I love this place they are very honest Auto Repair place they do excellent service and very quickly you get your vehicle back anybody that needs any kind of repair give them a call. They will also tow your vehicle if needed.

Finding a trusted mechanic and auto repair service might be one of the most challenging things to do. I genuinely have nothing but great things to say about Fanelle's auto repair. I've found that they truly assess what you need to fix and NOT go into the additional smoke and mirrors cross-sellong of additional services. 10/10 for pricing transparency and good customer service.I took my car to get the brakes replaced, it was done same day, they changed my oil and all for a price less than surrounding repair shops. I'm really glad I found them and will be a faithful customer.

I Go here for a lot of auto repairs . . Fast, quality auto repairs and excellence in vehicle towing also. Great combo deal especially being able to pay for towing after the repair is done . Not all places have that feature

Fanelle's provides quick and courteous service. I have taken my car here a few times now. Rene upfront is on top of things and will accommodate you the best she can. The mechanics do good work and don't mind explaining my car troubles to me in words I can understand. Thank you!

I just got an oil change. But I was very happy. The people were nice and competent. They got me right in. Price was reasonable. And I've learned they been there for 20 years, maybe more and have a great reputation.

This place is amazing. I had a check engine light and my mechanic couldn't see me for 3 WEEKS. I am moving before then and was freaking out. The woman at the desk was very helpful and calmed me down.My car was fixed in 2 days for about $200 less than the estimate. I felt very taken care of. If I wasn't moving, I would take my car here forever.

Excellent customer service, complete efficiency and the mechanic did a great job, with repairs of my heater core. Price perfect for the work that needed to be done. I will now make fanelle's my families car repair go to shop. Merry Christmas to the entire staff!! You made mine happier thank you!

Fanelles has take Care of me tremendously multiple times .they have gone over and beyond while helping me . And I personally wouldn't let anyone else touch my car but them (&Besides Me)

Very friendly tow truck driver showed up in 15mins and was courteous and funny took good care of my car! Renee and mechanics are very understanding and courteous! And they tell you straight up what's wrong with your car and are reasonable and honest!!!

This place is the best. Discovered 2 flat tires on my car at the BP station on Admiral Wilson Blvd yesterday. AAA sent Ivan from Fanelle s to put my spare on the first flat tire, and the he called the shop to send for a flat bed tow to take my car to the shop. Luke arrived incredibly fast and took me (and the car) to the shop in Collingswood, where Renee, the super nice and efficient receptionist, called around trying to find me a new tire for the other flat so I could get back to Philly. It s not a common or easy to find tire either, but she was not only able to locate one, but the owner was nice enough to drive to West Deptford to pick it up and bring it back to the shop. Once back, he had the new tire on the car and ready to go within 15 minutes. Saved me a ton of time on a busy Friday.Can t recommend this place highly enough, especially to my friends in South Jersey. Everyone there was friendly and so helpful; you just don t find this kind of superior customer service very often anymore. Thanks to everyone there for making a pretty stressful situation as pleasant as it could possibly be.

First time customers of Fanelle and could not be any happier with an outstanding experience from a family owned business. We need these places to stay around. I had an issue that just so happened to affect my vehicle from speeding up literally right up the street. Must have been fate as they were just over the other side of the old circle of 130. They diagnosed the issue and luckily I had an extended warranty. Fanelle s is a certified mechanic so if you need any third party extended warranty work, they will definitely work with you getting the biggest bang for your buck. Do your best staying away from big chain and dealer mechanics in my opinion if you can avoid it. A very fair and courteous business. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend others as well.

Their service was excellent they were very quick and it took very good care of my care. The staff was very friendly they contacted me any time they had an update. I was very appreciative to how quickly they diagnosed the problem and then fixed it. Their price range was very slow considering I had an alternator and battery go out at the same time. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had my vehicle towed by Fanelle's last week. The tow truck driver was super nice, the price was great, and he arrived promptly. Will definitely use them the next time I need a tow!!!

Fanelle's is a great family run auto repair business. I have been going there since 2012, when I lived in Cherry Hill, NJ. I now live back in Philadelphia and I still go back to NJ to have my car serviced. The are honest and fairly priced. This is one place that you will go and they give you exactly what you need and not oversell you like many others do. I have had Mr.Fanelle himself come out and tow my car at 1:30 am. There is none better.

Nick fetched me and my broken down SUV from Rt 42 at rush hour on a Friday and safely whisked me away from the median.Update: Based on knowledge shared by Nick, I new to approach Kia about having my engine replaced at Kia's expense.

Called AAA for a flat tire around 9am, Fanelle's came by 9:30 and had my spare on in 5 minutes. Ivan was very nice!

When Fanelle's fixes it, it stays fixed. I've been using them for years. Even though I moved out of town it's worth the time and distance to bring my car to be repaired. They are very honest and reasonably priced.

Every using your company for over 10 plus years I am disappointed in the respect for an elderly woman and her property. For a tow job driver not to get out of the car and greet the customer is uncalled for especially in the rain my mother (81) should have never have to have had come out of her car walk through a puddle to greet the tow truck driver. The tow truck driver was rude to my mother and rude to me then drove off with my car keys then complains and still the job did not complete.So what kind of employees are you hiring this is none of the guys that have ever come to my house before have ever been that rude. Previous tow truck drivers have been complete gentleman and shiver with but this guy was complete opposit on a scale of 1 to 10 or 1 to 5 stars he gets of -0. Still at 10:17 at night I'm waiting for another tow truck driver because a the previous driver's incompetence could be a gentleman.I got some stretching my hand if I'm thinking that my family is going to get an apology but that's OK if we don't it will be widely known it throughout town and more that this is happened from your company that I have praised before. I hope you doesn't treat his mother or any other elderly woman like this ever again.

Fast and friendly service. Matt is amazing and really knows his stuff. Every mechanic is reliable John, Jr, Dom, Steve and the others. I will only trust my vehicles to these guys.
