I got into an accident and my insurance gave me an option to pick a place from their listing. This particular place was only a ride down the street from me. They did a great job taking care of my baby because I was worried about my car. They gave updates on the work being done, also cleaned the insides and washed my baby. It was finished before the due date which was March 5th. Thank you so much for your customer service Joel and the team who got the work done. My baby is much more cleaner and brand new before I dropped him off.

can t be more trash. estimate for BOTH sides of the car, but just repair OHE of the side! and charge me very high! believe me, never come here, and they do cheat you together with INSURANCE. my insurance company is PROGRESSIVE! remember, never!Update: Calling them as they claimed below, but they give me nothing helpful but just waste my time! remember, don t be fooled!

This is my 3rd time using Dayton Collison center for auto body repair on either my own personal vehicle or my family's vehicles. I'm very Grateful for Joel Perez who helped me through the entire repair process on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. I was very unfortunately bumped pretty good on the driver rear corner of my truck by a distracted motorist in the beginning of October 2023, and insurance was able to cover the full cost the repairs, but Joel went above and beyond to meet my minor alteration request to have my bumper end caps painted body color, as well as change the style of the rear tail lamp housings for me. I did pay out of pocket for the undamaged passenger side but it was an extremely fair price and done to a VERY high standard. I am very happy with this repair/upgrade, very thankful for Joel and his professionalism, as well as putting a very highly qualified, skillful body repair technician on my truck. To boot, the truck as even done in the exact time frame stated to me, Overall i couldn't be happier with my experience and to have my truck back. If you own any Toyota vehicle and you deeply care about its mechanical performance as well as the integrity/fit and finish of its bodywork, always take it to an on-site Toyota Collison center so its done right the first time with factory, first party OEM parts. This place is amazing! I got in to car accident and my insurance advised me to take my car to this place. From scheduling the inspection & to getting the car fixed was a very easy process. They are very professional and do things in timely manner. From the time I dropped my car and until I picked it up they kept me posted via text message about the status. They made my car look brand new just how it was before the accident. The most surprising thing was when I went to pick my car they actually had done car wash. My car was so clean inside out just like coming out of a show room.I would definitely recommend this place for any minor to major repairs.Thank you so much Asa @ Dayton Collision Center for taking really good care of my car and making it look like brand new.

Positive experience with both of my vehicles which have had repairs there. Staff is professional and polite, and very willing to address any concerns you may have, going above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Would definitely recommend using this shop. Very convenient having an Enterprise rental agency in the same building as well.

We had an incident that left us with a smashed in door on our Toyota Highlander. After getting practically ignored by our local dealer, we found Dayton Collision. They were able to get us on the schedule within a reasonable amount of time and completed the job in less than the estimated two weeks. The job needed extra parts that the insurance company didn t include in their initial estimate. Dayton Collision dealt with the insurance company directly and got everything taken care of for us. We were contacted immediately when the job was completed. The work looks great and our car has been restored to the way it was before the incident. I will also add that they conveniently have a rental car service next door so you don t even need a ride to drop off your car. I read some negative reviews here, and I m not discounting those, but I wanted to at least relay that our experience was superb. We received service the right way from this business.

I dropped my car off on November 15th due to an accident. Joseph Rice (estimator) submitted the estimate to my insurance on November 17th. I kept calling Dayton back and forth to know the estimate's status. The lady at the front desk kept telling me they had ordered parts which didn't make sense, so I told her to let Joseph call me back. He never does. So I call back again, and he tells me he is waiting for my insurance to reply because they are slow. Little to know on November 28th that, Joseph sent the estimate to the wrong email because he spelled it wrong. Mind you, this is two weeks after I dropped the car off, which took away two weeks from my rental. Now they are starting the process. Two weeks later, I got a call from Joseph telling me they found some other fixes that they needed to work on. So you can already guess what happened; next, I told him to send me the supplement that you sent to the insurance, but I didn't get anything, nor did the insurance. So I called him back and made him send me the email over the phone. Little to know again, he spelled my name wrong, and I did not get the email. After multiple tries of teaching him some spelling, I got the email and sent it myself to the insurance. After a lot of hassle between Joseph and the insurance, I picked up the car on December 19th.Advice: If and only If, deal with the shop if this is the only shop that exists. Otherwise, go somewhere else where they are more professional.If you had to deal with this shop, make sure you are ANNOYING and make them send you every single email that is being sent out. Otherwise, you will have no idea what's going on.

A deer jumped into the side of my car and my insurance company sent me to Dayton Collision for repairs. My experience was not good. The woman at the front desk was rude and forgetful. I would speak to her, give her information, and then she would call me back with the same questions. She was short and would not forward my calls. She would take messages and no one would ever call me back. Also, the man who took in my car told me I would get a a quote in 1 day, it took a week. The the repairs took 21 days. Finally, when they called that the car was ready and I went to pick it up the bumper was not properly attached. I was the one who identified the problem. You could look at the car and see it was miss-aligned. They needed to bring it back and fix it, I waited over an hour. Still, the door that they 'repaired' has a piece that keeps falling off, the electric window hasn't worked since they 'fixed' it and my seat, which was not damaged in the accident, is broken. I have not brought the car back in because I don't want to deal with the customer service woman again and go through the stress I experienced with them. I realize that COVID has slowed things from a supply chain issue and staffing is difficult however, this was inexcusable.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is 100% corrupt. If you have anything of value on your vehicle they ll find a way to STEAL your parts. And claim it was damaged. Employees are quitting left and right because of poor criminal leadership. This place owes me $18,000 in parts, and I ve been ignored.

This place is the best if you need excellent service This is the place. I had my car dropped off there for collision repair they took care of everything insurance was in agreement with their estimate and if you need rental car it's right there no worries Norman will take care of you.

I would've like to give this place a better review, but their ability to communicate and stick to their own timeline was poor. They originally stated that the car would take one week. At the end of one week I received a call stating that they found additional damage and had to order a new part. Okay understandable. I received a call the following Tuesday (08/23) that my car would be completed and ready for pickup on that Friday (08/26). I then received a call on Friday (08/26) stating that the car was not going to be ready until Monday (08/29). On Monday I called to confirm that the car was ready. They said the car was not going to be ready until Tuesday at 9am. I called on Tuesday and the time moved to 3pm. The person on the phone stated that they don't know who told me that the car was going to be ready at 9am on Tuesday. Keep in mind that at this point this is all me calling and they are not communicating their delays at all. I picked up my car on Wednesday morning on a wing and a prayer. There was no one there but a new receptionist with an icky attitude at 8am, so if I had any questions I would have had to come back or pray that I reach someone on the telephone. That reminds me of multiple times that I called them and left voicemails with general questions that were never returned. They called me to conduct a customer service satisfaction survey and the person taking the survey acted as if I was talking too much. I would not recommend using this place. I had to pay an additional $16.99+/day for my rental for all of the delays. About an extra $100. The car looks good. Cannot tell that it was hit.

Recently hit a deer and needed to get body work done. Purchased my car at Dayton Toyota across the lot and decided to bring it to the collision center. Entire staff was very helpful and kept me up to date on the entire process. Ray Gunderson was the estimator and the car looked brand new when I got it back. If you ever need a car or truck repair, bring it here.

First I would like to say that at the end of the day the repair to my truck looks very good. However the process to get there was very bad. First i turned in my truck in for repairs (body work) on a friday. They took my cell number and email address down and told me it would take 2 weeks. And they would contact me throughout the process. Well, after a week i had to call them because they NEVER contacted me!! When i called them they told me they had to order a new door. And that they don't know why no one ever contacted me. But they would fix that and someone would reach out to me the next day. Well guess what that NEVER happened!! The repair ended up take 3 weeks, and the only way I knew anything was when i called them. They NEVER prompted a call. After 2 weeks of complaining about this , Ernie seemed to take charge of the situation and it was a little better. He was the only person that reached out after my complaining.Now finally after a few times of them telling me its ready and it actually wasn't and having to re-scheduling the pick up date a few times , i finally went to pick it up. The truck looked very good.However, when i opened the front door, to my surprise my cell phone vent holder was broken and on my seat. No one said anything to me about it , and so i had to go back in there and address the situation. Ernie was very apolagetic but i feel it was very unprofessional to break something and not tell me. They will be replacing it.Overall, they seem to do good work, but their communication skills SUCK !!

My 2001 Camry needed major brake work. Although very expensive, the price seemed fair and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The service people kept us informed by phone along the process and decision-making and were all very respectful and professional.

I took my car to replace the front bumper and touch up for scratches. They gave a ridiculously high quote to replace the bumper. While taking the damaged bumper off, they ripped my car headlights. Then called me to tell me that I need to pay $645 in addition to put new headlights on. I ended up paying $1500 for the repair that would have cost me around $500 at the local body shop. I hated the service. Especially, Trace H, who is very arrogant and intimidating. She spoke very rudely to me when I took the car back to her to show that they didn't properly remove the scratches off the bumper. She offered to give me "another quote" to fix it as it was "not part of the original quote". This shop is outright rip off. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND them to ANYONE!!!! TOTAL RIPOFF

Very unprofessional. They told you to leave your phone number that they will call you back but never return your call. The lady who picks up the phone is unfriendly, and very nasty. They keep delaying to return my ca4. Promising fix my car for one week, now after 2 weeks still no progress. I never write any review or comment in the public accept this time. If I Can give this place a zero I would. Do not take your car here. I have repeatedly been hung up on and put on hold for extensive periods of times while checking for an update on my car that has been here for repairs since October. The only reasonable and professional person here is Ian but hard to reach with the rude staff that answers the phone.Service: Body & Trim

We use NJM insurance and this is one of their approved center. Smooth process including an on-site Enterprise. No one anticipated the need of such a shop but deer, flooding, etc are things we could not control. Car insurance is a must. NJM rocks and so are their approved associates.

If I could give Dayton Collision ZERO stars, I would.My Mazdaspeed 3 was t-boned and brought to this service center by my insurance company. My car was there for two weeks, when I got the call it was ready for pick up.It was after hours, but the Toyota service desk helped me, and I was to leave my rental there, and pick up my car. I spent an hour going over every detail of repair, and immediately found the following wrong, took pics, and figured I could deal with it another day.- The sheet metal of my quarter panel was not completely fixed. There was an area by the ground effects that was chipped and not filled in or painted- The door skin was not aligned flush with the car, and was pushed in- The plastic panel that goes from the top of the door to the roof was severely damaged - the plastic looked cut up above the door itself, and the weather stripping was falling offIt appeared to me my driver's wheel camber was off, so I took her for a drive.- My alignment was NOT done. My steering wheel was completely turned left, and the car went to the right no matter how much I turned the wheel left- The vibration was so bad, the car was not controllable at high speed- My Xenon self leveling headlight on the driver's side was NOT working, so my AFS light was blinking on my dashI turned around and brought the car back immediately. Took the rental back and left this laundry list of issues in writing at the service desk. I also called my insurance company, and send them the list via email. I also put in writing to check my camber, that my suspension had damage.I come to find out thru my insurance company, that Dayton had to bring my car to Tire Barn to find out why it wouldn't stay in alignment. Tire Barn confirmed what I said (sorry, I happen to be a woman who knows about cars), that my suspension needed to be replaced. A control arm and bearings were changed. (nothing else from what I understand). Another alignment is done.Fast forward to three MORE weeks later (a total of one month one week), I am told to go get my car.- THE SHEET METAL WAS STILL NOT FIXED- THE DOOR SKIN WAS STILL NOT FIXED- My bumper was crooked- My hood was crooked (the hood repairs were wavy) and looseHowever, the headlight worked, and they cleaned the inside of my car.... as well as cleaned it out. My microfiber cloth and swiffer duster were missing. Also, they blew through a HALF tank of gas.... They drove it over 30 miles.---Where did they go?---Did they run my car for an entire day with the AC on to blow through a half tank of gas?---Why was my center console cleaned out and belongings not put back?The alignment felt ok... but a few miles down the road, my car was gently pulling right again, but then would straighten out, then go right again.__________________________________________________�___This shop did the WORST BODY / MECHANICAL work I have EVER seen. They had my car for over a month, and they blatantly ignored the list of issues. When the car went back to my insurance company last night to go to a DIFFERENT shop because Dayton did such a terrible job TWICE, my insurance had to reimburse me for the gas, missing items, and the alignment I had to have done at Mazda so I could drive the car-- which, by the way, it failed.- My bumper was crooked, and actually coming off the body of the car- My hood was not flat (still had a bend in it from the accident) and was loose.- The car still gently pulls to the right, then straight, then left, then right.I have just been informed that the new body shop my car was sent to found other things wrong with the car. I am waiting for this list, but clearly they did not service my car at all.RUN from this shop. HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE WORK!

Good that i have n't given my car to them .. front desk lady confirmed to come for collision repair estimate but when i went no one was there.. someone came not sure why ..he was prompting insurance rather than helping me to get a OEM repair estimate for my new car..he wants me to give them the car without knowing the estimate repair cost.. ridiculous wasted my time and money traveling that 25miles..will not recommend anyone..
