I've been leasing cars for over 25 years. My experience with Fette Infinity, in particular with their sales representative Deven, was second to none. A true professional very respectful, polite and knowledgeable, from the minute we walked in all the way to delivering my new purchase. Would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Have been getting my car serviced at this place for the last 5 years. Brought it in for a battery change. After keeping the car overnight, the car was picked up with scratches on the hood the next day. When this was escalated to the Service Manager (Julio), the fine gentleman stopped responding. Multiple efforts to connect with no response. Complete customer apathy. Charging dealership prices for shoddy workmanship while not having the decency to respond back. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!Took my vehicle to get serviced for a major issue and they give me a loaner vehicle. I get a $6,500 estimate. I asked the advisor if he can contact Infiniti corporate as I'm just 900 miles over the warranty. He said they can't do that and that I would have to call myself(this is a first for me). I make the calls to corporate and they said they will reach out to the dealer. Its so hard to get in contact with someone there, that even the rep from corporate was getting annoyed. I get a call later that week from a manager(at 330pm)saying that I need to return the loaner by 6 that evening. I returned it the next morning because I was never going to make it there on time. I didn't hear back from them until corporate said they would cover majority of the cost at which time they were more than willing to do whatever it took to get me in. I caved since I live so close. Bad idea. Communication was still bad. Took my vehicle back and got the work done elsewhere. Called back maybe a week later cuz of an issue my mechanic said needed the dealers attention, and they said they would call me back and never did. Don't fall for them getting a sweet girl to make blind promises on work being done. I'll never go back and will never recommend anyone to get their car serviced or to buy from there.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Quick help and fast inspection on a Sat morning, but not able to find out why clapping noice from the muffler of a new car less than 7 months old. I was asked to wait for a month for changing the part. Customer service could not comfort me without better options.Eventually another infinite dealer figured out it s the heat shield not tightened. They also offered a drive to send me back to my office.This Location is good but mechanic and CS need improvement.

My vehicle (g37) is over 10 years old. I have many references for comparison. This service center definitely cites not needed/ great to have services as critical and attention worthy and prey on people like me who love their cars. Ever since I started going to this one (as this is the closest to me), my car servicing bills have skyrocketed. I have always taken my car for servicing at max every 6months if not sooner over the 10 years to different infiniti centers in the west coast and east coast. My car drives great but servicing visit costs have seriously jumped manyfold. Once or twice you can have an expensive service but not every time. I know they are conning me but I don't have the perseverance to prove it. I am never buying an infiniti and now i can see absolute merit in the way Tesla handles things : No middleman.

The management and staff at Fette Infiniti are wonderful. It is always very easy to make appointments and get service done on my vehicle. The staff is also very courteous and accommodating and I would highly recommend them to get your Infiniti serviced!
