This was my first time ever coming here. Let me tell ya, the staff was very professional and polite. They assisted me in getting my oil changed. They checked my lights, fluids, tire pressure and filters. They pointed out that my cabin air filter needed replacing and showed me the filter and they weren't kidding. I was in and out in minutes. I was glad to see that it was run by pros. I recommend it highly, I'd definitely go back.

I would not recommend anyone going here to get there oil change. I am a routine customer and this issue has caused me so much money. A routine oil change going completely wrong. So for starters, I got my oil changed and left with great faith my car was good. Woke up the next morning, oil was all in my driveway. I immediately took it back to Valvoline and they ensured me it was a gasket and my car was good to go. Woke up the next day same issue. Long story short my car was evaluated by both Pepboys and Hyundai and both informed me who ever did my oil change cracked my oil housing. The mechanic even went to Hyundai to evaluate the vehicle and had my vehicle for almost a week and said the oil was coming from a another part and not my housing. The tech was made aware by Hyundai tech that my axle was leaking as well but was covered under warranty but the housing was leaking and needed to be covered by them. Valvoline had my car for over a week to properly evaluate what was wrong with my vehicle and failed to do so. Valvoline wanted me to get the axle fix and bring it back to them to make sure the housing was still leaking. I had to pay for a rental out of pocket. I believe this was a disservice to me as a customer. I called to get the decision for my claim and I was told the area manager denied because I should have let them fix the oil housing. They had ample amount of time to do so and failed. So I took it to Hyundai and they fix my axle and housing and my car hasn't leaked oil. I paid almost 900 to fix housing and 372 for a rental for a week. Valvoline should be responsible for this cost and they will not take responsibility. It's the holiday season and I had to put out money and take away from my kids Christmas. I will not stop here, I will be heard. Poor practice of business, even after I submitted supporting documents.

Always an awesome experience. The employees are always friendly and never pushy with services they offer. It s the only one I go to and will continue to use them! Don t hesitate. They are always consistent and never skimp on services provided. This is my favorite one by far. Customer service is always top notch and it is really appreciated.

I always go to Valvoline for oil changes, tire rotation, whatever it is, it's always a pleasant experience. In the last 2 visits, I had the same young man and young lady. They are the epitome of what customer service truly should be. Many establishments could take lessons from these two!

I took a chance on this shop in August, despite some of the bad reviews because let s face it car maintenance is expensive. Unfortunately, I had the same issue John Roberts had 5 months ago.My 2019 Jetta completely drained oil after 2 month oil change was performed by this shop. My engine almost seized but luckily I acted quickly when the oil light came on and then the check engine light.Even tho my oil change cost $89.99 at this shop I ve spent $156 on a tow and a $463.16 bill at the dealership to fix it. Totaling $619.16.Make no mistake I ve learn my lesson and I just need to get my car serviced at the dealer. Please train your employees accordingly so this doesn t happen to future customers. I almost lost my car indefinitely.

Two stars because they are fast and friendly. But I just had my 2nd cracked oil pan in 4 years of using this location for oil changes. Both cracks were in the threaded hole, meaning that the nuts were overtightened.

All of the oil drained out of my car an hour after the oil change, which damaged my alternator (controls all of the electrical components of your car). The manager Hector showed up under the influence 30 minutes late to where I was stranded, then claimed he fixed the issue with my car.The next day I was driving on the parkway with my brother and was put in a life threatening situation due to their negligence. My windshield wipers, turn signals and steering went out due to the issue with the alternator. Do not go to this location!Service: Oil change

Great people. Great service and I plan to go back again. Even though I usually do my own oil changes, I visited because at the last minute I had an emergency trip to New York and therefore I could not wait till the weekend. (This was a thursday)Great personalities. They will explain everything that they're doing before doing it. They gave my nephews coloring books to color while waiting and engaged in conversation without being to into my business. I was not expecting the type of service that I got and I am definitely impressed with their professionalism.

My experience was great ! The staff were very polite and friendly. The manager Cooper was amazing ! He was very helpful and explained everything to me while keeping a smile on his face the whole time. I loved the fast friendly service. I was in and out within 15 mins. Overpriced oil change. I could have got 3 oil changes at the dealer, but I waited too long, and I needed an oil change . Fast courteous service. This is my second time going perfect when you miss your appointment at the dealer, I do recommend forthis reason , and they get the job done. The oil changed over 120 .00 is ridiculous

I've been going to this Valvoline for years and usually everything is good. I recently went everything seemed good like usual. After leaving the Valvoline my car was making a rattling sound underneath which concerned me but I figured it would go away. The following weekend I tried to use my AC and it didn't work. I took my car to my mechanic and I found out that the plastic covers that connect my ac together were all broken off. This was the rattling noise I heard. They were broken off during the filter change during my oil change. When I took the car back to get a refund the manager Hector was VERY helpful. He was not there the day this happened but he took full responsibility, got me a refund, and a free oil change.I'm not sure I'll go back to this specific Valvoline, but I'm thankful for the quick and friendly service.

I have been bringing my 2 vehicles there for years. It was great, until today. The crew that I ve had the couple years has for the most part been the same. Always at least 3-4 familiar faces. Today there was 1. And it showed. The manager Hector was lazy on his check in. Didn t offer me certain products that I normally get. Didn t ask if I wanted a cabin filter. Didn t ask if I wanted the gas treatment that I always get. My maintenance light didn t get reset. If I go back again and see the same faces from today, I will take my business else where.Service: Oil change

Myself and another individual pulled up at the same time. The women in front of me pulled up to the bay window she chose, and I pulled up to the next available. They made me back up and get out of line to let her pull in front of me. I have a scheduled surgery this evening and I m trying to get my errands done before going into surgery. The fact that we both pulled up at the same time and she chose the wrong bay shouldn t mean that I have to wait for her. Poor customer service. Just 9 months pregnant about to give birth. Will not be coming here ever again. I m only giving it a two star because the gentleman who checked my lights was nice.

I have gotten oil changes at Valvoline for 5 years. I have never had this exact issue before. I have gone to this shop for my last oil change as well and I'm wondering if the same thing happened then too. I got to Valvoline at 4:50pm, an hour and ten minutes before close. I had to wait for oil change which I expected. When I got to get my oil change, no one told me up turn off my car, I had to ask another person working on a different car. My technician went over recommended services and I opted to have fuel injection cleaner. I reminded them to do that, because they never charged me for it and they ensued the charge was there, but never performed the service. My windshield wiper fluid was never topped up and I'm sure no other checks were performed. I called the next day and Hector confirmed that those things were forgotten. He offered me to come back or go to another Valvoline to have it corrected but seeing the other reviews for this shop, this is common practice. I won't return to this Valvoline in particular. I asked for a refund for the fuel injection cleaner.

Serves a purpose. You get an oil change done without an appointment. They are a little pricey, but they take care of the maintenance needs of your car.It isn t exactly instant, but I believe more bays will solve that problem.

Today I went to Valvoline for an oil change and had a very poor experience. After checking into the bay I was told that they were out of my oil filter which is understandable. They suggested I go to advanced auto parts to buy the filter which I did. When I returned with the oil filter the price was still the same even though I had to go buy the part with my own money. I asked if they could deduct that from my bill since it should be included with the price. Instead they gave me a $5 discount and told me Well you didn t have to go buy the filter . Obviously I did because they didn t have it in stock so I had to go purchase the filter and didn t get it deducted from my bill ultimately being forced to pay additional money. I told them I didn t agree with this as I am a great customer who brings multiple vehicles to Valvoline. At the end of service they tried to get me out of there fast and didn t fill my tires with air. My one tire was slightly leaking and i had to tell them to put 32psi on all 4 tires before I left. I feel this should be a simple procedure and a part of the job. After spending $150 on an oil change I shouldn t have to remind them to do their job. Yes people make mistakes but it was the way they handled this situation. Super unprofessional and disappointing.Service: Oil change

The guy took the drain plug out of my engine using an impact wrench, That's a huge red flag. To top it off, I came in with the low tire pressure light and left with it on because nobody serviced the air in my tires, Even as I tried to call him and ask him to please check the tires but they were in a huge hurry to get me out the door. They charged me for a rear wiper and left it on the hood and realized it after they had martialed me out of the garage already. Small details matter

It's no words to express my love for this place the staff is kind and humble they are so nice I don't even have to get off. Of my car I had a coupon it's only took me half an hour and it was done beautifully nice job thank you guys I'll be back again thank you so much may the Lord bless each one of you never had service done like that it's like you are home like a family I will definitely recommend for all my friends and family don't waste your time don't go anywhere just stop by and you you truly see it amazing if I would I would give 1 million stars they deserve it see you guys soon xoxoxo

Very professional and courteous. The topside and bottomside teams worked and communicated well together. The young Caucasian lady was very good at explaining different products and their functions. She is very patient too. Keep up the good work!

Quality of service here has gone down drastically since covid. I brought my wife's vehicle here for her last oil change then found out after starting a road trip that the filter bowl was falling off and dumping oil. Also 2 of the pan screws were missing. I left that up to a fluke since it was always great service in the past and I did another oil change on that vehicle myself. I went today for my car and the attendant was just sarcastic and rude. I had to remind him politely about the tires when he said I was done but they didn't actually check anything like they normally do. Then he ran around the car real quick and just hit the air hose for 2 sec and said there tires are filled your done. I know that I had a low tire but figured they would do it here so I didn't fill it. I said I can see you didn't fill. And his response was. So go to wawa they have all the free air you could want your done. I'm not going back there and spreading the word to all the people I have recommended them to in the past.Service: Oil change

Absolutely love this place. Been here three times and recommend others using it. They are efficient and friendly. The ONLY reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because of the pink-haired woman that works there. After waiting for quite some time ( I was ok with it) she was extremely rude to me. Never apologized for the wait and had a major attitude. Everyone else was so kind and professional. She s awful. If it weren t for the others I wouldn t recommend this place. So sad when one person brings down the organization.Service: Oil change

Brooke and Brianna were amazing. Fast professional friendly. The entire atmosphere was great people working together laughing having fun and still getting the job done. This is a genius idea! Drive thru, no appt and they check everything! This is freaking awesome and fast! Screw Firestone and their 3 week wait for an oil change! Friendly and professional service. I m not an expertWhen it comes to cars, so when I had questions they were answered in a way that a nurse can understand lol.Hector, Halil, Dionte are knowledgeable, friendly, and a great way to start a day! Super impressed with the staff and service!!Thank you!!
