Just had my Cadillac serviced after I had been rear ended. Antonio was so kind explaining the insurance process. He suggested I stop by so he can see the vehicle prior to drop off to allow him time to order parts and minimize the time spent without my vehicle. Although he did find supplemental damage as expected, they were on top of ordering parts to complete the work quickly. 10/10 would definitely recommend Antonio, Brian & the guys at Clifton Collision. I've taken my car there twice for three different problems. Two were done when parked and one was my fault. They did a great job. The management and staff are professional and friendly. Hopefully I won't need their services again but there would be no question that this is the place l would go if I do. I highly would recommend Clifton Collision to anyone.

Clifton Collision did an excellent job repairing my Honda Accord. It was involved in a car accident and it was returned looking better than before. Their communication was exceptional and they updated me every step of the way with parts, labor etc and went above and beyond for me and my family. A part for my vehicle was extremely delayed due to Honda's supply chain issues, not to the fault of the body shop. Well, Margarita and Antonio found me my part that I needed to return my car to me. Super honest and great work. Rubin convinced me NOT to replace my bumper, but insisted on fixing it instead. His bid was $1,500 less than any other company!!! FYI, my car was a Honda Odyssey 2010 so he felt it was a bad investment to put so much into it. After experiencing Clifton Collision's great work in their repair, and rare honesty, I would DEFINITELY come back for bigger jobs on my newer cars. One of the best vendor experiences I've had in a long time.

Went here recently and again had great results. Car came out perfect. The shop manager Rubin was very professional in every way. The work Clifton Collision Center does is great. I have been here before and highly recommend them.

Honest and reliable! Wow. I had been ripped off by other collision places. Clifton Collision is excellent! Their prices are not the cheapest but they are reasonable for the peace of mind to get quality and caring service. They are also official repair locations for GEICO.

Clifton Collision repaired my 2017 Cadillac ATS from a major car accident and my car came back as if it was just off the showroom floor. The service and customer service was outstanding. I thank all the guys who made sure my baby got back to me without any problems.

My Insurance company sent my Range Rover here after my car got hit in Clifton. They did an OK job on fixing the body work BUT when my car was hit it caused other damage to the sensors & they have NO idea how to work on foreign cars because my car had more problems when I picked it up then when I dropped it off! It took over a month & was told something was wrong with my battery-YET-it wasn't that so they messed my vehicle up by telling me to drive it about 100ish miles so the computer would fix itself due to NEW battery (Even when my check engine light turned on after their work) I came again & again to pick up my car & it wouldn't start! Then the run around began & was feed B.S. as they had no idea what they were doing! I was lied & they just covered themselves not worrying about the problems they caused & lie after lie that it wasn't their fault YET had others look at it & it never needed a battery in the 1st place. They changed their story & said my car wouldn't start because a CD was stuck & thats what was draining the battery! Which was also incorrect!! Never seen such incompetence from a repair business in my life & delt with many others & their lies to my insurance was what really upset me & then it became a nightmare! But luckily I have proff & records they messed up. If they just admitted their 1st mistake things would have been fine. Instead they caused all kinds of problems! This coming from a customer that never complains about much but Clifton Collision really just knows the system & how to cheat it.. SAD!?

I had worked work them for my car accident work and they did job good as per look wise my car. But there was a voice coming In like drum and they did not find what is that and they didn t repaired it also other kind of voice came in from tire that also they egnored I had to fix that voice from other dealer and had to pad extra.

Horrible. These people through completely deceitful and disgusting business practices have cost me over $2700. IF you EVER had need of their kind of services reconsider and find another shop. These guys know the system of how to screw you over because of how insurance companies work. Seriously, don't go here, keep your car away from them.
