Not reliable!!,I made a reservation for a reefer trailer for Monday, they said it s definitely reserved for me on Monday, no need to come down, they ll send me an email for insurance etc. , but I never received the email, I called back she said it changed , we HOPE by Monday there s a trailer , there s nothing available right nowThey didn t even call me that it s cancled.Tell me a business that promises HOPE after making a reservation and dont follow up !

I m not a big Penske fan, but the service staff here has always been helpful and often have gone out of their way to keep me moving. Great people and nice facility. Still ranking this as one of the top Penske shops. Service here has gone out of their way to help me while other shops may tend to push the issues aside. Never happened here!

Had a leak from the oil pan of my 2022 Freightliner. All bolts and gaskets had to be replaced. Penske had me back on the road asap.Cheers to Cranbury, NJ Penske.Jeers to Freightliner for making poor quality parts that fail at 160k miles.

Its amazing I called Regina told her I was 10mins away and I have 3 open circuits& check engine light on she said bring it in= 1hr later I was on my way! That's what I call SERVICE!

Helped me with my move, made sure the truck with the options I needed was available for me and called to remind me of my appointment. I spoke with Yazmin the manager of this location, who was exceptionally friendly and was very informative. She made sure everything went just right with my rental. I was running late and showed up after hours to pick up but Colin, a truck rental agent stayed late to let me pick up the truck. Great service all the way around.

WOW - Customer service !beginning with Jasmin who helped us secure the right size vehicle at a great price and ending with Tom Z. who professionally multitasked between us picking up our rent a truck and the non-stop calls. Ww were very impressed at his calm delivery with options of having to be put on hold. Keep up the good work.

One of the mechanics has the power of telepathy and the other despite being asked about more cars when he works on trucks is willing to answer to the best of his knowledge...which is better than YOU.

This place is the worst Penske I have ever been to as a professional driver. Zero pride here. A joke. Worst attitude this side of the Mississippi.

Professional and friendly service. Regina in the service department is excellent and does everything in her power to get your equipment in and out in a timely manner with constant updates.

Regional driver, broke down 2x back to back weeks. They got to me the first time in under an hour and had me moving. The next time I was able to drive in, they pulled me right in and had me underway in about 20 mins. Solid service.

extremely rude service and they never want to pick up the phone to help out customers. Use the U-haul nearby for a better experience

Ok for non-commercial truck rental, but they wanted 10000 dollars for deposit and commercial insurance for renting tractor
