Great Job! They were on top of every aspect of all our automobiles issues and kept me fully posted at all times as to what was happening. Due to the fact that the car was a work vehicle and was needed they made sure I was up-to-date on every aspect and things were returned in a, timely fashionable manner with issues correct. Great job thank you again.

Jud and his team did an outstanding job for me last week. The alternator on my older car died when I got to the office and they were able to squeeze me in the same day get the part and replace It by the end of the day, so I could travel over an hour home. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and considerate. I recommend them as a very responsible and knowledgeable AAA service organization.

A great help! Matthey Auto provided a thorough inspection with photographs and clear notes that can be viewed through their online portal. They make it easy to approve the jobs needed while making suggestions for other maintenance jobs that could be done without being pushy. A very quick turnaround for fixing even with my original visit being an unexpected breakdown where AAA had to tow my car to their facility. I felt very confident that everything was transparent and fair. My car was still acting up a bit after my first visit but I came back the next week, and they got everything fixed up at no extra charge to my other service I was getting done that day. Thank you so much, and I will definitely be back!

Friendly and professional shop. Electronic process for quotes makes it easy to understand and approve work. I had two tires blister from pot holes, and they helped quote me options for a direct replacement or something comparable by size, speed, and load rating. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Collingswood area.

Running my business by myself with a couple of guys hasn't left much time to with on my vehicles. Jud Matthey and his team make it painless to have my vehicle serviced and properly taken care of.We select a date to drop off the truck, and they do whatever they can in that day and I pick up the truck later that night. This way, I'm only without my truck for one day (which is a huge deal for a small busyness) and we get done as much as we can each time I'm able to drop it off.Now, Jud is going to take care of my entire fleet. One truck, and one day at a time. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of customer service and the attentiveness to my and my company's needs. If you have a diesel truck, big work trucks, or a fleet of vehicles for personal or business use, Matthey Automotive is the place to go!

My parents and I were driving down to Delaware when our tire popped on the NJ turnpike. The wonderful team at Matthew Automotive went out of their way and worked as quickly as possible to help locate a replacement tire (which wasn t easy to find since we drive an older Mini Cooper!) to help get us back on the road in a couple of hours. We couldn t have asked for a better, more professional, and truly just wonderful team. We were so lucky to have found them.

If I could do - stars I would, I have never in my life dealt with a shop so horrible as this one. I was recommended to them from a friend and co-worker and on line reviews. I have been working in the auto parts business for over 15 years and I have never heard of a shop ripping someone off so bad. They took such an advantage of me that it took me over a year to calm down enough to write this. I brought my vehicle to them after 2 other people told me they couldn't fix it. 4 months later and 15 thousand dollars in the hole. They said they put a new engine in and I should be fine should pass inspection. It didn't, I only drive the vehicle a short distance and around town when I need supplies. My check engine light came on and It said misfire cylinder 1. So I checked my sparkplugs and they are so old and not even the correct plug for the vehicle. I checked the air filter and that was old as heck. I just put new plugs and filters belts and fuel pump in my vehicle before it went to them. Why do I have old stuff in my vehicle after paying all that money? I whish nobody this aggravation and being ripped off like I did. So I recommend anybody else.

Christmas Eve my pickup truck began having issues on my way to North Jersey. The day after Christmas, contacted Mathey Auto for help after being turned down by 2 Ford dealers in the area (couldn t get me in for at least 2 weeks). Judd had me come right in and set to work on it. Same day got the most comprehensive report I ve ever seen, including photos. By this time I was home in Maryland, work was approved electronically and they had it done within 2 days.Hands down, best automotive experience ever.

My wife's ML350 Mercedes Benz service warning light just wouldn't go out. We took it over to Mercedes Benz of Cherryhill, NJ. They gave us three different diagnosis and just couldn't fix it. Each time the prices went up . So we took it over to Matthew Automotive in Collingswood, NJ. And they knew more about my Mercedes Benz than the dealership did. They saved me thousands of dollars. Matthew Automotive have excellent auto mechanics who care. If you have any car problems please let them take a look at it. Judd at Matthew Automotive was very honest and full of integrity. Plus I also experienced excellent customer service dealing with him. I have been in retail for over 43 years and worked at five car dealerships. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

Matthey brought my old Mitsubishi Galant back to its original specs on oil viscosity. Also gave me a detailed report, with photos, of what she needs. She developed an idling issue (unrelated) a few months later. They found an old part, which was all that could be done. She is running great! My car is 23 years old with almost 224,000 miles! Thanks, Matthey Auto. Wish I had stayed with you as my shop all these years. Trust the best: Matthey Auto.

Been using Matthews for about 10 yrs now. Judd is a straight shooter and will go out of his way to make sure his service is on point. He knew I was out of town. Needed my truck worked on. He sent someone to my house to pick my truck up to work on it so when I got back from bring out of town it would be done. Best thing about Matthews is they back there work. If there is a problem with their work they fix it. It may cost a little more, it quality and great customer service I am willing to spend a little more knowing the job was done right.

Breaks and wheels on both my motorhome and Jeep at the same time! Both fixed really well. Wonderful people. I m still here getting more fixed. Jeep came back cleaned! Can t wait to see how clean the RV ends up! A total rip-off and loss of a day!! Got $100 laying around you don't need? Don't need your vehicle for the entire day?Man, this is the place for you!!No repairs performed and charged $100 to diagnose a problem that I told them was the reason for the needed repair!! Huh??Beware!! You might want to stay away from this place!!

Extremely satisfied with the repairs they made on my car. They were able to fix what numerous other mechanics over the years have never been able to fix (doing all of the necessary repairs to get my service engine light to go out without popping back on again days later). It s been about 2 months since my repair and my car is still running great without a service engine light popping on. I am very thankful for their service. Excellent customer service at this location too. The workers there keep you up to date with every repair over text and email and give a thorough explanation of each repair and let you approve only what you are comfortable with moving forward with repairing.

2024 Experience- Once again, absolutely fabulous! I had mulitple issues with our second vehicle and once again, they did a great job with communicating with me, sending pictures, explaining to me what was 100% a necessity and what could wait. They are understanding that price is importnqt and are respectful in calling first to discuss before sending a breakdown before sending for approvals of work. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.2023 Experience- My entire experience was great from start to finish. They towed our car within the hour I called them, after a long holiday weekend. They do a great job of communicating and also sending pictures of the work that needs to be done. Everyone I spoke to were always so nice. We worked with Rob and he was so patient and helpful during a tough situation with our SUV. Had this shop weld my exhaust pipe for my 13 Camaro it cracked again but in a different spot. Service was excellent and prompt. Price was high, but worth it as it was last minute and i needed it to be done.

Rip-Off,Will Cost you More Here then Anywhere else! From the minute I walked in Rude as can Be! The owner Made Me Wait 40 minutes And never showed up to inspect My Car Because he had better things to do! And I was told to leave!! (He Doesn t trust his Mechanics to do inspections what does that tell you!)And come back another day! I had an appointment? When I did come back he tried to scam Me into 300.00 to Remove the smallest amount of oil -I did it My Self for 1.50 at the self wash 2 blocks away (same thing they do!)And turned out clean as a whistle,Rip Offs just out to take all your money! Stay Away No one I know will go there anymore!! The Worst!

I kept hearing a noise in my front end whenever I hit a bump in the road. Chris at Matthey was able to pinpoint the issue while doing a complete digital inspection. It s all fixed and quiet now! The digital inspection is super cool too. I now have a total picture of my vehicle s health. They returned my car cleaned inside and out. It hasn t looked this good since I bought it!

They are the nicest people & better yet top notch mechanics. I got the best repairs on a hybrid & feel so much safer driving my older model Toyota. Came in with my Son's car due to an issue with the Radiator overflow tank and radiator leak. This was AFTER the Dealer could not figure out the problem....Not only did Matthey Automotive diagnose the issue, they EXPLAINED the cause CLEARLY to me so we understood what needed to be corrected...Amanda and Wynn are Terrific! I received a text message so I could quickly approve the services for the car and the repair was completed quickly...But wait there's more! When I picked up the car, there was a nice "THANK YOU" note on the dashboard, along with an Air Freshener hanging from the rear-view mirror...Yesterday I received a letter with coupons for services! This is the absolute best customer service I have ever seen...Highly recommend MATTHEY AUTOMOTIVE!!!
