I was happy with this place as they were very cool and helpful when my car had a cylinder 3 misfire almost 5 months ago. At the time they were a little pricey compared to other shops but I went there because it was close to my job. At the time I was told by people that it s best to get all the spark plugs changed if you are going to just do 1. Granted my car is a 2008 but I take care of any repairs as they come up or I m told about them while at the mechanics. Several weeks prior to the misfire I also replaced 2 tires with them. I got a full tune up at the time and all seemed good. I did the full tune up assuming if one was going, they were all in need. Fast forward 5 months later and now I m getting a cylinder 4 misfire. I get it, things happen, it s an older car, but I can t find my receipt to see when the tune up was done or to prove it was done as I am also considering selling my car and like to keep proof of the work I ve done to it. I call them to get a receipt and they can t provide me one. I guess they can but they made it sound like it s going to be a whole project to locate it the old school way . Any mechanic shop should be able to immediately provide a record of the work done and the work that was recommended. They can t even tell me what date they did the work on. That s just shady to me. Then the guy who answers the phone , who I think is cool and super friendly starts saying something about I remember your car, it needed a lot of work and it had oil leaks (I used to chat with him once in a while if he walked by my job so that s probably why he remembers me and my car). Umm I was never told anything about other work that it needed or oil leaks, so he s either thinking of a different car or they did not divulge this to me as I would have fixed these things already. Now I m wondering if my car has oil leaks that I m unaware of. Anyway, point is they are great and friendly and I was happy with their service, but this receipt thing and not keeping organized and convenient records is worrisome. Now I m told if it s a few months later there s nothing they can do. Mechanics should stand by their work as I believe a tune up should be good for quite a while (more than 5 months) and/or I should be able to show the next mechanic what the last mechanic claims to have done.

Vinny and Damien will take great care of you. I had 35inch tires mounted on new rims for a Jeep Wrangler. Great experience.Will be my tire shop in the future. I live 30mins away and I ll make the trip each time I have a need for a new set for my other cars.Give them a try - tire machinery is state of the art.

Fantastic prices. Better than anywhere else in the area.Vinny (the owner) was very accommodating.Purchased 2 tires for my work van. Mounted and balanced I paid $120.00 less than lowest quote from other suppliers.Highly recommend. Will never buy tires anywhere else.Thank you, keep it up guys!!

Our car needed brakes and we went to our usual place only to find out they had closed down! We called Royal Battery hoping they did brakes. We have gotten tires here and they always provided excellent service. It turns out they do fix brakes and took care of our car right away! Their price was more than fair and they again provided excellent service! I highly recommend Royal Battery!

Fantastic experience. Went in for busted tires, was tended to promptly, honestly, and was recommended and sold well-priced great tires. The owner Vinny and the guys were super attentive, professional, and we'll definitely be returning here for future needs.

I was waiting at Pep Boys after being attended by a rude associate for over 45 minutes to get a $15 diagnosis plus a new battery for $140. While I was waiting I googled other places I could find a cheaper battery and came across Royal Battery & Tire. I called them up and got a quote over the phone(I asked the rude associate for my key back). When I got to Royal Battery & Tire, I was greeted by two very polite gentlemen. Within 10 mins I was given a free diagnosis and a new battery for just $105 including installation. I definitely recommend this this to anyone.

I've been buying batteries from Royal for many years. Always fast service. Free battery and alternator testing to ensure its really the battery that needs to be replaced and not the alternator. Free installation too. Their battery prices have always been lower than what I see advertised by AutoZone and Advanced Auto. I recently had a 4 year old battery replaced and they even prorated the cost because it didn't last a full 5 years...no questions asked. You can't find a better place for automotive batteries in the Woodbridge area.

John is the man! I have been dealing with this business for many years and these guys know their stuff! They back up their manufacturers warranties without any hassle! They carry only the best batteries available so we're talking quality!

These guys are great. Got me in and out fast. Had the battery I needed. Also gave me heads up that I needed antifreeze, stated if I picked it up they would put it in for me.
