This place is the most unprofessional place one can ever visit. The attendant lady was absolutely uncourteous. I have been going to this place for last few years. They have a history of my car oil change based on which other attendants used to give me a $5 discount. Today January 26 at 10:30 am I walked into this shop the attendant lady was very unprofessional. I requested for a $5 discount which they give to everyone. She said I must show a coupon to get the discount. I told her I am a returning customer and kindly give me the discount by looking my history in the computer. She flatly refused, I then asked for the owner she said he is not available, I said I want to write a review and asked her name, she refused. It seems like she had decided not to listen to any of my request. I walked out of the shop after oil change and have decided to not visit this shop again. Readers are free to make their choice but my advice would be to find a different place where people are nice and have the ability to listen to customers.

As the name suggests, quick efficient service. Very friendly staff. Young lad at the front desk was both personable and knowledgeable. Extras that comes with the services are nice touches! Thank you! Highly recommend!

I went it for an oil change. Super quick and professional. While there I asked for an air filter service and althought the full service couldn't been done they checked my air filters and said they were still good and to come back to change them with my next oil change. So, I'm pleased with the service. Plenty of chairs in the waiting area.

Went to get oil change to this place they over price and are fast only because they lack car safety and service. Drove off with dashboard lights on and with a flat tire. When I went back for explanation workers refused to give explanation.

Immediate service, no waiting time, except the 8 minute change wait. Bonus inside vacuum not the best. Don't expect to see much of a difference. The prices were totally outrageous. I found a referral for $25 less.

Fastest oil change I have ever had in my entire life, in and out.Pulled up and the nice guy took the car in immediately no line or wait.Paid and it was done felt like 5 minutes.Only $75 for 5 quarts full synthetic oil.Not bad at all, cheaper than the dealerships and other places.They don't upsell/ push things on you, like the dealerships.Thank you for the fast speedy good service.Even got a coupon for the next time.Will be returning again thanks !

I've been getting my oil changed here for years. The front desk person gives good customer service. The seating area for customers is very clean. They do a great job and they don't leave oil stains all in your car. They vacuum the driver car floor so no mess is left behind. I try to carry a couple extra bucks to tip them.

I had a super good experience at 8 minute oil change. They were done in just about 8 minutes. They were nice enough to wipe down the steering wheel and vacuumed the floor. The workers were knowledgeable and very friendly. I'm definitely going back. So much easier and quicker then the dealer.

I have been getting my oil change here for the past 3 years. They are quick and efficient. The prices are reasonable as well. They can change your wiper blades and will give your car a quick vacuum clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, been coming here for 10yrs. Always feel like they do a good job in a timely manor without trying to up sell you on the extra stuff. Never trying to sell extra jobs, or trying to even sell extra air fresheners. It s refreshing. To just go ask for a oil change, and get just a oil change!

Love this place, always in and out with no problem whatsoever. They vacuum your car, check the tire pressure, and clean the front and back windshield which is a plus. So much quicker and affordable than the dealer. Will definitely keep coming back here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've been coming here for years now. Never had a problem until recently. Wait time is very short, pricing is great, but only if you're getting regular oil. Anything else you'll be paying nearly 100$. Manager isn't usually present, employees are not respectful at all, and seem to think it's fine to rev a car because "the muffler sounded cool, so I wanted to hear it". Not an excuse for improper behavior. They even squeegee your windows when it's raining. Wonderful service right?Not returning to this location for sure.

Went in for an oil change and was done in under 10 minutes, just as advertised! Lady at the front desk was very friendly and gave a coupon that doesn't expire and was very conversational with a guest without letting it hinder her from her work. The mechanics themselves were also very friendly and got to work on my car pretty quickly.

I went there it is fast service. I ordered a $70 full synthetic oil change. They put a sticker that says they used regular oil. I called and they said they used the correct oil. Of course no way to check. On my next oil change I find they put on the wrong oil filter. So they use just whatever oil and whatever filter they have around. Not a place to trust a newer car you want to keep in good condition. Don't go here if you want the job done right.

I rarely write reviews unless I had an incredible experience - this was the fastest, most convenient oil change I ve ever gotten and everyone was friendly and efficient. They added windshield washer fluid which I was low on and got me in and out (from parking to exit) in about 10-12 minutes. This is my new oil change place!

I went to 8 minute oil change in Colonia on Monday to change my cabin filter and get an oil change on my new car. The owner John told me that they did not carry the filter for my car because my care is a rare newer car and that he would order it and it would be in by Wednesday. I went to auto zone looking for a filter and found a cabin filter which takes a while to change. Brought it back to John and he took care of my vehicle himself changing the filter and did it for no charge! He told me he would order my oil filter and call me Wednesday. Wednesday morning I received the phone call from John. Super professional and trustworthy. Wants what s best for their customers. I will forever be a customer. Not a good experience at all. Just moved to the area. Things been a little crazy so I decided to just stop here on my way home from the store, even though my husband is usually the one to take my truck (Toyota Highlander). Asked the mechanic how much my oil change would be and I was told $34.99. The women at the front desk asked the year if my truck and I didn t know. She went out to talk to the mechanic and came back and said that I m required to get some filter and it would be an extra $12. I agreed to it. My bill was $89.72. Pretty sure that isn t $34.99+$12.00. Come to find out they put full synthetic oil in my truck and it has never had that in it! Not sure why they assumed that my truck needed that when the previous sticker didn t say that. I feel like I was taking advantage of. Very icky feeling. I called to speak to the manager and she said he will be out for two weeks. Then she gave me a date that is not even two weeks from now. I will be calling daily. That s not OK.

The name is misleading more like 35 minute oil change. I got a full synthetic oil change and a tire rotation for 100 something. Some might say That ain t cheap! They do vacuum your car and clean your windows. At least that s what it said in the receipt. Overall, not bad but I probably wouldn t go out of my way to recommend them or anything.

Went in for an oil change and to get brakes done. Already bought the brake pads for them. I was told it was too busy today to have the brakes done. Even tho they do not take appointments and there was only one car in the shop. I then asked to set up a date and time to arrange for my brakes to be done. I offered to drop my car off sat at 8 am To be serviced. To which I was told it would be too busy to get done. I then asked so what are my options. To which I was relied with by the service tech doing my oil change that it s a long job and would take a lot of time to finish. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm on Sunday. I offered to drop my car off Friday after 2 pm and would pick it up Saturday if that is better for them. Again I was met with a reply of we r busy. So in other words if it s not an oil change they don t want to do it. Which just screams laziness. And that they just didn t want to do a brake job. If you don t want to do a brake job don t listen I as one of your services. I then took my car to the next town over in Perth amboy. N not only was in and out in 30 min. They guys at quick tire shop in amboy are always a pleasure to deal with. And they were actually busy. Not just one car sitting in their shop. Sorry but am not sorry. The mechanics at 8 minute oil change are just awful and very lazy and unprofessional. You would think in a town like colonia you wouldn t come across such incompetence. You would think it would come more from amboy. Terrible and extremely poor.Service: Oil change

It's an 8 minute oil change, they are all hands in deck to change oil check tires and vacuum your vehicle. I have been coming here for 10 years, with 2 vehicles and family members also get oil changes here. They also offer discount cards in store.Will continue to get oil changes here.
