WOW! Is an understatement. I was referred to Bill to help with my car purchase. He was fantastic and efficient. I am a previous owner of an Acura suv from another dealership, and I can say the experience with him was a total 360. He talked me through every single step, answered all my questions, got inside the vehicle with me and helped me set everything up. Bill and Jose wereTop tier. Amazing experience highly recommend!

As a loyal Acura customer for over 15 years,, my husband and I just leased our 6th Acura MDX. We worked with Steve Flaster. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. We are very pleased yet again with Acura and especially with Steve Flaster who exceeded our expectations.Also an additional special shoutout to Frankie Florey, Meghan Pakenham, Steve Schleifer, Eugene and especially Dana Skinner in Service who all were instrumental to our loyalty to Acura.

Had by far the best experience in my TLX purchase from Acura of Denville. From the minute I walked in the door I felt like this was not your normal car dealership. They were pretty busy but managed to still greet every customer that came in. I was impressed. I feel like most dealers wouldn t pay attention to people walking around the showroom - been there done that. Not here! The general manager Frankie introduced himself to me and brought me in his office to work a deal. Wow I was blown away by his professionalism and overall good guy vibe. He treated my wife and I as if we were long time customers of the dealership yet he just met us. He tried his best to get the payment into our budget and really made us feel like he was helping us the best he could and that is exactly why we bought from Acura if Denville. We did get a quote from another dealer which was very close to what Frankie gave us but no way that other dealer (cough Wayne) cared about us as customers. I see myself as a new customer for life at Acura of Denville. Also need to give props to Steve for doing an amazing job going over our new car with us. He took his time, didn t rush and answered the many questions we had. Showroom was also very clean and tidy

Marvin C. was super helpful through the whole process of trading in our car for an Acura MDX. He worked for us on the numbers we were looking to achieve and we ended up in the range we were looking for. He made sure we were happy with the numbers BEFORE running any credit checks so there wasn't a hit to the credit report for no reason. I highly recommend Acura of Denville. Their facility is very clean and everyone we dealt with was super friendly.

Test drove a pre owned car and the brakes were terrible, I thought it wasn't going to stop. Salesman said they had just done work on the car and it was in great shape...I didn't agree. Also, after test drive there was no one in the dealership to take the key. No one seemed very interested in customer service. That was my experience.

Requested service provided with inspection details about the vehicle . The service personnel are friendly and helpful and answer questions. I usually wait for service in the customer waiting area which is comfortable and provides snacks and drinks. Turn around time is usually about an hour for oil change and tire rotation. I try to use coupon offers to keep pricing of going to a dealership more affordable. I trust this service department to be accurate and honest. I own a TL 2010

I had a great experience with Bill Backes and Acura of Denville. Competing dealers were asking for so much more for the car we were looking for, but Bill and his team came to me with a stellar offer right off the bat after our first conversation. There were no games, and no back and forth, and they handled the process with integrity the whole time. We went into the dealer a few days after Bill and I spoke to finalize paperwork and we were in and out in less than two hours (surprisingly short at a car dealership). Truly a great experience and they mean it when they say they are a family owned dealership that looks out for their customers. Highly recommend.

I always have an excellent experience here. I recommend this location to everyone. They supported me and my son with a great deal during a hard market. I never have an issue with setting maintenance appointments. They are very accommodating.

Pre sale conversation over emails with Meghan was very good and pricing was very transparent and we feel we got a good price compared to other dealers in the area. But, our experience during the purchase at the dealership was below average. A simple smile and greeting to welcome were missing. We certainly don't look for pushy sales tactics. But we felt like unwelcome people with the poor level of service we received during the visit.When the vehicle was ready for delivery, the sales person didn't even offer to show us the basic features of the car! He was like, "ok... here are the keys... what else you want" kind of look. Similarly, no follow up call to let us know when the plates, registration card and title were ready.We got the car that has a luxury brand but the overall experience was anything but luxury.

Amended review: I am amending my review to three stars as the general manager Frankie reached out and made the situation better. He heard me out, listened to the call logs and apologized for the treatment and personally helped me get a great deal. While we didn t go with an Acura, I would return to this dealership and work with Frankie directly.Extremely rude customer service. Would not recommend them at all. The agent was extremely rude and not wanting to help. For a luxury brand they come across unwilling to want to make a sale. We were ready to buy a new car, but would not even consider this dealership ever.

Bought an MDX, Marvin was good at initial contact but bad after. Even after contacting many times for the plates they phone and email, no response. I tried the finance guy name times also and he didn't respond either. I got extremely frustrated and called to get through to the manager, which I did. His name was Frankie, and man, what an absolute garbage of a human being. I don't understand how a brand like Acura, trying to compete with Mercedes and BMW, keeps such bottom of the barrel humans as managers. He was rude and had an attitude from the get go. He kept interrupting me. I would let him talk when he interrupted me and then start again after he was done and he would interrupt again and again. Finally when I didn't stop talking while he interrupted me, he started telling me how he didn't appreciate when people talk over him. I mean, what kind of a garbage person does what he was doing and has the audacity to then to say that to me??? and that too a manager??!! The owners should take note and get rid of such disrespectful and rude people. This is exactly the kind of rot you don't want in your management because it bleeds through to all the juniors. I didn't engage too much with him after his rudeness and just asked him if my plates are ready and he says they were and I went and picked them up only because I was dependent on these jerks.I got a decent price on the car and will never go back to these scum in the future, thank God, there are many other Acura dealerships in the area...

Acura of Denville was awesome! Marvin, Ian & Jose made my process easy, straight forward and enjoyable. This is my first time buying an Acura and I absolutely LOVE my new car. I wont ever buy another car brand ever again unless its from Acura of Denville.. Will be coming again in the future and for my service appointments.

I found the car I was lookin for at Autosport Acura of Denville, Bernardo was my sales agent and I can t express enough how wonderful and kind he was!! I applied online before driving an hour & a half and he was assisting me over the phone with my application and went above and beyond answering all my questions, he was very throughout. Upon my arrival he greeted me very politely and offered me drinks. the car was ready upfront for a test drive, I was able to take my time looking at the car and it s features. Bernardo assisted me with everything, he sure made the car buying experience enjoyable and so easy. I had been to several dealers looking for my perfect car and by far this was the best experience! Highly recommend Bernardo and the wonderful team, they make you feel like family. Their Finance agent is also very friendly, honest and will patiently detail everything as many times as needed with no rush which makes the experience even better.

The worst buying experience I've ever had. Went there in May of 2023 to buy a used vehicle for my kids. Settled on a Nissan Rogue and did all my homework before arriving so I was looking for a quick and easy transaction. Basically told the sales rep (Bill) that I wanted to take a look at the car and would move quickly if it checked out. Everything checked out, carfax was good, one owner, no accidents, etc. Car seemed like it was well taken care of. Started the paperwork process and the guy we worked with was rude and pushy. Basically wouldn't stop trying to sell me an extended warranty. Literally would not close the deal until I settled on the most basic warranty that covered catastrophic failure. I just wanted to get out of this guys office asap so I agreed to the basic extended warranty. 6 weeks later the car dies. I call them up and they tell me it's out of warranty and the extended warranty doesn't cover engine failure. Kept calling and asking for different employees in senior management but got nowhere. No advice, no recomended course of action, nothing. They recommended I go talk directly to Nissan. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. There's a reason they're usually completely empty of employees and prospective customers.

Had issues with the infotainment system in our 2019 RDX Tech. Dropped it off for service the night before for next day service, and they had it all the next day to fix. They called us and said it would be ready by 4pm. When we got there we tried it immediately and found a loud ticking sound coming out of it. When we told them, they said it needed to stay over night (again) for fixing in the morning (another trip).They called us the next morning and said the car was ready, but when we got there and tested it, the ticking was gone, but now there there was no sound (the original problem). Now it has to stay there for further repair (and another trip). My question is was the system ever tested (twice), and if not, why wasn't it? Needless to say, we are not happy with their service right now!The one good thing I will say is that their customer support were very nice and appologelic, and they did offer us a loaner car. I just would like to see if they try and charge us for the mileage for going back and forth to the dealership all these times (there could be more because we still haven't gotten the car back yet)!

If I could give more than five stars I would!Eugene (service department) - what a gem! He was incredible! I own a 2019 RDX which received services at a dealership in NY. For lack of a better term my car was possessed with a laundry list of problems due to the ineptitude of another dealership. Eugene not only provided me with a loaner car, but the excellence of the service department including Steve was unfounded. The team was able to determine the root cause of my woes and facilitated getting my vehicle back to the other dealership (which shall not be named). I had to wait about two hours for my tow truck driver, and received nothing but compassion and all the Hershey kisses I could eat.Shout out to Larry!!! When my tow finally arrived I found out that I wasn t able to ride with the driver and was faced with a 35 minute Lyft ride to the other facility. Larry went above and beyond making sure that I was able to get to my destination. This meant so much considering the stress of trying to organize mechanical services in NJ when the negligent work had been done in NY.If I need any type of service or in the market for a new vehicle I would be the first to come back.You guys rock!!

Painless to get a new lease. In and out in within half an hour. Car was ready along with paperwork for our appointment. No hard push from the finance guy for wheel and tire protection or any other additional products. Excellent dealership!

5 Star Review for a 5 Star Sales Team! Meghan made the car buying experience enjoyable and so easy. She was very thorough, explained all the features of the vehicle, rather than just giving me the keys and letting me go on my way to just figure it out on my own. I have leased multiple vehicles from other dealers, and this was by far the best experience! Highly recommend Meghan and the entire Team at Autosport Acura of Denville. I purchased a 2023 Acura Integra from Autosport Acura of Denville just below MSRP. Bernardo Amster was my sales person and he was great throughout the entire process. Bernardo showed great patience and classiness with all my crazy questions and assumptions. This was not a bad experience for me. There was no crazy $3000 or $5000 dealer markup on the vehicle. I saw those markups on the Civic Sport Touring Hatchback and at the Hyundai and KIA dealerships. I know on YouTube most of the reviewers are saying get the Civic Si, since its the same car and $8000 cheaper, but I don't know what world these reviewers are living in. In this world, in the winter of 2023, the Si has a $10,000 markup. Don't pay those crazy fees for nothing. There are dealerships out there that are not taking unfair advantage of us. Give Autosport Acura of Denville a shot.

This is our second car buying experience with this dealership. We worked with Frankie Sales Manager, Incredible person in working out and put together a deal for us from start to finish. Bill Backes a fantastic salesman, meticulously elaborated on every aspect and details of the car. With the aid of Jose, the Finance Manager, we received valuable assistance in navigating through the paperwork and overall process. We would really recommend this dealership for car buying.

I do not have problem with the sales person actually he was great and took care of me. After 2 mos having the car my winshield has a crack.it just appear without hitting anything. I called the service department telling them and they advise me ro bring it over to look at it. Since i just had my car from their dealeship i drove 35 miles to get there. When i got there they look at it,they said came from impact they cant replace it out of warranty. I am so upset they did not even give me an option for, at least advise me what to do next.Beside, they made me feel am a liar. So i decided to go to my nearest dealership at Acura Park Avenue I spoke to the director of service he look at it and took a picture and sent it to the acura. Today they just called me and they will replace it with no cost. Im hoping people from service department makes every customer treated nicely and give the customer a better option they did not even explain to me the best option all they said we cant or at least they will say we can do it here do some paperwork and we can work with your insurance. I dont mind using my insurance i know this is unforseen events. Im hoping they should take care of their customer treat them nice advise them for at least give them hope what are they best option . i felt hopeless wheni left the service center. If i can pull out all the extended warranty and extra money for the services they offering and tranfer it to other dealership i will do it.
