What a great shop! I took my car in for a simple yet problematic issue with the tire valve stem cap. Clearly, my own fault for putting an aftermarket metal cap, which wouldn't come off even with a plier. Although the shop was very busy, they helped me right away, taking the tire off and finally managing to get the cap unscrewed. Edmond was the senior technician who did the work and his attention to detail was awesome. He went so far as to adjust the tire pressure on all four tires and was super nice. They really went above and beyond and could have made the process painful (and long), but it was the exact opposite. What a pleasant surprise!! Geri was the main guy who saw me through the process and I just felt like he and everyone there took care of me for nothing. I'm definitely going back when I need any work done on my tires and alignment! A++ for being so attentive, caring, thoughtful, helpful and most of all, great at their jobs. Thanks again guys!!

Love this shop! Took my car for an oil change to find out they check over everything in the car to make sure it's safe. Found out I had a taillight out, that I probably would have ended up getting a ticket for if they didn't find it.The manager, Pete is great! super friendly and crazy knowledgeableGreat service! Great prices! Highly recommend!!!

I showed up 10 minutes to closing with my kids and the guys were kind enough to check out my car. They found this huge chopstick like metal stuck in the tire! Patched up the tire, filled in the air and sent us ladies on our way. They really could of closed and asked us to return the following day, but thank you so much for taking care of us in the moment. It helped tremendously! So efficient and capable at this location! Highly recommend!!

Just finished my regular oil change and services here. Have to say I ll be back to this specific Mavis for every service I need from now on. Amazing technicians were extremely fast and professional. The man behind the front desk Alex went above and beyond for me and was very courteous and honest with me. AMAZING SERVICE

I tried a Synthetic Oil Change for the first time because it seemed cheaper than other places. It was surprisingly friendly, the wait time was reasonable, and it was a pleasant experience overall. Oh, and the staff were really nice to work with. I recommend it!

I thought getting a flat on the Palisades Pkwy on a family outing was going to be a miserable day. The NYDOT quick assist and finding this Mavis open on a Sunday. Obie (sorry if I misspelled), Gary and the team quick, professional, and knowledgeable was perfect Services on a rainy day. YOU GUYS WERE AWESOME.

What a lifesaver Alex and his team has been.It was around 7pm and I needed my car serviced asap. I was out of town for work. When I got to my car my tired was flat. I got towed to their location and was able to walk in and get my flat fixed within the hour.They were super friendly and fast!Thank you so much again for saving the day( and my car)

Absolutely outstanding service here at Mavis. My wife came home with a flat tire and these guys took us in immediately. The manager made sure our car was in and out in no time! Thanks so much for your help with this, I definitely will be returning for a new set of tires soon!

Alex &Gary were so nice to work with! I came in for a flattening tire, and they gave me a full check up + advice for a battery change.I will follow up when I do need more work done on the car, and it was an overall very pleasant experience!

These guys are great! They always work super fast and have a smile on their face. They have fixed a few flats for us. The air pump is free, too, so everyone should stop by when the tires are low.

great shop with great people. I'm a huge car enthusiast and don't trust many people / mechanics / shops with my vehicles. I was recommended this shop from a friend who is also a car enthusiast, and definitely was not let down. I have been in multiple times and now know many employees on a first-name basis, and will continue to bring my cars back to this shop when I need things in the future.

Drove by this place a hundred times but didn t think it was for me as I tend to shy away from the big chains. I just assumed they had a set menu of services and wouldn t be able to improvise or customize when necessary. The opposite actually turned out to be true. I went in for an oil change and just on a long shot asked whether they might be willing to help me remove the second row seating of my SUV (I need the extra cargo space for my work). Not only did they agree to do it, but they did it for FREE. I had already asked a local repair shop about it and they wanted to charge me a hundred bucks per seat, so $300. The Mavis manager asked only that I keep him in mind when it comes time for new tires or whatever. Speaking of which, I noticed a sign in the waiting area saying they will match any tire price anytime from any vendor. So, yeah, needless to say, I ll be checking them out for tires, brakes, whatever comes up. They won me over with a gesture that is so incredibly rare these days.

We always come to this store when we have problems with our vehicles tires. I just came here to repair the flat tire today. The staff were very friendly and professional. Especially Alex, he was really on top of everything, kept me updated about the progress of the repairment, and was very patient to answer all of my questions. Very satisfied with their service!!!

I needed a tire repaired when my regular spot was closed. Love that they are open on Sundays. Gary had amazing customer service. They were extremely busy and i'm not surprised because their service is on point. 100% would recommend!!

I hit a pothole pretty hard which ruptured my tire. I took it to Mavis. Alex and the mechanic showed me where the tire was damaged and provided replacement options. Their tire prices and their alignment fees are competitive. I'm very happy with their service.

I had a nail puncture and brought in the tire to see if it could be patched. The man at the counter took my tire and in less than 5 minutes had plugged the hole and verified it held air. I thanked him and asked what I owed, he said "no charge". Wow, truly great way to promote good business and establish a good customer relationship. Thanks!

Had a pinhole leak in my tire. Called them up, went over and 30 minutes later they had found and fixed the leak and had me on my way. Charged a very reasonable rate as well.

I've been to this Mavis several times, and I have had an excellent experience each time. This last time, I had a slow leak in a tire and they plugged it quickly and very affordably. I highly recommend this Mavis location.

I called on a busy morning and Alex told me come on over and we ll get it done. Geri helped me through the whole process once I walked in and talked me through all the options to change my flat tire. I was running late to work and They got me out of here within an hour. They are amazing, definitely recommend.

I initially left them an awesome review on their survey but that was before I realized that they put my spare tire in the back of my vehicle instead of under it where they removed it from.So sad you can't trust anyone these days.I'll NEVER spend $1000.00 or even a dollar here again

Wow! I came home after a long day to what I thought was a flat tire- stressful! I called Mavis and drove my car right over. He took my car in, and within the hour it was fixed and I was back on the road. Talk about service and professionalism. Can t thank them enough for taking such great care of me!

Brought our vehicle in today because the Jeep dealership told us we needed four new brake pads and all new rotors. Dealership was going to charge us over $2500. Brought the car to Mavis who showed me that my brake pads are almost brand new, and my rotors look almost brand new. Always honest and helpful, never tries to upsell, and without them today, we would ve spent $2500+ on new brakes that we don t need. Thank you!
