.

Chris at ETD Tire was AWESOME! Just had four brand new tires put on a Tesla model three at the dealership, got a slash on the corner edge of the tire. The entire tire had to be replaced. ETD had the tire in stock was able to honor the warranty, and the service was awesome, thank you so much to Chris for making a speedy and efficient recovery of my day

Amazing quality service! I recently had 4 tires mounted and balanced here, with a free alignment check. The team here is spectacular. Victor up front and Jose in the mechanics bay are rock stars!Experts in handling my Tesla; I m incredibly pleased with the quality of their work at a very, very reasonable price.Honest, trustworthy folks who did a great job. What more can someone ask for?

Got 4 new tires and an alignment for my car. Car runs great, tires price was super competitive and i got a $50 card rebate. The guys were really nice and left my car clean with mats and steering wheel wrap. I had a problem with one tire ( road debris) and brought it back & replaced the tire no cost. Very happy and would highly recommend

After having dealt with other local tire shops and always being dissatisfied, I had the pleasure of doing business this time with ETD of Denville and Chris Dransfield. I needed 4 new tires mounted and balanced and was hesitant to go anywhere after previous experiences, Chris, Victor and the rest of the staff were great!!! The place was very clean and inviting, and set up very well for social distancing. But best of all, they're prices were fantastic and they had me out in about 20 minutes without even having an appointment!!!Would highly recommend Chris and the guys and ETD!!!

Came in to the Denville ETD today with a handful of issues with my car, the shop was busy but Store Manager Chris made time for me. I am not a car guy, but he took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand and got me back on the road quickly. My car runs great again and I had a fantastic experience, quality professional people here with exceptional customer service. Would recommend to anyone with a vehicle in need of service.

The best Tire Shop I have been to in 40 years. Dave, Chris and the two techs that balanced, installed and aligned my Custom Challenger wheels were perfect. If you have new custom wheels that need mounting...take it here. They have all of the state of the art equipment.They treated the expensive rims like it was their baby. I watched through the window the whole time because I am a nut when it comes to my car.Price was good and the staff will go out of their way to make you happy.They don't try to push you stuff that you don't need like almost every other shop I have been to.NOTE: I read negative reviews here about the time wait. Make an appointment first. The reason you have to wait is because they are busy.They are busy because they are good. If you go to a good doctor..don't expect to walk in and get a physical in 10 minutes. Use your brains before you post a review.

I gave it a couple years ago to buy new tires for my Dodge Ram pickup truck I noticed after getting on the road with the new tires there was some problems with stability. After a short diagnosis Chris and his crew figured out that the tires that were put on we're probably not the best fit for my truck and needed a less aggressive tred profile. Kindly enough they ordered a different set of tires and the truck performed beautifully.The thing that kept me coming back was How concerned they were about my safety and I've been going back ever since with all my other vehicles and strong recommendations to family and friends. Not only did they treated me like family but everybody else I recommended to come to the place. Although Nobody's Perfect when something doesn't go right and I have to come back, they do not hesitate to find the problems and that's what I like about Chris and his crew. I used to go to Mavis Tires but the company purposely changes their management and every few months your dealing with a new service manager. I think they do this so people don't get comfortable and corporate is worried about freebies being handed out.Once you become a return customer they truly treat you like family. If you're looking for that Mom and Pop treatment, ere they treat you like family,, then this location is right for you.Big shout-out to Chris, Victor, Dave and Steve the mechanic in the garage. I wish I knew everybody else's name because I would mention them too. God bless and Keep On Keepin On

Had a rental car that presented with multiple tire issues. Chris Dransfield came to the rescue like Superman. Within 30 mins, he had all the tires inspected, assessed and he came up with action plans that offered several affordable options. Kind, courteous, professional and honest. 5 stars. Great guy. My experience at ETD did not even start because of me; I was only following my fiancee there in my car so she could drop hers off to get fixed. While waiting on Alex and the other gentlemen to give her an estimate on her car, I decided to ask about tire prices since I badly needed a new front tire anyway. First of all, the entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and were so willing to help me out while waiting for my girl's car. Secondly, the manager Alex took us inside the back to browse different tires based on my budget, was very honest with his advice, and individually priced each option for me. When I finally decided on a pair of tires, I handed over the keys, my fiancee's car was done being checked and she received her estimate, and ten minutes later i got my car back. It was the quickest service I had ever received, especially when dealing with a car.On top of the amazing service and incredibly friendly staff, a woman had arrived looking for an address to a business she couldn't seem to find on Route 46. Well, even with the computers being down, Alex and his coworker used a phone to help this woman find the place she was looking for, going as far as calling the place for her to make sure she knew where she was going. It was a random act of kindness that you do NOT usually see in this world anymore, and really struck a chord with me that I won't ever forget.Considering the first place my fiancee called to try and bring her car to responded with a "um, maybe we can take your car, but probably not today, and definitely not tomorrow because the weekends are too busy here," then finding ETD and seeing how different two very similar businesses can treat their customers, it was a breath of fresh air, and both of us were extremely happy with the service. It was almost a blessing in disguise that we could not go to the first service center (we only called them first because they were around the corner from our home), and ended up coming here. I am forever grateful to everyone at ETD, will definitely continue to go there for all my car needs, and will also recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks so much to Alex and his staff!!mark s.

Brought my car in for 4 new tires today and had a great experience. Chris was beyond helpful. My dealer gave me a quote for 4 Continental tires and alignment - I got a better price from ETD for all the work and better Continental tires than the the dealer was going to put on.In total I saved about $150.00 over the dealer quote - including a great warranty. Work was done quickly and I was kept informed throughout the process. Even better - I'm getting a manufacturer's rebate on top of it. You will not be disappointed at the level of service you will receive here.

We came in today for a tire rotation and balance. Not only were they super fast (I thought we'd be there for much longer since we were walk-ins), but Dave was incredibly nice and made sure we were comfortable for our wait. When you have a 3 year old, that makes all the difference. I've never referred to waiting for car maintenance as pleasant, but he really did make this a pleasant experience. Pleased with the work as well. 100% would bring my car there again!
