The owner is a straight up theif, if you don't want any problems avoid this shop at all costs, you're going to lose your time and money, they don't stay true to their prices, drove my truck out in the same the condition it came in, broke down on the way home. 0 stars*Update to your response, I guarantee I'm reviewing the right place, the person giving estimates and collecting the money and calming to be the owner his name is Andrew. I'm writing so other drivers don't get caught in the same scam if being told price and being charged another.Thank you.*update. We tried to come to an agreement for two weeks, and now your offering to take a call to make things right? Nobody is asking you to work for free. But people in a position where you know they need their truck for work and you're charging more then the truck is worth.*update. it should not be an issue to understand what's the name of the company. Unless you have multiple unsatisfied/defrauded customers in the past several weeks. Judging by reviews it might be very well the case. This particular issue is about the septic truck. You are welcome to contact me and negotiate the damages.*update. Not sure why you are talking about 2 different accounts: we have been discussing fraudulent charges and crooked auto repair. In regards of what my attorney said- he advised me to go to court to dispute the fraudulent charges.Your response is as deceitful as your 5 star reviews. Completely agreed with previous reviews of Bozan, Maceraci Tirci and others. Don't do any business with this place - TRANSMASTER LLC.TRANSMASTER LLC business is pure scam and liars that overcharge you 2 x , 3 x times from a promised estimate, diagnostics are run for 4-5-7 times and they hold your truck as a hostage until you pay.In TRANSMASTER LLC every $1,000 turns into $2,000-$3,000 on final bill. Andrew or Andrey claimed that any estimate(s) from hand or through email are just approximate guesstimates and have nothing to do with final bill.TRANSMASTER LLC owner Andrey claimed that it is normal and necessary to run diagnostics every time after every small repair adjustment and the customer don't have to be informed of that. But the customer has to pay for every single diagnostics run 4-5-7 times on the final bill that he didn't ask for!...In TRANSMASTER LLC Beware: Andrey knows the legal system loopholes, he warned that he put a lean on my truck, if I'll go to court. And considering that small claim courts are full for next 3-4 years, my truck will get sold quicker than I will be able to see him and his TRANSMASTER LLC business in court. If you have a finance on your truck, you don't have a choice, but to pay these guys.TRANSMASTER LLC - They lie, than hold your truck as a hostage for a lean, and extort the money from you. I am giving 3 stars for this place because of owner of this place . Mykola 5 stars Mechanik, professional , know what he is doing .. 3 stars because owner will overcharge you for every small thing . As example I spent over 4000$ there ,did oil change around 420$ another day , they replace bolt on glad hand and charge me 55 $ dollars - it take them 1 minute to fix it . So be prepared to pay double price for every small thing , this is disaster , no respect to drivers at all , nice girls in a office

Liars. Overpriced. They will do estimate and charge u 3x more.Add extra hours ( at least 2x more ) then been estimated & hold u truck until u pay all u money. Also they can do labor which u don't ask- and charge u for it.AVOID !!!!!

He is rude and liar.I drive 4 hours away get the truck fix.He said bring it over Once I arrive he says he will fix in a maybe 1 week maybe 3 weeks.!!!!!!If you want to talk to rude person he is right there.Don't loose your truck and business overhere.By the way truck has a computer problem!!!!!!.Not rebuilding a engine.lolololol.

These guys are the best in the business they have the resources and most importantly the MAN POWER (more like a small army) to get the job done RIGHT and get you rolling. I brought my truck in to fix AC and a handfull of other minor repairs and in less than an hour my truck was in the bay with 3 guys buzzing around it each one tackling a different issue. Even though Russian is very much the primary language here, I've had absolutely no issues whatsoever communicating with anyone. I'm based out of Springfield MA n work almost exclusively on the I-90 corridor from Boston to Buffalo NY but these guys are so good that when we need work done beyond a routeen P.M., we'll book a load to Philly or thereabouts just so we can stop here to get work done on our way back. I give them my highest recommendation.

guys don't come here in any way, drove almost 100 miles, arrived and they tell me that we can't help ... we called them 3-5 hours in advance, and at the same time the rude ones didn't even apologize....
