Auto repair facility I work at had a Ford excursion painted at this location. They did a very nice job quality is A+. They completed this paint job in less than a week when their initial estimate was several weeks. Cost was excellent I have no complaints in that department either my customer is very happy with the outcome and so am I!

The only reason I didn t put 5 stars is because parking is impossible but I guess that s because they do so much business! Very pleased with communication and overall work done.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Liars . False advertising . No intentions on doing their advertised $599. Paint job . Immediately want to jack the price up . Sales rep told me they never do 599 paint jobs even though they advertise it . I brought car in fully preped and sanded and they told me it's $1000 to prep car which they have to regardless of any price.

I visited maaco because my fuel door was damaged by someone at the gas station. We agreed the price for the door and paint was $157 dollars but when I went to have the door replaced this person by the name of Will not only increase the price to $187dollsrs because the interior had also to be painted but he was almost let me go home with a replacement fuel door that did not work. It did not function no matter how many times we tried the door would not open. He also accused me for not making an appointment when I did make an appt for Friday at 3:30 pm. Well I was very upset for the door not working and for this person talking to me so unprofessional. Luckily this other person by the name of John by doing a research he found out that a spring was missing and are now ordering another door because the previous door for them to open was also damaged. I am now waiting for a new door.p.s .I already paid them $187dollars. My car is a 2010 Toyota Corolla brand new .Service: Painting

Customer service was great. I made three trips here and every time the gentlemen working inside were kind and made sure I was being taken care of. Nick particularly was outstanding. He explained in detail the issue with my car and made sure the work done was quality work which it was. He was very helpful and I appreciate the fact that I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because I was a female. I definitely recommend this MAACO location.Service: Body & Trim

I got into a slight fender bender in Dec and I immediately took it in for an estimate. Others played games etc and told me they couldn t give me an estimate yet but Maaco gave me one on the spot and it was very accurate to what I was given by the other insurance company. The car was done within 6-8 business days which was awesome considering how busy they are. The parts were very new looking even if slightly used you cannot tell. Also, the costs didn t somehow increase if they found something under the car. I m sure the dealer would definitely find other stuff. Absolutely A+!!! I hope to never use them again but if I have to .....yep definitely going with them.

I called & was told to come right in. I was taken care of right after I got out of my car. It only took a couple hours to take care of what I needed. I even got a couple of other questions answered. Great Customer Service! This will definitely be my go to place!!!

Ignorant to my father didnt want to do the job and of course he never got back to us with any kind of price, honestly dont know how they do any kind of business with this guy running things. Its funny u told us you wouldnt be able to find parts but another place did with a good price and great job.You cant always take the gravy jobs fellas

Not particular to this location, but Maaco is a joke. Made an online reservation, and once I got there, one of the employee gave a wierd stare and stated that they're not aware of any online reservations and no one is there to provide an estimate in an unpolite manner.

This shop does excellent work. I had my sons car painted there and they did a great job. I got the car back cleaner than when I dropped it off.

I have a 2004 Nissan titan will some top and hood paint discoloration and two beginning rust spots. I am a black retired Army vet and Maaco estimated a PARTIAL paint job at $3165 . The NEXT day I found a painter who charged me $800 and did a beautiful job. I would like to know why there is a $2500 difference. This Maaco is mostly White employed. I am not surprised for New Jersey.

Not even a month after the paint job, one tiny chip in the paint grew into a much larger chip due to lack of bonding agent they use to apply paint to metal. You could just use your nail and flake the entire paint coat off the hood. I chose not to because I don't need it looking worse than it does. They just handed me a bottle of touch up paint and sent me going. So a year later and I have too many chips to touch up do to how bad they flake and peal. I can't even touch up most spots because the paint around the chipped surface ripples like ruffles chips.
