Liars ... Tried to say my cabin and engine filters were DIRTY not "due" dirty ... I replaced them myself 3 months ago I know their not. Also replaced 2 TPMS and then my bead was leaking from one of the tires and they said it "was t their problem" ... You took off my tire to install the tpms for $600 ... I would expect my tire to be seated correctly ... Don't deal with service advisor David , if you go only deal with Gene he was honest and nice at least but I won't be going back cause of David

I am SO disappointed with this dealership. Not only did they leave my oil cap open once but I have had multiple problems with them being unorganized or not having parts for my recalls, which were appointments; so they were well aware of my car coming in and making sure the parts were there. Came in for an oil change and a recall today. Had us waiting for about 3 hours just to tell us they didn't have the proper kit I will NEVER go back to that dealership.

Brand new 2023 Chevy Traverse. Long story short... had an engine issue. I was brushed away by mechanic without at least doing a diagnostic. I went to another Chevy service department at E. Rutherford and they did a diagnostic test and found a known issue. Within 4 hours the issue was solved. I will never conduct business with this location.

Having car trouble is often nerve-wracking but the wonderful service department at Schumacher Chevrolet of Clifton will put your mind at ease. They do an excellent job of keeping you updated.
