Had my part, helped me with a few other add ons and let me know I didn't need one of my items. I will give them my business again when I find i need an automobile part. Also very pleasant personal interaction.

Great store always have what I need. Employee Sam spent 30 minutes with me today trying to find the right bolt to fit on my vehicle. They have a great staff.

I came to pick up an online order and was greeted so kindly by the staff, and they quickly grabbed it. The woman was so sweet, the gentleman that grabbed my items, Sam, was so helpful and kind, as well as the other gentleman at the counter. They all offered tips on how to remedy my problem, and made the experience so pleasant! Definitely my go to car parts store, and highly recommend them! Not only for their competitive prices, but the awesome staff!!

Always very helpful, and as usual, their supplier's parts are of the best quality. My only knock on Napa generally is that they usually have banker's hours that make it tough for people like myself that work a lot to make it in during the week. This location has decent weekend hours, which is awesome.

I broke down in Clinton, NJ, last week and I was trying to fix a loose plastic piece in the steering column of my car.The dude in this store came up with a really really practical solution using zip ties and I was able to drive all the way home to Virignia on it.10/10
