I made an appointment a week in advance to get an exhaust installed as well as the roof wrapped. I was told to bring the car in at 9:30 and it will be ready by the end of day. I called at 3 to check on the status and was told it will be going in next for the exhaust, however they wouldn t have the time to do the roof. He said come in around close and it will be ready. I arrived just before 6pm to find my car was sitting there with nothing done. I was told it was next in line moral of the story, don t bring your car here. There s no rhyme or reason to how they work nor does there seem to be anyone individual in charge of the shop. It s an absolute mess. Midas would ve done a better job

NextGen first came on my radar a few months ago when they opened and always had an amazing display of fabulous cars! I wanted to try them out because they are closer to my house and it is hard to find a custom car shop that works on luxury cars, does a broad range of car modifications, and does exemplary work. I tried them out for tints and some custom work and they totally impressed - I highly recommend!The details: I brought my 2016 Corvette to NextGen for tints, a new digital display carbon fiber steering wheel, and rear diffusers. Check in was a breeze - Jackie checked me in, wrote down and confirmed what was being done, my contact information, and said it would take a day or two tops. I didn't believe him because there were so many cars there and it was 3 days before Thanksgiving ... but he was right! The very next day I got a call that the car was ready - tints were impeccably done (50% on the windshield, 30% on the side windows) and the steering wheel works perfectly and displays the speed, weather, dash signs, gas, etc. (which means the wiring was done properly). I decided to postpone doing the diffusers because they were aftermarket and Jackie called to say the fit was not perfect - they had done a mock up and could see there would be certain unsightly gaps and the screws would not match my rear bumper color. I was impressed at their professionalism in 1) doing a mockup before drilling, 2) calling me as soon as they noticed an issue, and 3) offering me various alternatives to make it work. I opted to postpone the work until I could contact the manufacturer but I was relieved to hear NextGen had not begun drilling into the car until they got my sign off.I came to pick up the car that day and the car was washed, had the old steering wheel and diffusers nicely packed in the trunk, and the owner and Jackie came out to show off the car. I could tell they take a lot of pride in the work and that it was important for them to come out and make sure I was happy before I drove off!Pros: I love that they were efficient, transparent, communicative, and pricing was competitive.Cons: the driveway is a bit steep getting in and out - this is not a problem for 95% of cars but mine is unreasonably low and has a long lip which means I have to be more cautious going in and out. That said, I was able to get in and out with the lip intact so it is not a huge issue but I want to make sure I flag this for anyone with a low rider like mine so they know to go in and out at an angle to avoid scraping.Overall I am extremely happy with the work and am attaching photos for reference. I had my brake calipers painted red with black Tesla decals on my new 2022 Tesla Model Y at Next Gen Automotive. The outcome was excellent and adds the finishing touch to my car. I get so many compliments on how it looks. Jacky and Ariel are wonderful to deal with. They are so friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them for all your needs. Was recommended to this place by my mechanic who was too busy to take the job. Probably a mistake on his part, because these guys are the best! Honest and fair pricing, initial quote was what I paid. Came in for a clutch pedal repair . Clutch feels better than how it came from the factory. Can't recommend this shop enough and any future work I need I'll be coming here.

NextGen auto team did a phenomenal job on my e63 amg. Came in needing the bumper replaced, but the real magic was how they were able to color match and blend the new bumper to the factory matte black paint. Would trust them with anything on my car!

Got my Porsche cayenne GTS tuned and installed new downpipes. Excellent workmanship and service. The car got an insane boost of horsepower and driving like a monster.Neil and the team were excellent to work with. When it comes to working on cars I have a small list of shops that I would trust. Next Gen Auto is number one on the list! They are super professional and take care of the car like it s there. From car wraps to normal maintenance they know what they are doing. They fully wrapped my BMW M8 and installed my Downpipe including tune. The amount of detail they put in is mind blowing. Neel explained me the whole process from start to finish and showed me endless options customization for my car. I m very happy with my experience and highly recommend them. I will soon bring my s550 for a new look and maintenance.

Hands down the best automotive shop in New Jersey. Only place I will bring my cars too. I have brought over 10 cars to the shop for, wraps or other goodies, And every time it just comes out perfect. I dropped off my brand new 2022 rolls Royce Cullinan for a full PPF and tints and my bmw m5 for a a color change. Long story short, I will never go anywhere else.

Recommend by a friend for an exterior color change wrap my car came out amazing no mistakes everything done correctly like no damaged corners or vinyl peel that shows the original previous paint make sure you ceramic coat the car the maintenance washes are super easy to keep the car clean water and dirt falls off like magic lol thank you next gen auto for your servicesService: Body & Trim
