Service department remodeled the waiting area and did a great job, put in a fireplace and comfy furniture. Always do a great job servicing my car. Great pricing to.

Bad customer service, put cost for Ac maintenance without told me it will cost in 2023 Toyota, manager so rough cut the price have and said he will send the guy to home. Really bad customer service. Need to educate

Left my car to be inspected due to a hybrid issue. Paid $150+tax for the inspection service. I got response after 40 minutes from Toyota service staff. They just connected a regular OBD scanner to my car, and I obtained the same response I got early from AUTOZONE, and ADVANCE AUTO PARTS for free. Asked them which modules should I replace in the hybrid battery and they didn t have any idea, just said battery pack . Obviously was a poor and unprofessional inspection from Toyota technicians.

Simply pathetic, wish i would have option to select negative, i visited here today 07/29/22 for "engine check and traction light" issue. This light got turned on after a camera installation mechanic took out the radio to check the capability of camera installation and then installed back the radio as it. I visited toyota service center consider they are master in their vehicle problem and can get this problem quickly and fix it. After my visit i was told by adviser that i will be charged $151 w/t tax for inspection and then if any items to be added. After 2 hours, he comes to me and said that mechanic is asking for 3 more hours which will cost me $450 additionally, just to inspect the problem. Horrible... is this the way Toyota service center work and rob their customers without any result..... i asked them to pack my car in the same condition, Paid $171 for wasting my time there, Also Advisor "Ryan" attitude was bit rude too. I will ensure that i dont visit here again and let my friends also know about this.

Usually not my favorite place to go but the last two trips have been very good. The parts person took ownership of my problem, coordinated the people needed to resolve it and called when he promised he would. The service rep I dealt with today was pleasant and thorough. He texted me with the status of my service. It took exactly the estimated time to complete.

Sales team sucks dont even bother to assist to buy new car not even stood from the chair lol. i simply went to different locations to get my new car. I strongly recommend to go to the different dealership and avoid going here.

Great service department,they take care of u like you're family. Bought a car from them.Will but another car from them can't say enough about that Dealership.

Excellent service and convenience, if our vehicle needs all day they offer rental free of charge but have to call/book in advance.

SCAMER ALERT i had my 2013 toyota tundra for transmission fluid change. they charged me for gasket, they said there is no filter in this models. after few months i decided to service transmission to a private. they showed me that filter was horrible( remember toyota said they don't have filters) and they showed me rusted, broken bolts on transmission pan. gasket was not even changed for a long time. pan was not even taken off for a years. looks like they started to take off and bolt broken there and they just passed that and only reason why they charged me for gasket because i wouldn't tell them that why pan was not taken off, because if you take off , you must replace gasket. what a shame. if you like your car don't bring here.
