Horrible service. JR the owner owns another shop in paterson on market st and east 24th st. Went in for over heating issue. Says it was fixed. I drive off on to RT 80 for it to over heat again. Mechanic couldn t get in touch with his tow driver (shocker) had to pay out of pocket to bring it back for them to still do nothing with it saying batteries were replaced but weren t and no coolant in reservoir. I ll bring it back to the owner on Lexington Avenue to show him that nothing was done and to show what his workers are doing. Gives me attitude. And the cherry on top while im watching him proceeds to put water into the reservoir. STAY AWAY!!!

They always take care of my Ford Transit 350. Always a great job. If something is malfunctioning after the repair, they will always give a 2nd look and it's always a success.

It was very fast. The guy doesn t speak English but he can get the job done. If u bring ur own oil and filter all u have to do is pay 25 for the service. Backing up is the only hassle cause the place is on a very busy road.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service provided by this garage shop under new management. Their lack of organization and exorbitant charges are utterly unacceptable. Despite completing tasks, their work consistently falls short of perfection.

They were extremely helpful, had my car ready sooner than I thought. Best prices. & they explained everything to me, even showed me what exactly was going on. Will definitely be back!

I went for a oil change and the worst customer service ever the guys just talked directly to my son ignoring me . He was a minor by the way. Not even say hi looks like we were asking for a favor for free . We were customers . 3 of the guys who was in contact with about the service 3 of them rude mindless about the business.Not recommend at all.

When the brakes on my jeep started grinding, I decided to take it here mostly due to convenience as I live across the street. Considering I know less than zero about cars, I can be very easily taken advantage of BUT he only did what was necessary and charged a very fair price. Plus, the owner is the genuinely nicest guy and their shop dog is so cute and well behaved. I will absolutely continue bringing my vehicles here, even when we move because I feel like I can trust the service.Thank you!Service: Brakes

This auto service will take care of you! Honestly, I ve never had a better mechanic, so honest and simple which is very rare. He will have your car ready by the next day, which got me surprised because of all the clients this auto shop gets in a day. I ve been coming here for over 10 years and never once have I had a problem or overcharged. Very good people here. You guys deserve 5 stars for hospitality and service. Thank you Carl and staff.

This is the only place I will take my vehicles to. They are reasonably priced and do excellent mechanical work. Carl is a proud owner and really cares about his customers. Every car is test driven after it's finished...no matter what. He also explains in understandable terms what was wrong and why it happened to begin with. Friendly staff and quick service.

Worse customer service. Went in for an estimate for a tune up. I was the only customer in the place. . I was kept waiting for 15 mins as I warched the staff and owmer ignore my present. I drove off watching no respond from the staff. This incidence made me wonder if they disrepeated all women that way or was it because I was an older woman of color?

Just wanted to add from my previous review that not on my fixed my brakes quick and cheap. But also service there is great and is the realest mechanic out there. I always always recommend this place to friends and family because he doesnt rip you off. Carl tells you what you need and when you need it. He told me i had 3000 miles left on my brakes before i have to change it and he was SPOT on. He doesnt overcharge either and his prices are really worth it. Dont go anywhere else for a mechanic. Go here.

If I could give it 0 Reviews I would , went and dropped my car off not told there was a $85 dollar charge on Checking car out for errors , picked up car the next day with a yellow un useful paper . Went straight to Newark to a Spanish shop , they took good care of me changed the Sensor of the back of vehicle Engine fixed the Exhaust they drove the car , no more engine Light on dash . Great price $375 with inspection sticker and all fixes .Ps: these people overcharge and said they wouldn't guarantee that after spending $700-$800 that my vehicle would pass .

If you want your car repaired by someone who cares as much about it as you do, bring it here. Carl and his entire staff are completely dedicated to doing it right. Period. No exceptions. They are old-school professional and refreshingly respectful. You'll never get up-charged or bamboozled because you're a female or a guy who doesn't know about cars. All they care about is repairing your ride in the best possible way, to make it safe and a worry-free joy to drive, at the fairest price you can imagine. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else and neither should you.

Went to get my car serviced there because it was having some electrical issues. They tried everything n finally diagnosed that it was the battery that was causing all the problems. They even put a battery harnest on and my car has been worry free since then. The mechanic even explained to me what the battery was doing to the car when other mechanics just wanted to change parts and still had the same problem.

No place for a 0. Went in on Monday morning with a bad fuel pump, took 2 days to diagnose and said it needed gas tank plus the fuel pump assembly. Carl the othe owner I guess always hard to find, never gave me a price, when it's finally ready on Thursday afternoon the secretary gives me the shocker, about $1300. The car is worth probably less :) I tell her to put Carl on the phone, Carl claims the parts alone are over S800 and asks me what I think it's fair, that he learned his lesson and will take $700. Cash or pay taxes :) bunch of crooks. Didn't pay more than $300 in parts for sure, the whole job shouldn't ever been more than $500 and that's super expensive. In the end a little yellow receipt and off you go. Stay away for sure!!! I'll be filling a NJ business auto complaint for sure on these Lexington Garage people.

One stop shop for anything automotive. Full service repair shop for normal civilian vehicles up to your commercial grade trucks. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff able to repair and get us back on the road when other places couldn't or were incapable.
