They fixed my car's transmission in record time, and to my surprise, they also threw in a free oil change! I was blown away by how fast they got the job done, and the quality of their work was outstanding. The folks at AAMCO in Delran really know how to take care of their customers. Wow, just had my car fixed at AAMCO, and I'm genuinely impressed! The team there really knows their stuff. They figured out what was wrong with my transmission in no time, and the fix was perfect. I needed a transmission for my 2017 Nissan Sentra and I was unsure what I wanted to do. I had spoken with Luke several times. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the feeling like he generally cared about my concerns and my situation. I decided to get the new transmission and I am glad I did. Once I made the decision and we had the payment in place, my car was done sooner than I expected. Vanessa is also very friendly.

First I want to say do not go to this location in Delran NJ. They are liars & scammers.. I took my car to a small shop to have wheel bearings done on the front of my car. When I dropped it off my car was fine. I picked it up and it had transmission issues I was so mad. The owner said what they did with the wheel bearings had nothing to do with my transmission. I decided to take it to Aamco in Delran NJ to have them take a look at it. I dropped it off on a Monday night after work. They told me they would get to it on Tuesday morning around 9am that they were going to do a courtesy in inspection check everything externally and electrically. I called a couple times on Tuesday still no answer and they said they should have an answer on Wednesday. They call me Wednesday and told me they went over everything externally and checked everything electrically that they would need to drop the pan to inspect it further. Then I get a call and they tell me I need a transmission and I asked them how did they come up with that and they couldn't give me a solid answer and tried saying it was debris in my transmission. I said I don't by that I just had my trans serviced by them in February 2023 and they told me my trans looked really good.They gave me two option a new trans for $6100.00 or a Aamco certified trans for $3900.00. I was so close to doing it and going with their monthly payment plan options. I had bought two sensors an had them in the car because of the codes the car was getting input and output sensor which are in the bottom of the trans when you drop the pan. So I said to them just replace the two sensors since they had the pan down and put another filter and put the pan back on and fluid in it and I will ride it the way it is for now. My bill was $1012.11. I picked my car up and a few days later I decided to jack my car up and take a look around because I couldn't afford to take it to anyone else they already took most of my Christmas money and this was the week before Christmas to. So after I jacked my car up and started taking a look around I noticed there is a connector that wasn't connected to the side of the transmission. I plugged it back in and my car is running normal like it's supposed to.You probably know how I feel at this point. So I decided to give them a call for a full refund and they refuse to. They said they performed the proper procedures and I said oh yeah if you did you would have found the connector not connected. Then they say they gave me accurate information I said oh yeah you told me you checked all the electrical and everything external you obviously didn't or you would have found the connector not connected. You told me I needed a new transmission but couldn't give a solid reason why and my transmission is perfectly fine after I connected the connector. I kept asking to speak to the owner and they don't tell the owner I want to talk to them and I ask for the owners phone number and they won't give it to me. Luke is the guys name that lied to me about it all. Vanessa is supposed to be a manager and she is ignorant and lies. I reached out to another location to get the phone number for Aamco consumer affairs and waiting their phone call to see if they can help with this matter. After that it's off to small claims court and I'm going to get more then just my refund. I going for loss time of work because I missed work for three days. And emotional stress. Stay far away from these people they are liars and scammers.. I actually work for a heavy duty service center that deals with bigger transmissions and I'm aware of the procedures and these people didn't do what they said they did because if they did I wouldn't of had to pay and I got charged for something that should have never been done.See their response? This is what I mean by they are liars.. I didn't put it by mistake and I'm not taking it down and you can report all you want. I have my bill as my proof and if I need to show it to Google I will...

If you want them to tell you a repair will $800-$1800 tops and then have them take your transmission apart and tell you a rebuild and replacement would both be over $5000 this place is for you. 2 other shops had told me $3,500 for a rebuild and $3,900 for transmission swap. They also damaged my engine where you bolt the transmission onto the engine as you can see where the oil is leaking from in the picture. The truck is also grinding when it starts and the electrical components inside the cab of the truck start flashing. The starter is brand new. They did a full diagnostics test of the vehicle and told me everything was good mechanically with the truck other than the transmission. These people are the worst kind of people and I would highly recommend not taking your vehicle there unless you want to end up going to court over the damage they obviously cause to your vehicle that they ll fix for higher prices then most other shops.You do not get what you pay for here. My truck is in worse condition then when I dropped it off to them and Im down $5100 on top of it. STAY AWAY!

I came to AAMCO with what I believed to be an issue with my transmission. I brought my car in for a free consultation. A few hours later I received a call later on in the day saying that they needed my authorization to run some tests. I told the guy on the phone that I would have to hold off due to money and he said okay no problem. I said I would pick up the car that night but it would have to be AFTER HOURS, and then I proceeded to ask what the procedure for that was. He told me that he will relay the message to another lady and that she will leave my keys in my car so I can come pick it up later. Later on that night, at around 8:30pm, I drive 45 minutes over to AAMCO to pick up my car to find that it s completely blocked in by another car. Of course there s nobody working at 8:30 at night so now I am completely screwed. I not only have to drive another 45 minutes home WITHOUT my car, but I now do not have a car to get to work in the morning.It gets worse- first thing in the morning I get a text saying that my car needs to be picked up or it will get moved to storage and I will get charged $75. I immediately called at 9am and spoke to the guy that I talked to yesterday saying he would relay the message about putting the keys in the car. He did not apologize once but said he will get things straightened out and call or text me soon. It was around 2 pm when I still haven't heard from him so I call the shop and the lady I spoke too said she was never told to leave the keys in my car. I said okay there must have been a miscommunication on your shops part but I just want to confirm that I am coming tonight to get my car. We were on the same page.It gets even worse- Fast forward to the next night- at around 8:45 pm I once again drive 45 minutes to AAMCO to find my car BLOCKED in! The second night in a row!!! I couldn't believe it. I can let a mistake slide once with miscommunication but this was absolutely ridiculous. Luckily, there was still a guy working in the shop and was able to move the blocked car out of the way. If he were not working, I would have had to come a third time.This shop didn't even do any work on my car but because of the horrible lack of communication and this instance happening TWICE in a row, I will definitely not be bringing my car here and will not be recommending.

This place is disgusting and I just filed a complaint with the STATE DEPARTMENT OF NJ. You guys are going to be sued you scammed my husband then when he wrote a honest review about the situation you called him a liar in a public forum! We have all the receipts for the money you too we have voice recordings of how ignorant and unprofessional the office manager is! This is what you just wrote and you can t delete it we already saved it!Response from the owner 8 hours agoWe don't recognize you in our system. If you put the review by mistake, please take it out otherwise we are going to report to google admin.The owner just said my husband is not in the system???? Are you that ENTITLED AND BOLD TO ACTUALLY LIE WHEN WE HAVE EVIDENCE YOU JUST SAID YOU NEVER DID WORK ON HIS CAR AND HES LYING BASICALLY!!! We have a record it was a week before Christmas! How dare you try to bully a person that you scammed you didn t realize he works for a transmission company so you lied and he caught you!! I can t believe you were dumb enough to lie and write it down! You need to be closed down !! It s about principle now! See you in court! Please beware if they can lie to a customer then lie and say the customer was never at their establishment that takes balls! And they done it before most likely!

These people will rip you off. The owner kamron durrani is a big scammer. They will charge you double what they tell you and hold your car hostage. They offer you free oil changes for a good review because most people wouldn't have anything good to say. They also kept my original transmission and kept the money. Real pieces of garbage. They should be put out of business. Please don't take your car here. I would give them negative stars. The man Luke is also part of the problem. Big liar. Literally said worst case scenario was 2 grand . Then after they had my car hostage for an 800$ diagnostic it was magically 4800$.

I super appreciate the people of AAMCO in Delran! When my transmission broke on my car, they were the only local shop to take it in and fix it. They consistently touched base on the status of my vehicle and thoroughly explained what was being repaired. They also offered me multiple options on how they could pursue my vehicle repair. I would gladly recommend this shop to anyone who needs transmission repairs!

They charge way too much for their services, take way too long to complete the work (if they complete it at all), don't keep to the promised timelines, require payment in advance, and hold your car hostage for extended periods of time. I was going to take my car to this shop after reading good reviews but as I continue to read the negetive ones , I became skeptical. I was talking to a coworker about the problem to my transmission and what shops I was going to take car to. I mentioned this company and he told me didn't have a good experience with them. He stated, they upcharged the bill after they found out that he has warrenty. After learning about his experience and other bad reviews, I concluded that this company likes to charge more for big jobs which in a way is dishonesty.

Do not trust this facility. When you arrive they ll give appropriate estimates 1500-2500. Once your vehicle is on the lift you can pay $1000 for them inspecting the vehicle OR $5000-$6000 in up charged costs for fixes. Expect issues with their work and little assistance fixing them. The one year warranty is a joke. They will lie and claim to have fixed your issue until the one year warranty is invalid.These people are savages, out to cheat honest people out of thousands at a time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE.

Aamco total care is 1 of the absolute best auto shops from the customer service department (Tanisha) to the mechanics on deck my car is running better than it has ever and they will work out everything for you. I am giving 1 star because I can't give zero. Their repairs may be fine I don't know as it was my son's car this is about their business practices. My son need repairs which cost over 4000.00 dollars he has no credit so I gave them permission to open a credit card in my name all of a sudden after having the car apart and everything and having the car a week they called that it needed a little more work of course at an additional charge. So the card they got me covered 4500.00 of the repair and that left a 1300.00 balance they went to increase the limit on the credit card which I didn't know at the time was denied so they called asking me for some information which I thought was to get the increased credit limit but it was not. So without my knowledge or permission they got the balance from Easy Pay Finance. Not at anytime did they ask me if I had the means to pay the difference which I did. Now Easy Pay Finance is charging me 156.00 dollars a month for 24 months which comes out to over 3000.00 to pay back on a 1300.00 loan that to me is extortion I could have gone to a loan shark same thing. Also I had asked about a veterans discount on the work normally a veterans discount is usually 10% they gave me 100.00 so if you read this all the way through at all cost avoid this location go anywhere else for repair. I tried to resolve this with Lukas who I assume is the location manager but to no avail. I don't know in what world a shifter cable cost anywhere near 1300.00 dollars I guess just in AAMCO world seems the location is all about inflating prices and get you into predatory lending. To show you how sleazy this easy pay finance is I had to try 3 times to pay off the balance with a Discover card and twice it came back as possible fraudulent charge not until I actually called Discover to tell them it was me it went through. So again avoid this location at all cost. I have also contacted Federal Consumer Protection on both AAMCO and easy pay finance.

I went to AAMCO as my second opinion- my first said my transmission was busted and I needed to replace it or get a new car. AAMCO was amazing. They diagnosed the problem as an engine misfire and fixed it in two days for wayyyy cheaper than a transmission. Their customer service was great and they took the time to explain exactly what was happening! Super knowledgeable technicians here! Excellent customer service from start to finish, very professional establishment! I had a transmission failure , and dealt with a shady warranty company. I called aamco in delran and their entire staff reassured me that i was in good hands . They took care of my vehicle quickly, professionally and at an affordable price.
