This place use to be great, now it is horrible!!!! Tim kept my car for over a month and gave me the run around. Then later informed me that he could not fix. He is not an honest man and I advise no one to bring their car here. He had the nerve to tell me he was swamp with work! What does that have to do with me!!!! Please, no one bring your car here. The service is no longer what it use to be......

Tim is the best and so is the rest of the staff... Since day one, he has been upfront and honest with me, explains everything before he does any work and as a female, I appreciate that more than anything. I have been ripped off in the past and Tim is the only guy I take my Volvo to. Everyone is kind and informative and they care about you and your vehicle here. I wouldn t recommend anyone else but this place for your foreign car.

My vehicle sat there for almost 2 months. Tim the owner kept saying how he couldn't figure out what was going on with my vehicle and he was trying everything. He never answers the phone when you can. I watched him ignore phone calls while I was there. If I could give 0 stars I would. I finally had to go get my car and take it to another mechanic.

Tim has taken care of our family cars of all makes(Jaguar, BMW, Honda, Pontiac and Hyundai too) ever since my husband met him.We would refer him to anyone who asks.With any car issue, we call Tim first to ask his opinion.He has saved us thousand of dollars over the past 12 years, not to mention that he is an expert who can fix any car problem.He is so patient and humbly doesn't take advantage of his customers, but looks for economical solutions, such as using used parts to repair problems.He is always a pleasure to work with and we feel lucky to have found out about him and his auto repair co.

Tim the owner ripped me off and wasted my time. My car sat on his lot for a month. Every time I went to see what was going on he told me it'll be fixed in 2 days. I finally got fed up and took my car somewhere else.I'm writing this review to let everyone know that I learned a $1800 lesson from Pro Imports so hopefully you won't.My 1st red flag was no one ever answers the phone. You have to physically goto the shop to get any answers. They will put a bandaid over a engine problem and send you home only to have you return with a bigger issue you came in with.

The guy Tom that works there is such a great guy. He helped explain to me what was wrong with my car even though it took me a few times to understand (haha) .. he was very patient. Thanks to him everything went great and my car is running better then before. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Tim is a great mechanic and a good guy . He has years of industry experience fixing all kinds of imports from European to Japanese. He has very fair pricing and does a great job. I will continue to go to him from now on!

Had our Jaguar for over a year. Never answered the phone or returned calls. Then when I stopped in there was always an excuse. After a year they charged me over $1500. Had the car back ten mins and it was doing the same thing. Brought it back to them and they tell me it needs timing chains which costs thousands of dollars. Then they call a couple days later telling us to get it out or they re charging storage. Tim is a scumbag and deserves 0 stars.

this mechanic shop is where you will get honest guys that ain't greedy and know their cars and are usually having fun and cracking jokes. Also, Tim is the states expert on Jaguars. love them

I took my 2009 Volvo there because the air conditioning was not working after three trips and $900 my air conditioner still not working and they want to charge me another $800 to finally fix the problem. Prior to that took the very same car there with a leak getting water on the driver side floor 385 later six visits later still half inch of water on my driver side floor if I were you I would go somewhere else

Best customer service. These guys are honest and nice. You don't always get that in the auto industry. I will not go to anyone else. Tim is so sweet and so are his workers.

Tim knows his business, when it comes to foreign car repairs. We have been taking our cars to him for over 15 years, or longer.We consider "Pro Imports" and Tim the number one place to take your foreign car for confident repairs and courteous servics......

Tim is very thorough in his diagnostics and shows each customer personalized attention when dealing with their mechanical issues. I recommend this service often for foreign car issues.

Had my jag for 6 months 4 times told me it would be done next he lied! 20 times called left messages never returned calls! Most unprofessional, arrogant, ignorant mechanic or business person I ever dealt with in 71 years! Finally had car towed to another shop week and a half car repaired! I Would NOT BRING A BIKE TO THIS UNBALANCED PERSON TO REPAIR!!!!!

Good pricing on Jaguar repairs. Was a lot better some years ago. Been using Tim for about 15 years. Mostly truthful !

Prices are fair and they do good work. Before I found this place I had the worst luck with mechanics either charging me too much or not actually fixing the issue.
