Manager is deceitful. We met face to face and he said car price was absolute best he could do. I learned after I left that the price he was advertising online was thousands less.Dealership ended up honoring the online price. The rest of the transaction was fine and the car I purchased is as expected so far.

Always have the best experience here. The techs are so thorough and knowledgeable. They walk me through everything they do so I understand. And Samantha is one of the kindest people I ve ever met. She is always so friendly and welcoming. She always makes sure to explain everything to me that needs to be done and the best ways toGo about it. After 5 months of deception and dishonesty from a different dealership in NJ, we were forced to back out of a deal and had to start our search over for a Highlander Hybrid. I was feeling so deflated that I was hesitant to even jump back into the buying market.I reached out to Toyota World and immediately found a different experience with my sales rep Doug and his team. He was responsive, transparent and respectful throughout what ended up being a very simple and enjoyable buying experience.The day of the purchase was quick and problem free. After the transaction Doug spend plenty of time helping us set up the vehicle and link it to our iPhones. A few days later he gave me a call to make sure we were completely satisfied. Great vehicle and great experience with Toyota World!

I ve used Toyota World of Clinton for service for several years and they ve always been excellent! I Went in for routine service and Anthony was professional and kept me updated. I was advised I needed new tires. Anthony advised he would do what he could to keep costs down. While waiting I found a deal on Toyota s site for buy 3, get 1 for $1, good for the current month. Although Toyota World of Clinton was listed as participating, the manager would not honor it. I was quite disappointed, usually businesses honor what s advertised. This was a huge unexpected expense! Hence 3 stars

Always a pleasure to bring my car to Toyota World of Clinton . This is my second car bought there and I have always brought them here for service. Cordial, polite and caring staff. The coffee machine has a good selection of coffees and the wait time is not so bad . There is a work station for those of us who want to used every last productive minute with charging station and high chairs. The staff makes sure to converse with you before any work is done and are understanding to everyone s economic situation.

I had my car serviced plus installation of new rotors and brakes. What a difference this made, my car drives like it s brand new now. Everyone I dealt with there was kind and courteous. The waiting area was spacious, clean & comfortable. I experienced excellent customer service from beginning to end as usual!

I walked in midday Friday and had the best experience with Doug Muller and Julie. I told them what I was looking for and a few hours later had a car available for me to test drive. The next day I purchased the car. No hassle, no pressure and all done in a timely fashion. We have purchased all of our cars from Toyota World ( back to the Muller Toyota days) This is my 4th Camry. Would not buy any where else! Great place, great people!

Norm and the service staff at Toyota World of Clinton were able to take our car in quickly and accomplished all the necessary repairs in the same day. This facility is kept extremely clean and the service staff is very professional. Thank you for keeping us updated while our car was in your care.

My appointment was for Saturday, January 20 but because of snow, the dealership was able to accommodate me for Friday morning before snow. I appreciated that and was able to complete 50K mile checkup within :45 minutes. People were courteous, friendly and accommodating.

Nice folks.I think it's a little odd, tho, that the Multipoint Inspection showed all my tires had the exact same amount of tread depth left, and all my brake pads were exactly the same, as well. Also, it said they set all of my tires to 30 PSI and I think the fronts are supposed to be a few pounds higher than the rear.Other than the above, I think $100 is fair for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation from the Dealer ($20 off coupon used for the oil change)

Unfortunately this was not a good experience! My truck sat for an hour and 10 minutes before it was pulled into a service bay to begin oil change. A little communication would have been appreciated! When I spoke to the Service Manager about the situation he stated I DON T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I give them 0 stars A one star was the only choice available

Going in for routine maintenance on our 2021 Prius. Scheduling appointment is easy and always get a time convenient to us. My husband takes it in and waits on site. His suggestion there needs to be magazines to read! He does not use a cell phone to read and scroll on. He wants a Car and Driver, Popular Science, anything to pick up and read while waiting. Not outdated advertisements. Bring in some monthly Magazines!

Anthony my service advisor at Toyota of Clinton, NJ is always attentive, courteous, and professional and he always goes above and beyond for me and my family whenever we have service performed with our RAV 4! I am confident to say that I am sure he goes above and beyond for all other customers as well! Administration, please commend Anthony and acknowledge him with a nice bonus, raise with his salary and/or other perks that employees look forward to! Can t thank you enough, Anthony! Excellent place for service. Casey Lazic had me in and out. I knew I was in good hands when I got a message on my toyota app while waiting, that my tire pressure was perfect. I had driven there and the app said 2 tires were a little low. Good to know they not only rotated the tires, but checked the pressure. If they are that thorough on the little things, you can trust they are doing a detailed multipoint inspection!

As soon as I walked in the door I had the best greeting. Everyone was very helpful. The GM even came to introduce himself to me and my family. We are waiting on a mini van to be brought from their other location but we will be getting our next car from them when we find it.

Service is always top-notch. Customer service and service personnel are always very helpful and communicative.They say what they mean, and mean what they say. I especially like Norm who goes above beyond and explaining things that he s going to do. He takes his job very seriously. He is a real tribute to Toyota.

I brought my 2011 toyota prius here because my inverter went. I am pretty clueless when it comes to cars, but Norm and his team helped me right away figure out what the issue was and got it fixed in under 5 days including having to have the specific part shipped. It drives smoother than ever and would recommend taking your toyota here if problems arise. Thank you Toyota of Clinton!

Faulty repair service:Had my car serviced here a few months ago, I called ahead and asked about pricing on getting my transmission system flushed, after completing the service they tried charging my almost another $50 on top of what I was originally quoted. Now a few months later, my car was in the body shop getting fixed due to someone hitting my car, they let me know it's leaking transmission fluid where the drain plug is. I don't feel I was given quality professional work, this is a simple job that should have been done properly the first time for the price quoted.

Work was done promptly and with the quality that I have come to expect at Toyota World of Clinton. I m a bit aggravated that there doesn t seem to be a way for them or anyone else to turn off the service subscription advertisement for Navigation service that has popped up continually since the free first year expired, but I put that blame squarely on the shoulders of the idiot at Toyota who programmed it to do that. At least Toyota World changed it to default to the Apple Connect screen, which was smart.
