They re very knowledgable about most of the vehicles. Got my tuning and my car s mileage went up by 20%, drives like new, and handles better than I have ever had.

If only I could rate them lower than a one-star rating. They are thieves because,�basically, they replace part of your car, charge you for the parts and labor but never provide you a receipt. They charge you for a lifetime warranty without providing you with the warranty card that you receive from all Auto Repair Shop in usual.

Not sure how this place has 5 stars...First of all, terrible customer service! They never called me to inform me what was the issue, I had to contact them myself. When I asked for a refund they started arguing on the phone and yelling. Don't even want to mention that one of the mechanics wasn't acting appropriately towards me (wasn't the same when I came in with my bf ;)). They claimed they start fixing the issue with the cheapest part and if it doesn't work, they look for more options. They charged me almost $200 and the issue wasn't fixed. I went to another place and it was $10 fix and now my car drives perfectly fine. They absolutely changed my words. When I first came in, I told them that the biggest problem was that my car sometimes dies right after I turn on the engine and that one day I had a check engine light. When I went there for a refund, they didn't even wanted to admit that I complained about my engine turing off. In addition, the owner was explaining himself that the one time I talked with one of his employees we had a misunderstanding because he "doesn't speak English well". Seriously? Speaking perfect English is not a problem. But maybe you should make sure that your employees and clients are able to communicate enough since it's pretty important when talking about car issues. They charged me $121 for the Bosch o2 sensor, claiming I won't find it any cheaper, while the same part on Auto Zone costs $89! I didn't even receive a paperwork after I picked up my car. I had to ask for it when I went there later on. It wasn't even in their files, the owner was preparing it when I was waiting. Also, they have wrong info on Google regarding hours on Sundays. The worst shop I've ever went to. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I went there for oil change. It was expensive. The guy was lazy. He did not open the engine cover. He also did not use the funnel to pour the oil on the engine. As a result the oil spilled over everywhere when came back home and checked. He also did not tight the oil filter the way it suppose to be. I asked him to check the tire pressure but did not want to perform. A friend recommended me to go there. It will be first and last time dealing with them.

Ali/Zawar greets everyone looking for service. Sher seems like a an awesome mechanic. Ali did an awesome job on my breaks a while back. four pads and two rotors for about $350, not bad. The workmanship is good. They know what they're doing.But, Ali/Zwar's service etiquette needs fine tuning. The second time I went to this place I needed a part for my door. They quickly pin pointed the problem. Sher noticed the door jamb switch was busted. Rather than Google the part, I let them decide.They charged way too much for a door jamb switch! The part itself is just like $15-$30. He decided to charge 45$ for the diagnostic work and installation, which is kind of pricey for a shop like R&A, if you ask me. The parts for my old car are available at the junk yard and Autozone. I know mechs frown upon using old parts but believe me people recycle expensive parts it all the time!!First it was $60 then he said $60+$20=80. Here's a bit of advice if you plan on keeping customers, let them bring the parts! Just show want needs to be replaced, charge them a fee for inspection that can be negotiated, if they decide to let you handle the repair. If it's something super simple like a door jamb switch just show them the YT video, /watch?v=sWFHLEPcWnA. I did not pay anyone to restore my headlights.I would recommend their service. So kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Came in for an issue that another mechanic told us would cost $500. They CORRECTLY diagnosed the problem (which was something much smaller) and charged $50. So grateful for their honesty, good character and A1 service!

I was visiting NJ from out of town when I noticed a flat. Searched everywhere for an air pump! Couldn t find!! Noticed R&A during my search, pulled in and was greeted so warmly and was helped immediately!! They checked my tire for a leak. Took care of my tire, made sure car was safe to make my journey home. Owner runs hell of a show at R & A Auto Care. He warmly welcomes his customers into his shop. He gives undivided attention to all his customers. Reasonable prices and beautiful work. His experiences that I heard from few others from my gym proves that he is THE BAVARIAN EXPERT. BIG OR SMALL they do it all. I just stopped by for prices for oil change for LEXUS and now this will ring your bell we spoke abt my BMW 2001 Head Gasket. I will be your customer anyday. One other customer and I told the owner that Deepa Auto Repair doesn't change oil filter and don't put correct amount of oil either. Plus their attitude is very nasty that don't want to be there. Anyways this Sher I think his name you don't speak my dialect but your phenomenal customer service blew me out. Your mechanic shop will be on every other planet 1 day. 100*** to you. Best service ever... great and knowledgeable car transmission expert Sher Khan diagnosed my car problems within seconds and repaired my car for reasonable price. I would highly recommened to go r & a auto repair and get your car repaired !!!!

Very Professional reliable & trustworthy was stopped by just for my regular oil and filter change really like the way i was treated it was quick in and out they took hardly 10 minutes everything was transparent definitely recommend everyone to give it a try
